They definitely have shown a lot of support! You’ve helped a lot of us learn new things, and navigate through the wide world of detailing products to find the best ones! Thanks for your hard work and keep it up!
I could care less how much money a company pays for a review to anyone. The problem is once anyone is being payed to review any product there is a cloud over that review. Why ? Well simply because no company is going to pay decent money to have you write or video a bad review. Does it bother me ? Not really but you should be upfront and let your viewers know that you are being payed to review this product. The only person I know for a fact who receives no compensation is Scotty Kilmer. He is adamant about that because he feels there could be a perception that his review is not honest because of financial compensation. For myself I do give more credence to those who do not receive compensation as to those that do. I have nothing against Pan making money off reviews but he should have been upfront about it.
@@anguslean4058 He is upfront. He lets his viewers know when it is a sponsored video. Of course they pay him a lot. He has over 600 000 subscribers!! There product gets great exposure! I have no doubt he only reviews products he likes so it is a win/win!
It’s just lack of regular commercial. RUclips is the same thing Pam, the organizer keep your head up make your money you have other RUclipsrs they are jealous. They wish they were making what you make all love detail brother.💪🏼💪🏼🙌🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💯🤝
Mr. Purcell, thank you for this video. Pan has been so kind, respectful, generous, and helpful to so many people, including myself. As a lady who had hand washed her car only once in her life - 51 years ago - I’ve learned so much from Pan. I recently obtained my third new car of my entire life ( 1972, 1984, and 2-3 weeks ago.) Thanks to Pan, I brought it home from the dealer NOT washed! I’ve learned from Pan how to safely use my trusty SunJoe 3000, a foam cannon, two buckets (plus a third one for wheels and tires), quality shampoo, and interior detailing products. So my new Mazda CX-5 is clean and pampered! Next week my Torq X DA polisher arrives, and I’ll pull out all the new products I’ve learned about from Pan, review a couple of his videos, review the notes I’ve taken, and dive in with “BlueBell” and her first “Super Spa Day!” Super foam and wash, decon, clay bar, polish, IPA, ceramic spray coat, then ceramic-graphene paste wax. Thanks to Pan, I’m going into all this feeling informed and reasonably confident enough. I’m supported by a lot of research on my part, and experience and generosity on his part, to hopefully give BlueBell a nice starting point without messing her up in the process. Twice Pan has taken time to thoroughly answer questions I had, and so respectfully. (How many so-busy YT channelers would bother with some 69-yr-old grandma trying to learn, finally, to take care of what is probably her last car?!) I feel that Pan showed me the same kindness and respect he shows to young men aspiring to their own detailing businesses. I have appreciated Pan’s utter professionalism, lack of nonsense, and even as you pointed out, his tastefulness in not swearing or being rude. Mr. Purcell, thank you for your integrity and your effort in standing up for a man who has been so helpful and incredibly generous for so many. He deserves his hard-earned success. And now, you have a new “liker and subscriber” - I look forward to learning from you! Many blessings, Mr. Purcell!
Thank you much for your thoughtful response! I appreciate you watching my video and listening to my response. This was from an incident a while back with some drama between some RUclipsrs and Pan. I’ve learned a lot from Pan the organizer and I’m glad you as well as many have found his videos useful! Thanks for being a subscriber! It’s difficult finding time to make these RUclips videos, but you definitely inspire me to make more! Thanks again
I used to be a detailer for years, but still learned alot by watching his videos. The reason why I loved his opinions, is he very honest in his reviews and well organised in his content. He reminds me alot of JayZtwocents in the IT/PC-community. The way he is staying true to himself, honest and straight forward, also supporting other youtubers and the community overall. Pan is full of passion and heart in the job and he is for sure a great teacher for many enthousiasts and pros in the industry.
There won't be any honest review when money get involved.. If the product sucks.. Especially with for such amount of money. You will only say this doesn't live to my expectation and that's maximum. Because you want to maintain good relationship with the company for future updates. You won't hear any negative comments.
Dude, you can't be honest about PAID review of the product. for $16.000 anyone would glow about any hand moisturizer increasing paint deepness. You think some company would give him 16k and expect bad review???...
