Tiffany is right about “soccer mom’s” voting block - we need auntie voting blocks - cousins - basketball dad, etc. voting blocks so everyone gets involved. Make no apologies about hiring a black person who may not have all the tools. I spent 40 years as a production person who could not be hired because my father mother cousin uncle aunt we're not in the Union. Do not apologize for including our own.
I hired so many blacks, which caused HR to have a conversation with me. Interesting conversation 🤣. Continued my hiring practices until my retirement. Each hire was well deserved 💪🏽💪🏽

That's one of the main issues real CRT investigates: disparate sentencing...and how legal realism trumps legal formalism. The Sentencing Project wrote an entire report to the United Nations providing the empirical data that this goes on right now.

Joy said a word when she said “Democrats don’t know how to fight.. they don’t have it in their DNA”. If these are facts, what’s the action plan here? I don’t understand why there’s not a collective effort from those with platforms as big as theirs to do things differently that move us forward… there’s far too much complicity in the Dems lack of action/fight.

It’s people like her & Roland that use their platforms to criticize with no suggestions. For example not one Fox reporter sit back & openly criticize Republicans like Democrats on liberal networks. I was told by a very prominent Demo a list of powerful black media that have platform to help create the Fox type for Dems. I remember first watching Roland many years ago & thought he was going to be a difference maker. He still saying the same things 16 years later.😂😂😂😂 Also notice there are no black PAC and why.

That woman has received no love or support for outing racism at a major network and risking her income to do so.

My Black women friend entrepreneurs and I used to gather together at one of our locations, bring food and give love and support to each other while trying to operate our brick and mortar businesses. It didn't last, because many businesses closed and some even moved, but I loved it. I pray to reimagine and re-do it, one day. 🤞🏽🙏🏽
