【氣炸鍋】脆皮燒肉 [AirFryer] Crispy Roasted Pork
材料Ingredients:
五花肉 1公斤 Pork Belly 1kg
米酒 1湯匙 Chinese wine 1tbsp
白醋 適量 Vinegar suitable amount
鹽 半茶匙 Salt 1/2tsp
油 適量 Cooking oil suitable amount
醃料Marinade:
五香粉 2茶匙 Chinese five spices powder 2tsp
白胡椒粉 1茶匙 White pepper powder 1tsp
鹽 1茶匙 Salt 1tsp
白糖 1茶匙 Sugar 1tsp
#脆皮燒肉 #不上針不鋪鹽 #香港燒味

我 成 功 了!!
皮很脆,肉里面很多汁,完全不会干柴
90°C先是炸45分钟,因为不确定猪皮干不干,又多炸15分钟
200°C我放30分钟然后拿掉锡纸再炸10分钟让肉的表面稍微干身
好吃到停不下来啊~谢谢你的食谱👍

除了自家烤箱脾氣拿捏還不到位
顏值還不能滿分 脆度已經是一級棒! 還超簡單!! 豬皮不必汆燙不必扎針耶 感恩這食譜
其他視頻的方法有失敗可能,我做了幾十個,如肥安所說先低溫30-45分鐘,塗油再高溫20-30分鐘效果最好,沒塗油有時候只是硬但不脆,加上塗油幾乎一定成功,不過我還是有用鬆針就是了😁
今天整了來吃,真的第一次就成功了,外皮超脆肉很嫩
比我出生以來吃過最好吃的燒腩肉還要好吃 !!
第一次腌豬皮忘記要落白醋,豬皮也沒有落鹽 ,然後放進冰箱兩天
氣炸完成後切件再塗上蜂蜜汁,沾乳豬醬/芥末來吃
用筷子夾第一塊時在完全沒很期待會好吃的心情放入口 (因為第一次整也沒有試過味道)
嘩!!! 真的好吃到笑起來 😁
完全沒想過會那麼好吃,口感還一點都不油膩 🤤
只用價值HKD: $100 級數的氣炸鍋 (普路斯) 最長時間只有30分鐘可以調節...要焗乾豬皮45分還要分兩次

I tried this recipe and it came out awesome! The only thing is my oven heat was not even, so during broiling (at lowest rack) , I kept an eye all the time and brushed oil on the skin where it didn't puff up, at 220c, highest temperature of my oven. Total puff up time 50min. Thank you!

Thank you for your recipe 😊 first try success 🙏 I used Tefal's most basic airfryer model EY20, the outcome a bit bit dry, probably cuz I didn't rest the meat enough 😅

You may adjust the cooking time if it’s too dry. Because the output of different brands maybe different. Keep try and make a perfect one 💪🏼

Must it be chinese vinegar or any vinegar.
Should be white vinegar.

我试做了很简单
可是我的气炸锅要调230度°
猪皮才会爆的比较美
如果200度°的话它就平平几粒泡罢了
可能不同牌子的氣炸鍋功效不同,所以溫度有點偏差😅
跟你做法皮係脆,但點樣可以令到啲肉無咁乾同硬?

Please make sure the air is circulating when the air fryer is running. The fat does not leak out and keep the pork juicy.