Exactly. All the people defending Pan’s Behavior are missing the point. You can make money however you want, but there’s absolutely no way you gonna talk bad about a product when you get paid 16K for a review, even if the product is trash. Also, Pan has recommended a couple of products that have been overpriced crap for me.
You don’t seem to know that if he tests a product and he doesn’t like it it doesn’t make it to video and he doesn’t charge the company. If he likes it and can stand behind the product he then tells the company that if they want him to produce a video and release it to 600,000 followers, he charges x amount. The company then has the option of proceeding to video or not. Nike payed/pays Jordan hundreds of millions to endorse a crap product. Then Nike makes a video and pays the tv company to play the video to millions of viewers/subscribers. If I say that Nike runners are crap because they don’t work well on the ice like my Bauer skates they would look at me and say “are you stupid”?, the shoes are made/used and intended for the basketball court. This is a business. You have to understand that. EVERY youtuber is doing videos for some kind of compensation. Either they get paid by companies, RUclips or customers they are doing it for some kind of compensation. Nobody, absolutely nobody is going to spend 10-20 hrs a week making and editing videos for years and make videos purely for your enjoyment. The sooner people understand that the sooner and better your RUclips video watching experience will be.
@@platinumautoglasswindowtin88 si he likes 95% of the products of the market? Total bs, the only products he doesn’t review are for the small company’s which can’t afford to pay for his reviews.
@@SpartanKyuubi if a product is overpriced(in your opinion) that’s not Pans fault, that’s the manufacturer fault. I’ve also driven some cars that are over priced but I don’t blame Car and Driver or Road and Track magazine.
@@SpartanKyuubi I’m one of those small companies. I have a hydrophobic glass coating that’s awesome and has been independently lab tested to be effective past 500,000 wiper swipes. I can’t afford to have Pan promote the product. That’s ok, I understand how business works and don’t complain
Is advertising, paid promotions, and sponsors new to people? RUclips also makes money from advertising, as does Facebook, Google, etc. They don't care what the product or service is, as long as they pay. People complaining about this probably go on to watch the next video which will be sponsored by Raid Shadow Legends and have to input their own positive line of dialogue in the advert despite not caring or playing the game. I think Pan takes a responsible approach to advertising, which is more than most do. After I finish downloading Nord VPN and cleaning up with some Manscaped while listening to Audible, I'm going to watch a Skillshare on how to make my own website with Squarespace, then grab my Ridge wallet and Vessi shoes to go get some supplies from the store, if I can't find a better deal online with Honey.
How can you trust a review when the reviewer is getting paid a lot of money? Enough said. He is not going to get a check, review a product and while reviewing determine this product has a few issues and expose those issues or decide he can't upload the video and send the check back. Not going to happen.
Paid promotion = Don't mention negatives = Incomplete review. Complete waste of time. Best to assume anything not mentioned is actually bad with the product.
It was largely on the basis of Pan's video, where he had his personal car covered by a particular ceramic coating, that I decided to use the same coating for my car when it was new. I have not been disappointed in the results of using that coating and in his observations on it.
Couldn't agree more. Pan is a great guy I watch his detailing videos and he has taught me a lot about detailing. A guy like that deserves to be successful.
Advertisement isn't free and brand reviews on a very popular RUclips channel is 20 minutes of advertisement. Business 101. You got to spend money to make money. Pan is hands down one of the most stand up up front genuine business oriented individual in the scene. I stand with Pan lol. Always.
Just wondering if anyone knows who the company is that Pan is talking about? I have heard speculation that it is Undrdog products but I can't confirm that.
Shill - A person engaged in covert advertising. The shill attempts to praise a product by personally endorsing the product with the pretense of sincerity, when in fact he is being paid for his services.
“Pan The Man” Thank you my friend for all you do! We don’t believe a word of them bashing you! You’ve always been up front with us & you should deserve all you can get for the time & effort you put into everything that you do. I feel sorry that you have to go through this garbage from someone who seems jealous or a company that is annoyed that you didn’t want to indorse their product. I wouldn’t want to deal with a company like that to begin with. You just keep doing what your doing . We love & respect you! I can’t thank you for all the information you have taught me. My pocket book well that’s another story! lol only kidding. Hope you haven’t rented out my room in that garage!😂 Regards to Andy
Car detailing is hard hard work. I take care of my own cars. When I tell friends I can help them with their car paint but they have to help and it takes two days, then they don’t really want to do the work. Thanks for all that you guys do. It’s been a big help.
