Nosotros vivimos en Canadá, Mi Mama ya está jubilada y construímos una nueva casa que se parece mucho a ésta pero la de nosotros es más grande y en un terreno grande, apenas la acabamos de terminar, con todas las amenidades, aire condicionado en todos los cuartos, sala grande, lavadora y secadora, satelite TV con internet wi-fi, piso de marbol blanco. Mi Mama ya vive en El Salvador casi permanentemente, solo viene a visitarnos a Canadá, yo me jubilo en 5 años y allá me voy ir a jubilar por supuesto.
No pueden solo decir que linda su casa , tienen que tratar de salir enzima de ellos , siempre tienen que decir que tienen algo mejor , no sean envidiosos

Beautiful house. I can only imagine the great weather as opppsed to the USA with its freezing cold weather, high inflation, $ 11,000 dollars in property taxes and the threat of losing your house if you are late with the taxes, unfair system. Horrible. Definitely I am planning to move too.
We also are transitioning to move out there as we are getting ready to retire soon. We just finished building our house and can’t wait to move in full time. I have kept up with your transition and watching where you have purchased your furniture. This will help me in my future purchases.🤗
The only thing i can say is woooooooow congratulations because the houses in el salvador are getting more and more expensive now is the best time to invest in your house.
Congratulations on your new house. It looks amazing. You see, God always delivers🙏you went through a little bit of suffering, but in the end, you found your home. A few things I like to point out if you don't mind. The gas tank needs to be strapped for safety purposes, and in the future, ceiling fans would do wonders for you, and one last thing that I would recommend is getting yourself a generator inverter for when there is no power that way you can run electric range,dryer, etc..and also dig a water well. I just thought I share with you what I'll do in the future when I go back🙂
Thank you for all those suggestions. The electric power it's actually very reliable here, it has gone maybe 2 or 3 times for a few seconds in 3 months. We wanted to do the gas way to leave the electricity for the A/C's and the pool otherwise we'll be just working for the power company. lol. you're right God always comes through.

Congratulations! That’s a very spacious house and the lot is huge in El Salvador standards. You definitely have room for an outdoor kitchen area and a pool in the future.
