I finally hit S+0 today, those rank up matches were the most painful thing I've ever had to go through in my 5 years of playing this game. I took over 5 attempts to rank up because the match making kept giving me really bad team comps or putting what seemed like S+50 players on the enemy team.
i love to see you play more forward and aggressive on explo! with ray and missile spam in splat2, we didnt get to see you running around painting it up so much! very welcome change =) 👌

What do you think about Explosher in this Game? I am really Happy they gave It a cool special for the weapon. You play soooo good, but why do you not use your secondary weapon? Welcomed to the S+, Bro. I am at +6 rn
Yeah it's great, Explo as weapon has always been insane, even more now with a good special. Also unfortunately point sensor isn't a particularly great sub. Especially in S where tracking people isn't challenging in comparison to what I usually experience in tournaments
say brian, how often do you do sploosh in splat 3 RM? ive been having alot of fun with it in TC, shoot just today i gave a scoped e-liter some trouble in TC (idk how but i was able to survive getting hit after touching a wave breaker they released to possibly try to throw me off [it didnt but i was forced to change targets as there was another guy helping the e-liter])
I've pretty much not touched it. Hammer is hardly a functioning special at this point and while curling has some uses on Sploosh, it's still a big loss compared to Splat Bomb.
@@BrianTheDrummer makes a little bit of sense considering that whenever I practice my stamp, my swings seem to have a chance to connect, also the special is pretty much Garbo from pretty much any gal with sharp skills, due to hit boxes maybe
Explosher really do be like having splat bombs as a main weapon... Do you think explosher is actually a good pick for clams, or is it just a comfort/fun pick?
I play competitively, so I purely decide based on what will make me win the most. It was always good for SZ/CB, even more now that it has a good special, which could even make it work on RM or TC if you're feeling crazy

SO TRUE I hate this game's matchmaking so much
only cause there are not enough people in the higher ranks yet + splatoon prioritizes getting into games faster anyways. So it makes sense a little

Rank doesn't really matter in this game. Everything is based on your glicko/mmr, which is independent of the rank system