People think these videos cost $10k for a 30 min video. That's not what they are paying for. Their paying for 20 years of experience, investing in building a channel for years giving out free info, buying lots of equipment to improve the delivery of the content and the outreach that all of that hard works brings. You don't pay a highly skilled tradesmen for the 10 min job, you pay for a lifetime of skill and equipment. if it was that easy we would all be making them and earning $$$.
@@PurcellsProDetail of course he had to throw in that comment of it has to meet his standards. 🤣 He had to figure out a way to calm the fire, somewhat. However, it’s very obvious to me that shady tactics he used.
I don't consider it shady, it's a smart business decision. Why not make money? Pan himself said he only reviews products in videos that he likes. I seriously doubt Pan is the type of guy that would deceive people just to make money and unless someone can prove otherwise, I think he tries his best to show how products work and gives his honest opinion in his videos. I have learned a lot from him and greatly appreciate it.
@@PurcellsProDetail Subbed to your channel + liked this video as well for sharing your thoughts. There's nothing wrong with getting paid to do work that's beneficial for society. What is wrong is getting paid to do work that will hurt all of us in some way. Therein lies the difference.
The money isn't the issue! The issue is that the review would be a biased review based on the fact he is being paid a vast amount of money just to say the product is amazing even if the product is sub par!!! I for one have bought products based on glowing reviews so I expect the reviewer to be honest and not BOUGHT!!!!!
I just started Organ Mountain Detailing here in New Mexico thanks to guys like Pan, Scott with Dallas Paint Correction and Matt from Obsessed Garage. I also subscribed to your channel.
RUclips is just becoming a host for promotional videos. With many of them being biased towards good because the RUclipsr is being paid, I now find it hard to trust any of them. It’s a shame
Pan not only advertise products, but he tests them, not like others where they slap a product on a car and spray it with water, of course it’s gonna bead and sheet. But to spray a coating with degreaser and spray nine, and all kinds cleaning products to vet them, and test the longevity of a product, that’s what I’m looking for.
Good response! Just stumbled into your channel for the first time. Pan is one of the reasons I got into detailing, so I’ve got nothing but love for the guy. Good luck with the channel. Just subbed and am looking forward to checking out your content!
If have no problem with Pan the Organizer reaching out to these companies and even getting paid for showing their products, as long as those products actually work like he says
This was so nice of you to support Pan in this video. This has made me "like" and subscribe to your channel because you are also humble and supportive of a fellow colleague. ... Iʻv e spent days watching his videos already and will be watching even more of his content as he is always so helpful. .....As well, I will now also make sure and watch the content that you create too so I can have a broader scope of professional opinions based on experience of products and results .... Thanks for alll you do .... This business is so much hard work and I am so appreciative of you sharing your knowledge & expertise from your first hand experiences ...... Best of luck to you to Mr. Purcell for your honesty and loyalty to another professional in this industry ;)
I love business and I love honest business people even more. I’m also a professional detailer. I’m not involved in RUclips content as of yet, but am familiar with how the sponsors and such work. I think this is a great video! If they believe in the products and actually use it (which many don’t I understand that, but many actually do believe in and use the products), then more power to them to reach out to the companies and get a paycheck from it. As long as it’s fair both ways and also not intentionally deceiving people then what’s so bad about getting good solid products into consumers’ hands?… Everyone is so quick to judge people about making $$$, but we don’t see them out there trying to make the money. They just sit back and whine and complain and try to “EXPOSE” the people actually trying to make money to support themselves and they’re families. They’re making $$$ off their “Exposing” videos too when people view them so maybe they’re the actual sell-outs… 🤔 just a thought! Pan, Luke Wilson, and Oscar from R3 detailing were super helpful when I first got into detailing. Forever grateful! Thanks 🙏🏼
When a person spends time and effort doing a certain task, its called a job. Just because someone is passionate and has something nicer than yours doesn't mean you need to be jealous and bash them. I get paid for my job welding. My neighbor gets paid for his job building houses. Apparently the fellow that decided to bash Pan doesn't get paid for his job. He must do his job for free. These are multi million dollar companies. If they want to give him $1 or a million they know its worth it and he must be worth it. He is honest and of high quality. Thanks for using your platform to give him props. It made me subscribe to yours
I agree with you 💯 👍. Pandelis Moschopoulos is honest and sincere and has done a lot for the Detailing Community. He drives the interest to Customers to seek out Professional Detailers and because of Pan, my business exploded. I've been to SEMA and Yvan Lacroix actually came to my shop and trained my crew because of everything I learned through Pan's Videos. He markets Detailing to our customers and supports all of us and the least we can do is pay him back with the respect he deserves.
