Have you thought about a TDI VW? I have a Jetta with the diesel and I get 50-55mpg with that. Those can be found cheap, maybe not 5000$ cheap but worth a shot. You may like the diesel torque.
What is a b8 or b8.5 is it the the same car but in different years. When i Look to audis website i cant find any s4 b modell anywhete im new to this just looking for an explannation to what B really is.
Get a TDI! All the MPGs, plus reliability. In addition to being able to do some small mods for some added fun in your daily. They aren’t very quick, but it’s definitely fun to be able to max out a car everywhere you go. Ive had a couple, end up missing them for that reason (and the cool Diesel engine and turbo noises). Audi underrated the engines which make nearly 400 hp to crank. Just like the old American muscle car companies underrated their cars for insurance so did Audi.
3 different s4's made within 5 whp of 266 whp on our dyno......... SAE correction 0% +/- 2%. I dunno what crack cocaine people put in the tank to get these numbers.
2.5 I5, is weak until about 3000 rpm but very reliable. Have one in my 2013 Passat and I don’t like it because it’s significantly underpowered in the Passat application but at least it sounds good. Would you get a stick?
Damn @ignitionTube - you have to have some thick skin for this crowd! I would like to see your car head to head with APR Stage 1, just to see the results. Aso, what if you reach out to the major tune options, (APR, Unitronic at least) - and see if they would agree to flash your car for testing, video the results. Almost no videos that show the same car real world tested, with different tunes. Keep up the content, good stuff!

I think you should do a decibel meter with the awe and compare it to some of your friend’s exhausts on various cars. I think thatd be interesting

mkV TDI's take FOREVER to warm up in the cold, if they ever do.

going for reliability :)
Stock s4 will dyno 330awhp, 350-360awhp sounds accurate for a tune or intake/tune car.
