Hey girl! Fat burning supplements are just a marketing strategy to let people buy things, but you really don't want to waste your money on those !! The only way to lose fat is to burn more kcal than you eat (don't forget the kcal your body burns just by functioning, which makes up most of your tdee), what also helps is increasing your protein goal and just training in general without decreasing your kcal (food is fuel :)), because if you get more muscle mass, your metabolism will increase as well ! Creatine however, is the best proven supplement on the fitness market and can help you push your workouts a little harder! Hope this helped x

The squeaking sound in the background is pretty annoying. You can easily filter it out. I know RTX graphics cards use deep learning algorithms to detect and remove stuff like that. Or just separate the audio clip and use a band-stop filter around the specific frequency in an audio editing software.
Not able to filter as the frequency is too broad in the spectrum to filter without severely affecting the vocal tones. MacBooks don’t use RTX cards. Unfortunately just bad timing for the fella crushing it on the bike. Will definitely keep that in mind next time, though.