I thought he might be getting paid, possibly too many subscribers not too be and if he makes money out of it then hey ho. For me another hint he was getting paid was that he never had a bad review of a product. Not bad as in 'it sucks don't buy it's bad, just never said something was just ok, didn't live up to hype or too expensive etc. So I guess my point is, that the said emails that were mentioned say that he will give a good review for payment. That I don't agree with. If you're going to review something, be completely transparent about it, good or bad. I would imagine some people out there look at RUclips reviews or reviewer and take everything they see as the gospel truth.
Very true....its 1 thing to charge a service charge to give a honest review but that's not case with Pan....he is just paid off RUclips Detailer like others.
If Pan can get 10K for doing a product review than he's doing something correct. good for him. He's making money inside the small enthusiast detailing economy. Make NO MISTAKE, this behavior is very typical in every other product market segment of online product advertising. As long as he discloses his financial tie's in the video there is nothing unethical about it.
I totally agree with you. I’m not an expert detailer but I do appreciate what Pan shares. It definitely helps me to apply the proper techniques he has explained to get the desired results with my vehicles. Pan is definitely the man! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and expressions on Pan the Organizer.
You don’t need to get paid to give good reviews. Look at most of the RUclips car reviewers. Almost every criticism is immediately followed up with, “but at least they give you…”. “The seats are uncomfortable but at least they give you 30 color ambient lighting.” None of these reviewers are spending there own money, they’re likely being paid to travel for the review along with meals and hotels. Also, they want access to more of the companies products to review. You want a completely unbiased review? Ask someone who bought the product with their own money. Someone who had to make an economic decision on which product to choose.
I did receive the wax. Thank you for choosing me. I wanted to reply after I had a chance to use it. I just used it on a vehicle a couple of days ago. I had first used the Turtle Wax paste wax and let that cure for about a week. I then topped it with the flex wax. The paint is as smooth as butter when you run your hand over it. Now I will wait and see if it holds up. Once again, thank you for the wax and good luck with your RUclips channel.
Plot Twist...Pan paid him $10k to make this video.... Only kidding, I love Pan and his vids. He's the man and worked his way up into a beautiful new car!
Pan has a very helpful review on the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions line. I watched several other reviewers who also had very positive things to say. I can afford that family of products, and am sorry if you can’t. There are some things Pan recommended instead of the TW products, without bashing them. He seems to have quite an eclectic collection of recommended products, so he does risk creating friction with a lot of competing companies and/or sponsors, I would think.
Pan is typical of a paid advert where every product is viewed positively. I bet he would do a review of Blue Coral soap at Walmart and show the positives and only the positives.
Jealousy is a incurable. Pan is honest and very interactive with people on his channel. With respect, he like you, is professional and helping others with his knowledge and skills. If he becomes a multi millionaire, fair play because he has put hours of his time into what he does, he is one passionate man. Great video dude and respect.
Should be? Should be for anybody. But that's falling by the wayside.. If you're a public figure, RUclipsr Etc. It can get out, and It's going to get out that's how it is. And then people can take it the way they want. The world has changed a lot. As usual. We're all equal, we're all asexual, criminals are idolized and martyred Etc. Pay equality no matter the variables xcetera.. many people want to know what RUclipsrs make pushing or advertising or suggesting a product Wait, did I go too far.
When opportunity comes knocking, what do you do!? It's business, and we live in a world of capitalism. Lord forbid, someone makes it because there's always someone there to try and bring you down. Peoples envy is just astounding. However, this type of behavior towards people at the top isn't anything new and will continue to go on forever. Yes, i know this is two years old, but people are still hating on pan for the whole Cerakote debacle.
