For years I had problems with my muscles in my back and legs. Especially in the morning. What I've started doing is .... see what a cat does when he/she wakes up. They stretch all the way from toes to mouth and everything in between. Every morning I have a 10 minute yoga with my cats 😊 and it works.

Thank you for this. I have EDS and spend the for 2-4 hrs everyday stiff. I can’t work out on the morning bc I will pull a muscle from being so stiff. I wish I could sleep on my back but I have sleep apnea and can’t use a cpap. So side and stomach are my only options with cause a lot of spine issues (it caused scoliosis). @DLG what are things you suggest for people 50+ that have had back surgery both in the neck and lower back and having some issues looking at surgery again on thoracic, neck and lumbar regions of back again due to constant muscle spasms and several issues causing spinal stenosis and causing the nerves and spinal cord being pressed on??? i’ve been having stiffness in my lower legs for about a yr (Im over the hill) and about a year ago I stopped taking the turmeric at night because I was getting hot flashes w sweating but now I’m gonna start taking it again and I hope I don’t start heating up again. Ive got inflammation where my legs are swollen & I need potassium bc my diet lacks & Im trying to adjust it & Im getting headaches & I do take magnesium w potassium every night but I just started taking 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar & it gave me indigestion, now Im hesitant to try it again. I do use electrolytes drink mixes & Armor Lyte & about 2 Armours work for me but I worry I might run out so I only use them when Im dying of a migraine, so that’s why I wanted the cream of tartar bc its cheap & easy to keep in stock but how do I prevent acid stomach? Maybe take it with Almond Milk or an apple? I do not go to dr, I try to hear God, I do have your book but cant make myself read it. I did watch your recommendation video about motivation, it did help for a day. 3 things to focus on 2 whats & 1 who, my 2 whats are drink my green smoothie daily (cant seem to do it) & do stretches even some YT QiGong for a few times & my who is I want to look like Rachel Welch or Jane Seymour, I gotta long way to go even at 1/3 less than their age. Is the Omega + Tumeric ok to give teenagers that are do baseball and football? Tgey are always in pain, i guess bc they are growing too, but i dont wanna give them medicine, so i do massages, but my hands hurt lol

I just found out that there are two different types of Turmeric. The turmeric root and tree turmeric. It appears tree turmeric is the best, but I bet most of the stuff we see in pills etc is the root turmeric. idk.

I wake up all night for one reason or another but once I go to sleep on my stomach, facing my right, I sleep like a baby but wake up with horrible lower back pain. If I sleep facing my left I will be stiff and in pain from behind my ear down to my shoulder. I've tried sleeping on my back, I just can't :(

I feel like I loaded with too much cortisol as soon as I awake, it's a horribly all over fight or flight achey feeling throughout my body for the first few hours of the day. This started a couple years ago, I'm 48, fairly athletic, good diet, wtf is going on? Even days i can sleep in and look forward to, if i wake up around 7 i feel all over ill. If I sleep in im fine, but lately i wske at 7 and cant even fall back to sleep i feel so crappy, i used to be able to sleep forever. idk
