Love the finished piece. My first response that came to my mind was "whoa....!" That has such a nice ethereal feel to it with the smoke floating back and forth. Thank you for sharing. :)
Hi, from the UK. You have a very patient and soothing voice. 😊 New subscriber. Looking to understand how ribbon/waterfall/scarf folds are formed to add variety to my mindful art projects. Your pen review was interesting. I didn't know they could be so expensive. I use Sakura and anything in my limited budget. I don't know if you have done large drawings or used fountain pens. I am catching up on your other videos.👩🏿🎨
Thanks for subscribing! I'm glad to have you here enjoying my channel. I added your suggestion to my spreadsheet of content to create. I have ideas/suggestions about to make ribbon/waterfall/scarf folds. I have thought about that hard myself and I would love to share my experiences. Pens can be MINDBLOWINGLY expensive! I have been honing my preferences over the last 12 years, and have found something that I like. That doesnt mean that is something that everyone will like, or can afford which is totally fine. I have used Sakura before and they are a lovely pen, especially for the cost point. When I first started out I was using a Sharpie and ball point pen. The least expensive pens ever! In my eyes, your pen choice is excellent, and whatever tool you end up using is exactly what you should be creating with. I have recently created pieces on 2 foot by 4 foot pieces of plywood, using Molotow's paint markers (link below), and I am really enjoying that. Its very much the same but so much different, its very enjoyable. I've tried fountain pens in the past and they just dont speak to me like other pens do, and that is just a me thing. I have seen many artists creating line artwork with fountain pens and it is equally as beautiful. Thank you so much for the amazing comment!
Thank you! I have a few tricks to keeping my hand steady, but it does come down to practice. I did make a tutorial about arm movements, here is a link to that video: ruclips.net/video/kVfJkZnYfyg/видео.htmlsi=Wn2p0UIRU2SNnVsJ I added hand and arm movements to my list of content to create. I can do an even deeper explanation of hand techniques. Thank you for the suggestion!