I gotta be honest. What is it to other detailer channels? And why did this company contact other detailers and release confidential emails.. so if pan played ball with that company we would not have heard about this situation right ???? And I’m with you brother I have also used products he ha shown me.. it’s quite simple if pan and forensic and Sandro from ccad tell me that meguiars ceramic wax is great product and I use it and 3 months later it’s still doing what they told me then what’s the issue? We are all hustlers and we hustler our own way.. pan doesn’t own you anything and you all forget how many things he has taught all of us.. these company’s most of them are snake oil salesmen anyways.. them trying to expose his emails made me lose all respect for that company.
I love watching Pan's videos, I've used some of the products that he has tested and reviewed, and they did exactly what he said they should, I'll continue to watch them, and will stay subscribed to his channel, thank you for backing him up.
It is actually bad if you don't disclose that you're a paid spokes person, also you share in some of the liability if things go wrong after using the products. I didn't know he was being paid, it wasn't disclosed in some of the videos that I've seen. So share that fact upfront and be transparent.
If someone is getting paid to do a review they should disclose that fact. Personally, I assume all RUclips "entertainers" promoting products are being paid by the companies they are reviewing.
Subscribing to another standup guy. Look forward to watching your content! One of the problems with the guy who “exposed Pan” is that he isn’t a detailer. He coats a panel with a product, and lets it sit in his junkyard or cow pasture, sprays and wipes it down and thinks he is giving real world tests. For those of us who have a passion for cleaning and detailing our cars often, some of the products we choose to use are good for a month. And we know this and why enjoy trying new products and techniques. I just doNot understand why some junkyard panel tester wants to step into the detailing lane and make a fool out of himself. Secondly, it’s called modern day marketing people and any company who doesn’t want to tap into Pan’s subscriber base does not see the quick return on investment or too afraid Pan will find their product is crap. Lastly, all of the haters must think we are stupid if we are to believe they don’t use some, if not most of the products Pan reviews on his channel. If they don’t, then they are lazy cow pasture detailers who want to put a product on their hood and then wipe it down each month for a year and think they are detailers. Thanks again for this video and glad I subscribed.
Thank you for being so positive we need more people like you I never heard of your channel but now I will follow you We need more positive you tubers like you and Pan Thank you and keep up the good work very happy for your success
@@SpartanKyuubi I would disagree with you. The products he has liked and recommended that I have tried/used/use have all been good and worked as intended and advertised. What products do you use?
You seem like a nice guy and I mean no offense but videos like this and Dallas paint correction should not even be made. This is between Pan and Scott. It’s there business and not anybody else’s. Their grown @$$ men so let them deal with it. At this point nobody cares anymore.
Pan is allowed to make as much money as he can as long as it is legal, He is now a celebrity figure in the world of internet detailing and his reviews are real, if he was testing a crappy product he will say it.
I agree. This is America. I think it's funny that people are getting upset that someone brought out numbers or info about pan or anybody who's popular on RUclips or anywhere, on what they make or how they make it.. he can make whatever he makes and how he does it can prepared weather kosher or not. I think he is kosher. I like him. He seems to push pretty expensive stuff in many cases, not all.. For me anyway. And I'm guessing the more expensive products, the wealthier the company, and the more being paid. Again.. it's all legal, no big deal. It is America
@Gary Highwilt good point. It's a little silly funny or sickening that this is a big deal.. Someone calling out that he's selling products for profit whether he likes me or not, he only picks the ones who likes excetera excetera. I don't see much wrong with either side if you're a popular RUclipsr, people want to know people will find out and tough crap. If you're comfortable with what you're doing, feel good about it, doing, you're comfortable with your audience... Settle down
Kudos to Pan for being so successful. He is doing it in a pretty honest way. Is his views swayed with money involved ? Possibly. Are they more often than not good products tested ? Yep. It is not about the product test for these companies but pans 600k followers who may buy it. But as for detailing for 20 years. That is the bit I cannot get past. Even from his first videos cleaning cars you can tell he was not a detailer. So that I find is the most dishonest part of the info he shares.
