Your videos have single-handedly got rid of all of my back pain. I have gone to physical therapy was going to the chiropractor three times a week and the gym to strengthen my back muscles. I popped my hip flexor and near my neck and continue to do these stretches and it's a game changer thank you so much!!!!!!

You can take it to the next level by slowly and gently falling out of the window while in this flexed position, allowing for complete disassociation of the vertebral bodies.

Yesss this actually worked! I was in so much pain last night, and i did this and some of the other exercises you posted, and i felt less pain and was able to sleep. I woke up today and did more this morning and now its the evening and i feel wayy wayy better! I just kept pushing through the pain and it has lightened up so much. Thank you man!

@@DrRowe I will be doing these lift-offs for the rest of my life, and I'm so glad that you are the person who taught me this strengthening exercise. I noticed a slight difference in the range of motion, left vs. right, during the pendulum rotations. My upper back has been screaming at me, during the past two days. I find it interesting how the body points out its own weaknesses. Thank you for leading the way back to the basics.

Seriously same I have military neck and along with adjustments his upper back and neck stuff is coming through for me!
I was standing straight and just out of no where my upper left side of my back spasm. I was immobile for about an hour. This video brought my pain from 100 to 60. I’ll take it

I had the same issue today and it’s pretty uncomfortable…
Ditto, I was just standing at the front door and this INSANE pain creeped into the center of my upper back. I can barely tilt my head back, limited sideways and downward tilt mobility. It's from being at my desk all night with my elbows below my palms (un-ergonomic chair-to-desk height).
The exercise isn't doing anything to help
My pain went away in one rep, keep going man 💪
