    How do you decide between running new routes (e.g. for variety and discovery) and running familiar routes (e.g. for consistency and routine)?

    Great vid Rob. Ever since I increased my long run distance I was struggling to find where to run. This vid helped to plan before hand. As I don’t have anyone to tag along with me apart from going to park run. I find it hard to come up with a route. 😢 thanks for this again