I’m conflicted on this issue. I, too, learned a lot from Pan and I like his videos. However Pan is no longer a detailer. He’s a RUclips businessman. There’s other mega RUclips “detailers” who make money reviewing products too. That’s where the conflict comes in. When someone takes money to give a glowing review, then theyre no longer objective. They have in essence sold out. Doesn’t matter if it’s disclosed beforehand that the video is sponsored. If a detailer is paid 10K+ to give a glowing review then that detailer isn’t gonna saying anything negative about it...even if they find they really don’t like it...they can’t say that. That’s being dishonest and unethical. The way this came out is unfortunate and was also unethical. No winners here.
Nothing to be conflicted about. What he’s doing is shady. Nothing wrong with making money, obviously, but it’s how you do it which makes a big difference. Even before this scandal, when I watched his videos, I always took them with a grain of salt because the unethical ulterior motives seemed obvious.
@@qwikss4469 makes sense. Always have to take it with a grain of salt. Even without assuming payment, I always assumed the product was given to him for free anyway lol all free products put a better taste in your mouth than paid ones!
@@PurcellsProDetail I agree he’s supported some good ones. However now that you mentioned that. You had a bad experience with TW Flex Wax. Pan gave them a glowing review on all 3 items, 1 n done, Max Wax, Flex Wax. The difference between you and him? You didn’t get paid by TW and he did.
@@BetterThanNewDetailing very true my friend! I don’t think I watched Pans video on that but I do remember viewers mentioning that! Lol
Pan always states when his video is sponsored or whether it is not a paid promotion. I prefer the ones that are not paid promotions, BUT I do not think he should refuse to accept paid promotion videos as well. His videos are top notch and it is only natural for companies to want him to feature one of their products.
I think it's entertaining the whole thing. I personally stopped going to Links from RUclipss just because. I'll go look for the product elsewhere. But cheers to those making tons of money on RUclips for whatever reason.. All power to them. People by what they want to, believe what they want to.. The Democrats/ liberals/ news know this to a T. I just assume all RUclips product reviewers in all businesses, not just the detailing space, are paid advertisers, unless specifically stated otherwise. Are they honest reviews if they are getting paid? Maybe, maybe not. Up to you to decide. It is understandable that many question the objectivity of paid reviews.
I agree and so does Pan because that is exactly what he does! What frustrates me is character assassination based on misinformation. If you watch Pans videos you will regularly see this disclosure. Other times he will explain it is not sponsored . If sponsored videos concern you don’t watch his videos. But give the guy a break!
@@michaelwatson4062 Exactly Michael. That's like people trying to make others believe fake news. It's disgusting. People should instead take the time to get actual facts. The videos that are sponsored on my channel are properly disclosed, as any channel should do. And the proof is there, for anyone to click and see. A sponsored video is clearly identified as such, I even go overboard with making it clear: at the beginning you have the disclosure as per regulations, I also mention it in the video, and also in the description. Jealous people just like to think I was "caught" or "exposed" and that's so sad and funny at the same time. There's nothing to expose... And this backfired on both that other channel and the brand. Unethical practices and using lies and not giving people all the information they needed to make up their own minds. Hence why I did my response video. Now I would never buy that guys product even if it was the best.
I agree with what you say. I’ve followed Pan for awhile now and while the dollar amounts were a bit surprising I’ve never encountered a product that Pan reviewed and liked that I then buy and use and feel the product sucks. Just because Pan operates his business the way he does doesn’t indicate to me that he’ll take all comers or will sell out by liking a shit product. I also have not seen this “exposure” video but I have seen the childish name calling by this Scott HD who supposedly revealed this “exposure” info on Pan. This Scott dude titles Pan The Organizer as Man the Advertiser. Really Scott?? C’mon man. That’s quite Trump like of you to try and pin childish, degrading names on people. I know you’ve got some decent review videos Scott and you seem to be pretty thorough in your reviewing but in my opinion using this childish, Trump like tactic cheapens your credibility and hence your channel.
Pan doesn't not do a review for a product that doesn't meet his standards. meaning if the product is crap he wont do a review. i used the products Pan reviewed and they have never disappointment me.

