Sitting in right posture is very important, I would like to listen from you how to sit for long hours without damaging backbone. Do we require to spend money on costly chairs or we can sit in a particular posture in any chair without causing back pain? I would love to listen from u in your next videos 😃

With yesterday, I completed 7 days of 108 suryanamaskaram. I did take a few minutes break for every 30 and odd suryanamaskarams. From yesterday both my knees are much in pain. I infact followed all your techniques which you told in this video and even applied oil for last 2-3 days. My knees are hurting a lot. Am taking a break from today till my knees get well. Please tell me if this is common for all ? Any other techniques akka ? Thanks for inspiring thousands. Much love

Do it slowly while being mindful on whether or not you are evenly distributing the weight of your body evenly over your soles. In the standing poses, for a few days try to purposely put more weight in your toes and less on the heels. In the plank pose make sure that your feet are perpendicular to the floor - full weight in toes and heels right above toes. And massage your feet every night with coconut oil before sleeping.

Hi Anita, Please tell me if i am correct or correct me. 1. in the cycle of Surya namaskar - first half right leg backwards and in the 2nd half of the same cycle, i.e., when coming back same right leg comes forward. correct? 2. the second suryanamaskar, left leg backwards and in the 2nd half of second surya namaskar, left leg comes forward. 3. #1 and #2 -- Do you call these two as two Suryanamaskar or only one? 4. Do we have take turns with legs? one suryanamaskar with right leg backwards and next one with left leg backwards. please show 4 surya namaskars

Hii anita. I am a teenager and have started doing Surya namaskar everyday early morning. Should i have something before i start my workout or is it okay to do it empty stomach?
Listen to your body dear. For me not having anything before doing it works best. But some people feel too drained and it helps them to have a light fruit say 10-15 min before and then start. Experiment and see what works for you. :)
So many gurus are saying that 108 suryanamskars will affect our spine and it may dry out knee joints in future we will get joint isseus like that. Please comment on these . We will know what is myth and fact.
Hi Anita , while doing SN I am not able to pull my left leg forward from 8th position to 9th , I use my hand to pull fwd my leg, I am doing since 4 months 108 since I accidentally I have visited ur site and I have taken 21 days chalenge, and now I am so happy to continue it... You are doing the right thing - using your hand to bring your leg to the front. Try tightening your core when bringing your leg to the front - this will help.
Hi dear fron 1sr April onwards I follow yr vedio and doing suriya namaskar. I feel some changes on my body structure day by day. What will happen if I am doing suriya namaskar after I reach my correct BMI weight... it will reduce my weight again and again.... kindly replay me...
I did surya namaskar postures after watching her 101 surya namaskar,please never do at a time 101 postures,first start little bit,think whether do you need that much excercise,do not ever force your body for discomfort level.think even we can go for raw food to stay healthy and energetic even fat reduce.

The Main thing is not to lock out your joints in most of the asanas...keeping joints slightly bend will take off pressure from joints and ligaments...

I am getting arm pain instead of knee....am I doing it the wrong way🙄
