Stood outside the Cardiff Wales Alfa dealer’s showroom in 1973 as 20 year old trainee Engineer dreaming of owning one. Fast forward 50 years to March 2023 and I just bought one. A rare Right Hand Drive car with 39k mikes on the clock. Now a very happy 70 year old enthusiast who finally achieved his goal. Enjoyed many exotics along the way but must admit to a certain contentment at owning a Montreal.

Lovely car - I worked for a dealer and we had one as a demonstrator, so I drove it ( in the early ,70s. My memory was how smooth and torquey the V8 was. It was hard to know which gear it was in as it would pull hard in most of them. 200bhp from 2.5 litres was pretty good at the time. I have font memories of that car.
