I love that the multipurpose room has the opening to view everything downstairs! It's so open. My mom used to collect unique masks like that. We had them all over our house when I was little!

But I read some people daydreaming about moving to el salvador now and get something similar and we know that wont happen. Currently a house like yours in el salvador goes for around 1k or 1.5k and thats cheap. Thanl you for the tour, i love your decorations and continue enjoying our beautiful land.
Correct inside San Salvador a home like ours goes for at least 1k. We live 40 minutes outside of San Salvador on a good traffic day to get this price. 😁💙 I am very grateful to be able to raise our girls here
I miss the houses in El Salvador. They are very cozy and very spacious. Unfortunately the cost of living there is expensive :( I now live in LA paying for a 2 bedroom apartment $1,500 but I’ve been living here for so many years. I used to live in pinares de Suiza in santa tecla. I loved my colonia although it was at a high risk of landslides. Beautiful home!
así es Ernesto acá está cañón la vivienda y la comida están por las nubes sólo que esta señora gana dólares no siente el precio de 500 dólares al mes y sueldo mínimo es de 360 dólares como diablos alguien que gana eso podrá pagar un alquiler así en Santa tecla vive mi consuegra y ella a veces renta su apartamento en 500 dólares al mes y ella se fue a vivir a la casa que paga 325 mensuales e queda 175 más su pensión mínima se le hace algo de dinero pero pues no todos tienen esa dicha de tener casa propia y ud lo sabe acá en una col, como la que ud dice están super caras las casas,?

I live in the socal area right now and everything is so expensive now I'm paying over 2k for my apartment and spend 8 hundred on just food every month not to mention bills that come over 1k. Im only 22 and my mom recently gave me the title to one of her homes in El Salvador. My home in El Salvador has 4 bedroom,2 kitchen one inside and one outside, and it also has 2 bathrooms one with a tub and the other one with a shower. Everything is payed off so all I have to pay is electricity which cost 20 to 50 bucks a month. She passed me down 16 acres of land and we have a built well so we get fresh water from underground whenever. I'm still debating on moving out there but I heard that most people only get paid $25 to $120 a week and that's way to little for me. I'm currently using my home as a vacation home whenever I go visit
That sounds like an awesome home 💙 do you get to visit often? monthly wages would depend on your line of work but 650 a month is about average for a bilingual call center agent or English teacher.

It depends what's most important to you... Would you like to live in the city, the beach, the mountains, suburbia, or a small town? All have their pros and cons it just depends on preference 😊
Before kids (and a pandemic) I loved city life but now the suburbs have my heart 😁 one day I would love to have a place at the beach though... The beaches here are amazing!

We as Salvadorean it is normal to pay $105 per rent , because the salary per month is $360. So to pay $500 it's so expensive for us 😬. Great video !!! 💕💕 You're so sweet!! I hope one day to have beautiful house like you.

My parents are from el salvador to chase the american dream of owning a house and sure they have a house now in socal but now I can't afford anything or build wealth in my own life. I've been contemplating moving to el salvador. That's crazy, rent is $500 there and here in socal I can barely afford dinner most nights having worked healthcare jobs.

I live in the socal area right now and everything is so expensive now I'm paying over 2k for my apartment and spend 8 hundred on just food every month not to mention bills that come over 1k. Im only 22 and my mom recently gave me the title to one of her homes in El Salvador. My home in El Salvador has 4 bedroom,2 kitchen one inside and one outside, and it also has 2 bathrooms one with a tub and the other one with a shower. Everything is payed off so all I have to pay is electricity which cost 20 to 50 bucks a month. She passed me down 16 acres of land and we have a built well so we get fresh water from underground whenever. I'm still debating on moving out there but I heard that most people only get paid $25 to $120 a week and that's way to little for me. I'm currently using my home as a vacation home whenever I go visit
That sounds like an awesome home 💙 do you get to visit often? monthly wages would depend on your line of work but 650 a month is about average for a bilingual call center agent or English teacher.

Yes I feel this....I am from San Diego but had to move to Washington when I was 21 because I couldn't afford to pay rent in California any longer....but I'm happy I did because that's when I got the Job that sent me here to El Salvador and I met Carlos :) Where about in Cali are you?

My beautiful El Salvador. I am really amazed what 550 dollars a month can get you in El Salvador. A house that big in Southern California where I live cost 5-7k a month. Great videos❤️🎉❤️

It depends what's most important to you... Would you like to live in the city, the beach, the mountains, suburbia, or a small town? All have their pros and cons it just depends on preference 😊
Before kids (and a pandemic) I loved city life but now the suburbs have my heart 😁 one day I would love to have a place at the beach though... The beaches here are amazing!

My parents are from el salvador to chase the american dream of owning a house and sure they have a house now in socal but now I can't afford anything or build wealth in my own life. I've been contemplating moving to el salvador. That's crazy, rent is $500 there and here in socal I can barely afford dinner most nights having worked healthcare jobs.