Dude who knows! Crazy how people stir up so much crap about a successful youtuber/detailer like pan the organizer. I don’t even know who would have time to bother 😂
Thank you, Tom. I just discovered your channel -- one more good thing I owe to Pan. I agree with you and Scott/Dallas Paint Correction. Certainly Pan has demonstrated that his "tips, tricks and techniques" are valuable to amateurs like me, and that his product reviews are his honest assessments. He's quite a showman, too. I assumed he has some sort of relationships with some of the companies whose products he reviews and praises. But, in every case, where I tried those products they have been really good. I also follow Jason on Engineering Explained, and like that when he does a video where a company "sponsors" him, he clearly states as much at the beginning and often at the end. And if the company provided product, equipment, etc. for the video, he mentions it. (Chevrolet provided him with a full-size 2020 Corvette cutaway for one video.) I don't know, and I don't care if a company paid him. I wish other RUclipsrs clearly stated their "sponsorships".
That is very narrow-minded. People who are successful in their fields often endorse or put their names on products that some people think are the greatest products on the planet and others believe there are better products. Example, I don’t believe Air Jordan athletic shoes or Rachel Ray’s cookware are the best just because Michael Jordan and Rachel Ray are getting paid to endorse them. Pan always announces when he’s doing a sponsored review and he claims he will not do a sponsored review for products that do not meet his standards. So far, I have seen no evidence to form an opposing viewpoint... only “testimony” from a very small channel claiming to have evidence supplied by a products company that Pan can be “bought”. I find it the height of hypocrisy that a company and a competing RUclipsr would conspire to reveal private information in order to expose what they claim is unethical conduct by Pan. Pot meet kettle.
@@platinumautoglasswindowtin88 if someone is paid to tell you how great something is then you have to wonder about their integrity. I for one am not going to tell how great something is if I feel it’s not.
@@russgrebenc7923 you don’t seem to understand, it’s only great after he tests it and it’s great. If it’s not great you don’t even hear about it. There’s tons of products he gets that aren’t great and it doesn’t make it to video and he never charged the company.
For you guys Detailing on your own. I’d skip the videos of guys reviewing products. They are all for the most part overpriced. Find your local Detailing supply company. They usually drive around in a van or box truck. They’ll have everything you’ll need. The products may be made by a local manufacturer, but they’re professional quality. You’ll get a lot more product for a lot less money. If you don’t know any of the local detail supply companies go to a dealership in your area and find out who they use.
Great video...subbed! They definitely have shown a lot of support! You’ve helped a lot of us learn new things, and navigate through the wide world of detailing products to find the best ones!
Thanks for your hard work and keep it up!
Nice to see a detailer back Pan up.

People be "exposing" pan the organizer but I use the products he recommends and I get top class results 😂 so idc

Then turn off RUclips, most every body on youtube is paid by advertisers.
@@datsuntoyy Casuals don’t understand the game.

Also on the pan situation, everyone to there own. You see superstars and sports stars doing the same thing. You gain experience to get paid for it.
It was largely on the basis of Pan's video, where he had his personal car covered by a particular ceramic coating, that I decided to use the same coating for my car when it was new. I have not been disappointed in the results of using that coating and in his observations on it.

If they believe in the products and actually use it (which many don’t I understand that, but many actually do believe in and use the products), then more power to them to reach out to the companies and get a paycheck from it. As long as it’s fair both ways and also not intentionally deceiving people then what’s so bad about getting good solid products into consumers’ hands?…
Everyone is so quick to judge people about making $$$, but we don’t see them out there trying to make the money. They just sit back and whine and complain and try to “EXPOSE” the people actually trying to make money to support themselves and they’re families.

Well said David. Thank you!
I can’t find the original video anywhere
He took it down.
Pan is not and never was a professional detailer.
Can you elaborate? You seem to know him personally or you're just hating?
I once read somewhere that Pan had a very well paid professional gratifying career, outside of detailing before the RUclips gig.
People pay him to detail cars, which is the definition of a professional detailer 🤦♂️
Pan doesn't weed out garbage products, hes getting 16000 US to sell crap...
Thanks a bunch! Glad you got it and appreciate your patience as we had some trouble communicating at first!
Plot Twist...Pan paid him $10k to make this video.... Only kidding, I love Pan and his vids. He's the man and worked his way up into a beautiful new car!
😂 LOL I wish. RUclips’s just for fun for me.
He certainly has! Killer car
I can't get the products Pan uses where I live or they are too expensive. Don't really Take Pan seriously anyhow.

And they do. But to be honest, you must not be def and blind to know that.
