I have to investigate the consequences of physical activity on the deep sleep for a school project. So I would need a sleep tracker which is very accurate with the sleep stages. Which one would you recommend me (it shouldn’t be too expensive)?
You claim that the Muse S is highly accurate, but you never state why, other than that it's an EEG device. Are you just assuming that any device using eeg will be accurate?
Unsure if u have tried hiawei band 6 and above. I have found their travker to be pretty decent. But have not compared with others. I would be keen to know the outcome.
I've been testing the Apple Watch with watchOS 9 and haven't been impressed. Compared to my other sleep trackers (and how I feel in the morning), the Apple Watch doesn't seem to be accurate. I guess that's because of the low sampling rate and the lack of additional sensors.
This is very in depth. Thank you.
You're very welcome!
if you don't track your sleep... did you actually sleep?
Great question :)
Love your vids! Keep them coming!
Thanks! Will do!

Whoop or Oura Ring are accurate but neither is cheap.

Good point, Scott! I linked to a couple of studies involving Muse in my blog post: michaelkummer.com/health/muse-review/
@@MichaelKummer Thanks!
Very good video, I just hate how companies lock the full potential behind a subscription though
Yeah, subscriptions have become common practice...

I haven't tried that.
I’d love to see and hear your opinions on sleep tracking with watchos9!👍

Wow a wearable on your wrist 90% accurate compared to an EEG... Really?
Muse s could detect the inflamed brain
