Everything this woman does is so clean and perfect and orderly. Her training, her cooking. Dont get me wrong, it makes for great videos and i like her videos but the reality is never like this. Training is sweaty and hard, you stink, you are exhausted, you fail and fall, the gym is full of people. Cooking is messy and ugly, there are ingridients all over the place, dirty plates, your hands are dirty, your kitchen is a mess. 😂 Makes for good videos, but this just isnt real life for 99% of the people.
