From Season 3, Episode 10, Merry Little Christmas,
Wilson arranges a deal for House with Tritter (David Morse), and is criticized for it not only by House, who swears he'll never take it, but by Cuddy and Cameron as well. Meanwhile, Cuddy cuts an increasingly desperate House off Vicodin and takes him off the team's case.

That convo House has with the little girl about her bear/dog is friggin hilarious. House always has to be right even while arguing with a child
Best part is it solves the case
That’s because he’s basically a child himself
conflict increases intelligence. debating with a child and making them defend their reasoning actually makes them smarter. why go easy on them?
Yup 😂😂😊
Kids are more honest and open. I think that's why he likes interacting with them better than he does adults.
"Did you just take a pill?"
"No."
Poor Wison and his lying eyes. 😄

There will never be a medical show like House MD again.

The Good Doctor ?
'The only neurological symptom was her height'
Great one
"Who could've noticed?"
I remember another one from this ep:
“Are you high?”
“Higher than you”
Definitely think the next scene should have been included as well. House talking to the mum out in the corridor is still a good message.
What did he say?
@@gishenaShe basically wants her daughter to be 'weird' so it will make her stronger as a person. House calls out her BS.
@@gishena
House: "Being a little person made you a stronger person right? Well, how strong a person do you really want her to be? "
Basically what he's saying is the mom went through hell growing up and she can make sure her daughter doesn't have to go through the same thing
Ok but her shaking the pill bottle like they were treats and he was a pet absolutely killed me.
😂😂😂😂yeah
Heh, not far from the truth in it's own way.
"Can we forget about my vices and get back to my virtues?"

"its a bear"
"Its a dog"
Imagine him having that kind of conversation with a trans activist?
TA: “it’s a woman.”
House: “it’s a man.”
😂💀
@@thebumblebeemovie3514 And we all know... the House is always right.
I'll see myself out. Bye!
In the "dogs vs cats" classification of carnivores, bears are actually _very_ closely related to dogs.
@@RaynmanPlays And fun fact, hyenas are more closely related to cats than they are to dogs despite being canid in nature! Seals and sea lions are more closely related to bears than they are to wolves. Despite the fact that hares and rabbits look so similar, they are too different chromosomally for them to hybridize. Actually a rabbit is chromosomally closer to a zebra than a hare (which is also closer related to donkeys than horses). An elephant's closest genetic relative are not animals like rhinos or hippos, but manatees. And a hippo's actual closest relative...is a horse.
Nature is weird and doesn't care about the boxes we like to put it in and I think that's just neat.
I LOVE HOUSE'S attitude and the way he makes people think about a problem
“HEY! YOU GOT YOUR CANCER IN MY AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE!”
Good ol' Reese's Peanut Butter Cups reference. 😂
"You're just a tiny little poser" 😆
Hahaha 😂😂😂😂🎉🎉😂😂😂😂
I work at a cemetery and next Tuesday I have to bury a 20 year old who died with liver cancer.
So... yeah... it's possible to have liver cancer and be young.
Crazy the things we see and learn in the funeral service profession..I work in the embalming side..the stories and diagnoses we learn about
4:06 because it’s never Lupus
Except for the one time it was!
You know House is desperate when he trades patient treatment for pills😂😂😂😂😂❤
He didn't in this case. I think he effectively stole a dead guy's pills?
God i love it when House has a epiphany
The Eureka moments are pretty awesome, especially when other people get to shine too!
"Why aren't you detoxing"? House:"Will power" (Necks pill)😂😂🎉❤
“Are you on something?”
It’s house ofc he is that’s how he copes with life bro 😂
Nice bear... it's a dog 😂
His name is bill and he’s a dog
Just because she is 15 doesn’t mean you rule out liver cancer. A child could develop liver cancer. Hell a child could develop any kind of cancer. Cancer doesn’t choose a person based off age. Cancer doesn’t discriminate. How the hell did she get her medical license using that kind of logic. 🤦♀️
I always thought it was Cameron not wanting to go down that road.
It's almost like doctors know something you dont 🙃
@@tjjordan4207 I like that idea
A recurring idea in this show is that certain diagnoses get dismissed, not because they're completely impossible, but because they'd be a 100% death sentence. The team doesn't like to waste time believing in a terminal diagnosis if it's still possible (even if unlikely) that they're wrong and that there's a piece of the puzzle still missing that would lead to a *treatable* diagnosis.
It’s differential diagnose, start with the likely one
There's no way in hell House didn't have a fling with the Mom at some point 😏😜😅😂
She got on top and he'd spin her 😂😂😂
@@AmyLynnRileywhy is the dwarf mommy lookin like that. She must be a little onion because she made my eyes water. Corny, I know.
was gonna ask if they ever ended up going out after the earlier conversations lol
@@AmyLynnRiley Can he lay perfectly flat with his leg?
Where's the "Can't fake that" compilation? I posted a comment months ago that was liked, and hearted. I kind of thought it would happen. Those moments where a patient seems like they're faking, but aren't are my favorite.
House's Moments of Epiphany
Every one of these clips has me saying "that's from my favourite episode!" Every. Single. One.
Fantastic actors teamed with stellar writers equals a show that was-and is-unequalable. I don't think we will ever see another. I miss it.
Her mother is pretty
Is every single one of House's revelations made during a unrelated conversation?
How do you know that House is a fictional show? Because they actually try to solve medical mysteries... In real life, they dismiss people who are considered "Zebras"
Blue hair checks out. How's the medical field doing for all your "brain sicknesses"?
House: *thinks about a dog*
House: "we gotta xray her leg"
omfg GREGORY PLS
Wait - isn't the actress playing the mother of the girl the same one who played Bethany Horowitz in Boston Legal?
Yes, she is. Hard to miss, considering how pretty she is.
Yes.
dwarf little person is just a young child.
Who is a dwarf in real life.
@@Wolfie713 am talking about her character not her in reality.
@@viperdemonz-jenkins And I was talking about her in real life. Glad we got that sorted out.
Hey, thanks for using little person in the caption, I appreciate it.
Well technically it doesn't even apply, but that would be spoiling.
That wasn't for the feelings of people with dwarfism, it was because she literally had a different medical condition. And anyway, why would "little person" be more empathetic than "dwarf"? That's legitimately the name of the illness against some illogical "cute" nickname.
the video editing is getting better
That kid mom
House always reminds me how much I love Vicodin
Just wait until you start seeing Amber. Then you'll be falling out of love. 🤣

