I think this person, Kim, was trying to send that message to Javier Martinez and John Gámez. It’s still an ignorant comment since people from El Salvador were literally saving their lives by leaving due to the gangs and prior to that because of the war.

Hello, I am Salvadoran by birth and I have lived in the United States for several decades. The truth is that El Salvador has made very important steps in health, education and of course in security and we hope it will do so in the economy this year. So it is a totally new and very pleasant country, hospitable and very friendly to foreigners. I congratulate you and I hope you enjoy the best that the country has to offer. There is a lot to see. GOD bless you and hope to see you soon back there. from montreal.
The key is to assimilate here, not to be an expat in El Salvador. I think Mexico has many communities that are just expats and they don't try to become Mexican. Here we are with locals. There are literally only two english speaking couples in this complex.
@hagenaarsfamily you should start giving English classes, you know the English they teach back there is just like.. level 1 right? So there, you have a door to make some many, so take care.

Yes we have to get up early one day and take an Uber over there. I guess if we find a farmer that we like the produce of, maybe we can get deliveries. I actually want to find one to get raw milk from. Any suggestions?
God bless you more in your new home. Truly l believe Bukely is a an answer to many prayers from salvadorians , who deserve the very best from all the sufferings they have suffered from many injustices from past corrupted governments.
There are many private schools around but they are expensive. They range from $140-$250 per child per month. They may be cheaper ones but I stopped looking as it would almost be the same as our rent. So we Homeschool here using are own Bible study program, a variety of Spanish RUclips videos and Khan Academy for English, Math, Science, History (for my boys) and reading for my daughter.

There is a guy that brings it with a cart and a bicycle. He is the one that delivers it. We don't want to have to walk with them again, they are heavy ad my husband walks with a cane. We went through that in Zarqgoza.
Hola amiga me llamo la atención tu vídeo felicitaciones en escoger mi pulgarcito yo tengo 35 años viviendo en Canada y pienso regresar a El Salvador cross my finger my wish can come true❤ enjoy your new life.
Welcome to El Salvador ❤ now in El Salvador is peace free down to live there for the children , it's the safe country and too much fun more adventure for all those kids. ❤ In the 80' it was the begging of those bad days 😔. But now is beautiful ❤ everything days the Sun 🌞 is coming out for All of us ❤🙏 Thank to God and the new Government.
Super helpful! El Salvador is my husband’s home country and moving there would be our family’s plan B if we are not able to remain in the US. May I ask if you’re homeschooling your children and if that’s permitted in El Salvador? As a mom of a 3 year old and 8 month old, I am concerned about the quality of public education in El Salvador versus the US. Also, do you mind me asking if you plan to work in El Salvador? Are there work opportunities for those of us who don’t speak proficient Spanish? :) Thanks and best of luck in your new journey! The Salvadoran people truly are some of the best.
Yes Homeschooling is legal in ES. People tell me that the public system here isn't good but I don't know. I know the public schools in Canada and US are very woke and force their political agenda in the schools and they DO NOT do that here, so already that is 100% better in my opinion. We are going to open up two businesses. We are waiting for our motel to sell in Canada and then we are going to buy a Hotel here. We are also working with 2 local couples and we are forming another company. More to come on that one. I think your best bet is to start a company, that way you can use it for your temporary residency as well. You can do anything, even teaching english. Everyone one here is so nice. Even today we went to an ice cream shop on the way to get groceries and a man heard me speaking English to my husband and he started up a conversation with me. He lived in Texas fro 20 years but his English wasn't that good and my Spanish isn't that good but we had a good chat with lots of hand gestures and one translation with our app. He was really interested in us and why we moved here. He was so nice.
I am getting my own plan together to make a move and plans for a scouting trip at the end of February with no set time limit other than coming on a tourist visa and looking to get residency as a digital nomad or applying for one of the plans Bukele has announced for citizenship. I'd really like to know more about the shipping container you mention. Also you said your current house does not have AC but you all have electronics. How are you keeping your laptop s and computers cool? So far I have been thinking I will need AC if not for me I'd need it for my electronics. Thank you for making the video! I am looking forward to more.
It is not so hot here that electronics are over heating. We have these tower fans running in the main room but that is all. I still don’t know a out Bukele’s 5000 visa plan. Residency applications are $140. USD. You need apostilled criminal background checks for the adults. And apostilled birth certificates for kids. I will do a whole video or 3 on the shipping container. It is a process not for the faint at heart.
Hopefully when you install the AC your bill won’t go up that much . I do believe the government is trying to fix that , I know your mentioned in your video 😊, welcome 🤗
I don't think we'll be installing AC. I like having the windows and doors open all the time and with AC you have to keep everything shut tight. Our house has a huge covered outdoor space and we leave the door open 24/7 to that space. That is one perk for living here. And there are no mosquitos.
@@hagenaarsfamily oh wow , NO mosquitoes 🦟 , I’m surprised 😮 , well even better for the electric bill and I’m glad than you guys are adapting pretty well ☺️, I love your videos and God bless you and your family 🙏🏼

Thanks and best of luck in your new journey!
Great video! Great information.
Glad it was helpful!
🙏
welcome to el salvador
In el salvador we love jews and Christians People...
@@hagenaarsfamily Thank you for the reply! I have so many questions. I will be looking forward to more videos. Thank you!
For fruit and vegetables go to agro mercados they very cheap prices
we have to get up early and get the Uber out there, that is all that is stopping us LOL!
❤️❤️❤️
I rather live in Lourdes too , bills are pretty high in other places.
👍👍
