Lol well after that clip I figured out what it was and gave it some attention off camera! Thing was pretty dope, I’d like to see it when it’s finished for sure
Cool seeing b8.5 manual content, hard to find….I’m 6spd too, stage 1 APR 93 no bolt ons just the tune…made 404/330 at the wheels. Interesting to see the difference between the tunes. You make a lot more down low but APR makes more up top.
Good stuff. I have a Sepang Blue 2015 B8.5 S4, Black Ops package with similar mods. IE Intake, ECS Trans Insert, AWE Touring Cat-Back (IE Down Pipes on the way) and 034 stage 1 ECU/TCU tune on 93. Nice to see what I potentially am putting to the wheels.
The plan right now is IE Downpipes, Redstar Test Pipes, 034 Heat Xchanger, 207mm pulley and 034 Stage 2+. I’m not really interest in anything past that as far as fuel mixes or wet meth. If I decide I’m not done by that point I’ll throw the 034 camshafts at it but honestly I just dont see going past what I have planned.
Have you ever experienced the EPC light in the b8.5 s4? having a consistent code that won't go away and continues to pop up even after solving the codes.
I have not, the one thing I got was the code for the PCV. Which I only got when driving the car extremely hard. But I’ve since had the PCV service which seems to have resolved that issue. Have you had an Audi or a shop look into it, or have you googled the code?
My b8 occasionally had the EPC and code multiple random misfire, new ignition coils did not fix it, new plugs did not fix it either. Eventually got a carbon clean and decided on replacing the pcv since they had to take the supercharger off. Have not had the code appear since.
Just stumbled on this channel randomly. I gotta say your audio quality is amazing my dude. Also I wonder why you made 20whp more on the last run vs the first?
@@charliep4680 it does pair up well, I love it. I’m not the biggest fan of alcantara on seats. Although it is quite nice on steering wheels and dashboards!
No, I have the 034 density line control arm kit! Just waiting to get a few more parts cause I need to do the brakes, carbon clean, and a couple of other things as well.
Personally I love the S4, the supercharger is something unique that If you’ve never experienced before it’s pretty awesome. Also pretty tunable. Not sure if it’s more tunable than a golf r though considering that’s a turbo car. Don’t know too much about the golf either to give you any pros or cons though.
Ive owned a MKVII and I currently have a b8.5 S5... I love turbo cars, however the S4/S5 feels different! its heavier, feels sturdier yet still not a slouch. GTI/R can hold very nice power with various turbo setups.I think you should drive both! see what you think.... Coming from the MQB to this, it's safe to say. I won't go back
@@TimelineBeats ahhh okay. So far so good, not sure how long it was tuned before I bought the car but I haven’t had any issues yet. Gas mileage is also quite good when I’m not getting on it too much
Like a ballot machine 😂. And if anything the numbers should go down when everything gets hot. Cannot see if there is any fan in front but it's far away anyway.
There is no way you skipped over that mid engine track car mr2 “I don’t even know what this is”. A gem man! It’s a gem😭

22's on the S8. That place was awesome!
Those things are monstrous lol. Agreed, definitely going back next year!

Did you dyno with a mustang dyno or dynojet?
Dynojet
About to go stage 2+ soon! Stay tuned, just ordered an upgraded inter cooler, the 207mm pully and test pipes!
production quality is awesome, can’t wait to see more
Thank you! More on the way!

@@DavidPanciotti nice, we love to see it!
That interior is hawt didnt know they did brown leather
I love it, nice two tone. I do like the Tuscan brown on my S5 a bit better though!

im loving the content bro 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you, thank you! Trying to switch it up a bit from just installs 😅
Might turbo my ‘11 S5 found a kit and install for around 3k
Sheeesh what kit is that? I’ll have to look into it for my S5 for sure!
We would be talking about how good of spec this S4 is; Dream spec B8.5
Still to this day never seen another one even comparable!
I would probably take the TTRS. Things gotta be the best power to weight ratio…
Yeah that thing is an animal, same engine as the RS3 as well
You going to put the ECS upgrade control arms on the s5?
No, I have the 034 density line control arm kit! Just waiting to get a few more parts cause I need to do the brakes, carbon clean, and a couple of other things as well.
Love the horsepower!!
Shoot me too lol! Needs a little more though 😅
I’m on the fence between this or a golf r.

Oh yeah meant to ask - Which mic are you using?
It’s actually just a cheap one from Best Buy that plugs into my phone, nothing special…
If you don’t mind what’s the name of it?
You get rid of the v8? It def sounds better but just can't compete with a modded 3.0T
Nope, still have the S5! But you’re absolutely right it’s not even comparable 🤦🏽♂️
@@tariqsamuels8578 Nice, i think i talked to you on reddit once, Tulsa right? Was that a local tulsa audi group that went to the dyno?
@@trainedloser Yes! It was Audi Club Oklahoma’s event. But i recently relocated to DFW and that’s where they had the event at!
hows the reliability?
The 3.0t is supposed to be one of Audis best engines reliability wise. As far as maintenance it’s gonna be pricey just like any other Audi lol

is this the stage one tune that cost $100 on their website?
i just found the right price lol i thought it was too good to be true
Lol yeah I was gonna say $100 would be nice 🤣
Can you send link for tune I’m trying to see if it’s 100.00 ?
It’s not actually $100. Once you start configuring the options and stuff you’ll get your actual price.
are these dyno jet or mustang calibrations?
Dyno jet
not gonna lie your face looked a bit disappointed after your dyno results.....
Not at all lol! She’s pretty stout 😅

I’m a stage 2 single pulley (Crank) from 034 in my 2016 S5…. I be blowing the doors off S4’s
Lol I’d love to see you line up with an S4 with the same mods. I’m sure it would be dead even, S4 might even pull on you 😅
Makes no sense... same engine/trans... and the s4 is actually lighter. Find one with the same mods 😂.. this is coming from a s5 owner
@@1bads5 😅 I didn’t want to say but I thought it smelled like a whole lotta cap lol
how much your gas consumption was affected
I went from 27 hwy to 22
That was using a dual pully pr with a 207mm lower
I’m just stage 1 so if I’m driving pretty calm I still average around 23/24 ish.
Is that on 93 octane?
Indeed it is!
Ready to sell yet?
Absolutely not lol just getting started!
What’s all done to ya car
Really just the IE Intake, 034 Mid Pipe, and 034 Stage 1 91 Tune. I need to buy the tuning cable so I can upgrade to the 93 tune.