"You may never be tall enough to play in the WNBA, but you should be able to post up your mom no problem."
Dunno why I laughed at this 😂😂😂😂😂
I wonder if she still wants to go for a spin.
Hah!
This is one of the best scripted episodes I have heard. Love the chemestry.
The first clip made me want to watch the entire episode. Searching for clips.
REST IN PEACE ANDRE BRAUGHER. YOU WERE A GREAT THERAPIST TO HOUSE ❤❤❤❤
Sad news... we will never forget Dr Nolan
Who srry?😢
@@Catlovinghal Andre Braugher(1962-2023)
He was an actor who was in things like Homicide: Life on the Street and an episode of L&O, both shows being what SVU was spun off from (the character Det. Munch started in Homicide and went to SVU). He was also in a few episodes of SVU as a different character (a defense lawyer), and was in Brooklyn Nine-Nine for it's entire run.
He was a good actor and died at 61 years young from lung cancer.
@@Wolfie713 Wow. I literally had no idea.
Tbh I didn't even remember I wrote this comment XDXD
Thx for confirmation :) ;)
@@Catlovinghal So you remember all the other comments you made a month ago, just not this one?
ah Chase is good at holding back the hair!
Lock picking. Motion of the ocean not size of the boat lol
I need a doctor who holds my hair back while i puke blood...
House is the best good actor congratulations on your work
House says to the black guy "Breaking into stuff seems like something you would be good at"...lol but of course they skipped that part.
It was included on this channel some other time they excerpted this episode.
The irony he was.
@@battlepugg3120That not irony... Irony would be him NOT being good at breaking in to things. House was making a race joke AND because he knew of Foreman's criminal history
5:24 this seems also to be what we call a "weak analogy."
You left out the best house line.
Part of me wants a remake of the show, but nothing can compete with the original. House spoke his mind no matter how insensitive it seem, now a days a show like this would be cancel before the first season is over.
Which is a big problem with society today.
"We'll get you a funny hat."
Sometimes, the words come together to make phrases that appear evil but are just for the fun of it.
Happy birthday House! (It's the 13th for me)
Loved this show
WTF can't GOD give us doctors as crazy determined n obsessed/arrogant but with God level intelligence enough to push to get the answer no matter what!???
@MarkJones-gt2qd yes but as u know he likes to make things complicated and we make it even more so.
Best show of all time?
Boy, that was the funniest episode in this series
Chase holding the girls hair when she vomits.
this is the best show
why was house eating 4 hot dogs? he's a dr, he knows how bad that is + he's a dr, he can afford nice food
Who cares? People eat what they want.
I love me some house I gotta catch up ❤❤
Aww I know she is 14 or 15 but her voice is so cute and she is so tiny and cute she looks like a toddler ☺️
She was actually in her mid-twenties when this was shot and within a few years of her "Mom"
I thought it was a bear. Then she said "dog" and I wasn't sure. I mustered it until I saw the ears, very bear like.
Maybe House wasn't sure either? He voiced his opinion, got denied, fought back just because, and then he would endlessly check if he still is right or how he can maintain that view lol.
0:51 Wilson or Cuddy?
I'm going with Wilson.
Hated both of them at this point, especially Wilson because he claimed to be House’s friend but stabbed him in the back.
nice
Why did chase have redness?
House punched him in the previous episode.
Post up your mom no problem
Thats hilarious
Crazy 😮
Is the new correct term to use "little person"? It does sound super condescending to me lol. but I'm not a native English speaker.
Yeah they don’t like you using the word “midget” anymore. Little person is the polite and formal thing to call it. Some people use Dwarf which is a little less informal but depends on the person
AMOGUS
I don't know if you evolve a noticed every time he argues with somebody it always seems to lead to some idea to help him solve the problem
I’m only 5’5 3/4” and with shoes I’m 5’6” so I’m pretty short
My dad at 5’10 (once 5’11”) is the tallest man on his side with my paternal grandpa and brother at 5’8” the second tallest and me at my height tower over my paternal great and great great grandfathers who were 5’- 5’2”
But my last name is Americanized spelling of German “Klein” which means short so…..
i admit the show was awesome !
but it always bugged me so hard that EVERY SINGLE TIME, house said something (right) every single one of them be "no your wrong, your just wrong" just to be proven right 5 min later ...
Anyone know which episode this is?
@@ADFeldbauer That's the child actress who argued with House...not the daughter hahaha
@ADFeldbauer it literally says on the trivia section of the imdb page"Actress Meredith Eaton is four years older than Kacie Borrowman, who plays her daughter in this episode."
Shyann is credited as- little girl.
The little girl house talked to.
Kacie is credited as Abigail Ralphean. Which is the daughter of Maddy Ralphean.
House M.D is a good show😅
"little person" we used to have a word for that
I prefer dwarf or half-man.
And now we have a different term that comes off as less demeaning and derogatory. It costs you nothing to not be rude the handful of times you have to refer to little people.
@@PuppeteerGaming little people sounds worse than midget ur legit calling them smurfs at that point
@@PuppeteerGaming Calling some a "less demeaning" name is usually more demeaning, including with dwarfs.
Just a side note the woman who plays the mom is so pretty like I was gagged when I saw hee

