Hubby and I have been watching your videos for a little while now on his account. We have good friends who moved to El Salvador to take care of her mother and Tia several months ago. We just got back from visiting them for 11 days. They took us all over the place and we fell in love with everything! We are already planning our next trip in January and also had lunch with a realtor while we were there to consider purchasing property somewhere along the beach areas. Thank you so much for your videos and they have been very informative for us before we ventured out on this epic vacation! We had never been out of the country until this trip and it was the most amazing experience....next trip we are hoping our adult kiddos will make the trip with us so we can share this beautiful country with them as well!
I was in El Salvador 2 months ago and saw soo many positive changes and how safe I felt, I really want to buy a land on the beach to build a beautiful home for vacation and one day retire there.

I have only seen a scorpion twice in 11 years. They are not very frequent in city homes 😊 I have seen 1 baby tarantula he lived under my dryer for a while we named him Harry 😂 growing up in California next to the desert I saw these animals much more frequently than here in El Salvador.

I would say it comfortably sleeps 12. There are 4 rooms, 6 beds, and 5 bathrooms. Perfect for a large family 😁