Some great points here! Thank you.

That’s a true and valid point! I hope and only hope that he only chooses products he agrees with! His videos have helped me find some good ones!
Viewers didn’t want to believe my video because they were so wrapped up about Pans review. They assumed I applied it wrong!
Perhaps some products that Pan reviewed are actually good and some suck! Lol
Great points. Classy. You got a new sub!
Thanks for watching!
Lol
We are team Pan. If he gets money I’m more than glad. He deserve it like any person that works.
You gained a new subscriber for posting this :)
Wish i won that flex, its like $70 here in Australia lol
A channel should state that a product review is a paid testimonial.
They should both focus on doing a better job growing their own brands. Perhaps they would be a tad bit more successful at it. I'll keep marching forward and do my thing.
Thanks for your support Michael.
@@PanTheOrganizer You’re Welcome. Love your videos! 😀
@@PanTheOrganizer Oh please. You're a wildly overpaid "influencer." I disagree with those who put you and Brian from Apex in the same smelly group, but you are disreputable through and through.
The man test every product he shows us unlike a bunch of sites that don't, everyone deserves to make money of making videos for content on yourtube. If he's able to good for him , don't hate in the man for doing wheat anyone if us would do. Just be honest for everything you review that's all we ask for.
I love of pan videos and I got products that I saw in his video and they do work. It doesn't hurt for him to make money off somebody's product specialty when people are buying the products he's promoted.
I wouldn’t expect anything less from Adam Levine. 😂
😂
Stand up video for Pan Sir 👍
I haven't seen this controversial video, but I don't care.. from my experience Pan usually states such and such product was sent to him by the company.. I like Pan.. I won't have my view changed by possibly a disgruntled person . My opinion. Nice video.
I have learned so much from Pan! I learned to detail my own vehicles and respect the fee that I pay to detailers that they truly earn. People should be paid for what they do and I have no problem with Pan making money. The guy that "exposed" him is a jerk. He is just cranky because Pan wouldn't promote him for free.
Another poor actor trying to get more views.
What was the brand and people behind bashing Pan?
I still have no idea
Pan doesn't not do a review for a product that doesn't meet his standards. meaning if the product is crap he wont do a review. i used the products Pan reviewed and they have never disappointment me.
Thanks for speaking on his behalf , because I do believe that he is not a fraudulent person kudos to you...
Liked and subscribed
You are a very good human. I feel the exact same way towards Pan. He’s helped Me immensely. He’s also been responsible for high credit card balances with all these products. Lol.
There’s always one though. 🙄. Haters are going to hate. The hell with them. Keep doing Your thing. Great video!
I just subscribed you bro, I always watch Pan and I am not in detailing stuff but I like it for my car. Will see more vedio from you
Thanks bud I appreciate it!
Geez - how many detailers now need to jump into the cesspool ? You guys are giving the profession quite a black eye
The rims look like Torque Thrusts, great choice😎
Shh 🤫
Thanks bud lol
Not to knock your business but why the hell does anyone care that much about a guy who details cars? Wgaf. I watch you fellas to learn how to clean my ride. No big deal.
Thanks for your videos
Good for him that he fills his pockets from these companies however now his recommendations are completely worthless.
Why is that? What’s wrong with the products he recommends?
Pot meet kettle.
wrong, he discloses they are paid promotions
@@platinumautoglasswindowtin88 if someone is paid to tell you how great something is then you have to wonder about their integrity. I for one am not going to tell how great something is if I feel it’s not.
@@russgrebenc7923 you don’t seem to understand, it’s only great after he tests it and it’s great. If it’s not great you don’t even hear about it. There’s tons of products he gets that aren’t great and it doesn’t make it to video and he never charged the company.
Who knows what is the truth.
There’s 3 sides to every story …
The A side , the B side and then the truth is in between ….
Search man the advertiser if you want to watch the first video it was reposted 8 hours ago by some other account
Love the support 👍
if I have the opportunity pan has I will definitely do the same
pan is wonderful
Great video...subbed! Sounds like a company got mad because Pan ultimately didn't want to show case their products, so they got ass hurt and jealous of Pan's success so they want to bash him...must be a bunch of "cancel culture " kids that run that business. I definitely won't try their products now.
