  • At East Fork Christmas Tree Farm we like to plant our seedlings in the fall. We were not able to do that this year so we planned for a late winter planting in late February. The trees we wanted to plant were not able to be dug out of the field until mid March because they were covered with snow. So we are planting very late for our liking. We have even sprayed our herbicide before the planting. ‪@FlanaganHomestead‬

Nice! I think you’re getting a good deal. That’s about what we paid to have 1000 trees planted in 2 4hr days. But Scott was augering holes and I was also planting. You saved your bodies the wear and tear! Going to acupuncture today 😂

We spray an herbicide with a pre emergent in late March. We might have to spot spray later in the year. We spray ultor for aphids. Some years we spray bravo for fungus. Haven’t done that in quite some time
