Georgia Andrea I didn't like Rinoa so much either when I first played the game. Nor did I like Squall. Mainly because I liked Quistis and I felt bad for her! But over time, I grew to appreciate all the characters. I just feel like Rinoa could have been less...dense. And Squall shouldn't have been so mean.
@@awakenow7147 I am pro Quistis too. I don’t get why they treated her like that when she is damn gorgeous herself. She’s only a year older than them and they treated her like she’s 50. I like the game but I don’t like the storyline at all.
You guys are all right. I was never into these generic hook ups in FF and other rpgs at the time, it's always the princess or childhood friend. Rinoa was kind of annoying maybe to immature and Squall was her rebound guy from Seifer I felt like. I'm not big on Quistis though but she probably did deserve him more then Rinoa. I also felt bad for her and how Squall coldly rejected her and in the end she is all alone and just has a fan club. Even Zell has a student that likes him. I would of went Fujin or Selphie. The best girls were usually npcs or die back in the day.
Yeah! The whole collection other than some odds and ends is on Steam. Can pick up most of them for under 20 dollars and a big portion of them can be played on pretty much any hardware! If you google FF8 Steam you will probably find the store page :)
You can actually play it on the phone I use a ps1 emulator I downloaded it of goggle ot works fine and I got the game files from a website called freeroms.con
Hi there, FF8 was made available on iOS and Android phones recently! I am playing the iOS version and it is really good, everything is the same quality as the original (even the music and triple triad). A few changes were made for a better gaming experience for mobile touchscreen.

It's the steam version. I think a lot of the midi files were changed in the steam version thus the different sounding audio!
