@@themanwithnoname1839it is a more skilled weapon which is fun and deals good damage that is why i like it. It has always been great. Being immortal with heavy weapons is kind of boring. I did it with Hushed saints halbert (very fun and good weapon for umbral with a Ton of poison buildup if paired with umbral spells) and switched to Iron Wayfarers Hammer in the Endgame. Now I am enjoying holy spells and fast paced dodging and parrying game and not just hitting Superheavy Attacks weile being unkillable😅
The 3 best weapons in my opinion are Fungus pickaxe/Daggers imbued with Poison weapon, Queen's Hammer and Judge Cleric Corrupt Sword. In terms of ranged weapons, Harrower Dervla's Crossbow With twisted bolt as ammo type is probably strongest ranged option in the game. Surpasses any magic catalyst.
@@themanwithnoname1839 this comment is old so i do not know if any balance has occured, but twisted bolt crossbow dervia shoots 3 rapid fire bolts that are the size of Onrius judgement. The explosions are so massive that you can't even roll out of them. Crossbow is best range. The fire daggers with poison weapon+inferno magic is best melee in the game. Some player prefer Fungus axe because it scales bleed chance better. Judge cleric corrupt sword+Shield is best scaling weapon for magic builds. i.e Onrius Judgement build. 2 handed Pieta sword is often used before you get this sword. Queen's Hammer is hardest hitting 2 handed weapon in the game. If your not using poison status effect then this is the second best melee in the game.
With judge clerics corrupt sword just one of them, i can put out 2k damage in two swings, its good against everything really, the holy is good for anything umbral or infernal and the fire is good for anything holy, its the perfect combo for this game

Uh...the Pendant of Atrophy only lets you cast *UMBRAL* spells without mana.... Sorry, but that actually *does* stop you from casting Cataclysm "non-stop" 😂 (P.S.) it's *Smite* - not "holy buildup" or "pure Radiance damage" 🙄 Sorry, I'm really not trying to be a d¡ck... Agreed. Judge Cleric's Corrupted Sword is the best in the game.
I'm going to try it. The Bloodlust, Fungus Pickaxe, Bloody glory, Skin and Tooth. Pietas sword and that Kakujini are the other ones people recommend.

I tried Finish a New game plus 1 with dervla s crossbow .
Bosses sometimes dash and WE are slow against bosses ..😑

I run Bloody Glory and the Iron wayfarers hammer, and can put out 2,200 damage per strong attack.
My magic spear does 1750 and i can use it at range, and for much less stamina lol

I'm a fan of Devotion's Might, my fav thing to do is stun lock enemies and keep making stacks of pancakes.