Do they break into every patient’s house?
Pretty much!

Teenage "Little Person"? Lol 😂😂
Yeah, when I saw that title I thought that meant the patient regressed to a mental "little person" state.
I thought the teen was pregnant
@@BladeZero238well given she’s under 4’0 irl that’s what “midgets” are called since most of them if not all of them consider “midget” a derogatory term and highly dislike it, surely you can’t be ignorant to this considering the tv show little people big world exists or existed!
@@CajunReaper95 I’ve never heard of that show until now, so apparently I can. That being said I would not use a derogatory term deliberately, and will refrain from doing so now that I’ve been informed of this.
That being said, if “midget” is derogatory, is “dwarf” also?
This is America. The stuffed animal is whatever the American girl says it is. Get with the program, Housey.

HOUSE was Right..😂
I know it’s not scary and No teenagers who were infected in the making of this medical drama!
These clips are great, but they really don't do justice to how much of an @$$ House really is. If I had the choice between having House as my Dr, and dying from an unknown disorder, I'd be in a real bind, since I wouldn't want either.
It’s it just me but I think house for forman to pick lock his drawer because his black
Hahaha it's Lisa drawer house is finding his vicodin because Lisa gets his pain medicine and Forman is asking house about the case
You've clearly not watched all the episodes. Foreman has a criminal record. he picked a lock when he was 16 and was caught. it's the reason House hired him. because he has "street smarts".
They all break into patient homes and other crazy stuff. Never mind the fact that House was trying to break in when gee, Foreman walked in.
House didn’t pick foreman foreman did it himself to help house!

aint no way "little person" is the politically correct term that's definitely an insult💀💀
20 years ago, when the series came out, the focus was not there. (House would probably make even more sarcastic remarks about PC terms or treatments.)
It actually is the most preferred term people with dwarfism have asked to be used. Little people/little person is the correct term and not offensive at all!
little people seem to disagree with you.
As a short person but not a dwarf, 5 foot even, I find it most offensive to be called dwarf, though not like I lose sleep over it and not medically a dwarf. Midget, really does not bother me. Little person is fine.
Wanna give "midget", "dwarf", and "half-man" a try? I'm willing to bet at least one of them will get a reaction of some kind.
Lmao it's prob the most PC term. Why don't you ask them what they prefer to be called instead of deciding for them?
