I found an American bulldog outside my house last Christmas. She was so skinny and she just stood there looking at me.. I took her in and now she’s the best dog I’ve ever had. They are so gentle but yet assertive. Nothing can get in her way at the dog park lol and she loves tug of war and fetching. I think when we’ll trained these are some of the best dogs ever.
I had a Johnson who passed away just 6 months ago and I’m still broken hearted over it. He had the best personality. He was a needy, fragile kitten in the house but a 140 lb king of the jungle outside. He was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of dog/relationship.
They are awesome, had a litter a while back and are 16 weeks old now. Got rid of them all but kept our for ourselves. Our male is 115lbs our female is 80. She had a small litter of 5. Might breed them again next year. It was a lot of work dealing with them to be honest.
We had a Scott American Bulldog. Her name was Suzie. She was absolutely INCREDIBLE! So loving, so fond of people, so gentle with our little kids. She didn't bark much. One time she did late at night when someone was trying to break into our car. Her bark alarmed us, we didn't hear it often and we were able to chase off the intruder. They are SO strong! Once, I was walking her and she saw 2 larger dogs being walked coming towards us. She was so excited, and I was not being vigilant. She pulled me down onto the sidewalk and pulled a just a few feet or so. I was so embarrassed! LOL! Definitely will get another American Bulldog when I decide to get a dog again.
I accidentally adopted one. Once I read up on them, everything made sense. I miss that girl so bad. 8 years later. She made me grow so much. So protective.
My Johnson Bulldog, John passed away 2 weeks ago and let me tell you he was the best dog ever. Gentle lap dog. Amazing with kids, dogs. Very loveable my sweet giant. I am heartbroken and I miss him every second of my life. They are such a great breed 💔🥺
Great Video! Thank you! My story, We Adopted an older big headed Johnson AB from the pound and within a few months, he was very protective of the entire family and our property. He was very loyal and it really seemed he was appreciative of the home we gave him. Only spent less then 3 years with him but he was the best dog we ever owned.
Just picked one up off Craigslist yesterday. She is the Johnson type, all white and 4 months old. Completely house broken, not destructive, magnificent looking animal.
We just rescued a white Johnson with a tricolor ear 5 months ago, the Johnson American Bull dog is the finest breed out there, extremely loyal and very protective of our grandchildren, who play with her like she was a sister and rough house and roll all over our yard and house. When we adopted her, the police told us she had been on the streets for 8 weeks, they had not been able to catch her. She has suffered some abuse in the past and when we adopted her we knew we would need about a thousand dollars in medical work, (ears, nose, skin) turned out to be a few dollars less and were happy to spend it, as she has blossomed from a 60 pound street urchin to a majestic loving 125 pound American Bulldog, who loves to sleep and go on "short" walk that no amount of money could buy from us. We strongly recommend this breed, Johnson version to anyone who loves dogs. They are truly a gift from God.
I had a American bulldog scottsman type absolutely lovely breed sometimes i thought he had more human traits!!! He could be stubborn at times but very loving very gentle with with kids and playful.
Very true I had a female, she was so gentle with children and small dogs....she couldn't contain her exitement, and she would jump out of the back of the truck to greet any children she seen. She was so stuborn, always battling you for dominance, she was bored one time whe i put her in the basement to cool off, she started biting the floor and removed the entire linoleum floor.
Thank you for mentioning some of the health problems with the shorter brachycephalic skulls. And speaking about other health issues with different dog types in general. I really appreciate it. It is depressing to see how uninformed so many people are about the structural problems many breeds have. Like how so many consider obvious symptoms of severe breathing problems and lack of oxygen cute, quirky and most of all "normal".
I have a Scott type, he is the greatest dog. He walks with me because I do not walk so well (nerve damage in legs) but will beat the breaks off my boyfriend running. He has a schedule that we can not divert from, very stubborn. 🤣😂 He is my Velcro Dog. He was not socialized with children or other pets when he was little so when I rescued him he was not a fan of either. Very important that you socialize them young!! He is now 9 and is starting to slow down a bit. Love my Bubba!!
I adopted my boy Louie last year from a local shelter. they had him listed as a pitbull mix. I found out a couple months later that he is a a scotts American bull dog. he's been awesome, what a great breed.
I bred and owned American Bulldogs for years. There are more than just two types of American Bulldogs. Here are the TYPES OF AMERICAN BULLDOGS. Johnson Hy-bred (Johnson/Scott typically). Scott Painter - The painter line is the smallest American Bulldog. Nevertheless, they are the most gamed American Bulldog. You can liken the painter line to a game-dog, or game-bred Pit Bull Terrier. The last American Bulldog I owned was out of a male who was 165 pounds, vet scales, with his ribs showing, and stood over 28 inches at his withers. His name was Mugsy. You can see him on Bybee's Kennel, on the 'Bred By Us' page. He was bred by Bybee's Kennels, and was out of Chuy and Buttercup. Chuy is 150 pounds, and Buttercup was 110 (if my memory serves me right). He was the biggest American Bulldog I ever saw. The American Bulldog is still my favorite breed.
I had a white, Johnson American Bulldog as a kid. He went everywhere with me and my group of friends around the neighborhood, watching over us while we climbed trees, hiked, and ran around like nutty kids do. NO ONE messed with us ever! Lol. He was a loving, gentle soul to every one of us. All these decades later, I still miss him. 😢
Very powerful breed, my friend has a Johnson/Scott type mix, it’s a beast. So strong, athletic, affectionate and fun to be around. I can hug him, chill out with him but when outside and he see’s groups of hooded teens or a crack head guy I’ve seen that look in his eyes and you realise that this kind dog can become an absolute killer if pushed, I feel so safe when I’m with him as he knows me as his owner’s friend so I’m part of the pack, I love this breed 👍 ❤
I recently had to buy an American Bulldog. Our neighbor bought him originally and kept him in a tiny cage almost all day long, one he couldn't even stand up in all the way. It took a full day for him to stretch out to his full height after I got him because he was so use to squatting in that cage. The dude only feed him once a day, never exercised him, and often yelled at him, so when he asked if I would buy him, I did. I DEFINITELY can't afford him, lol, but I couldn't let him stay like that. He's 5 months old, a big ol' scaredy cat snuggle bug who absolutely HATES going on walks, lol. I've tried to lure him out with treats (he is MAD food motivated, lol) and positive reinforcement, but he just wants to be cuddled up with me on the couch, basically in my lap, lol. If anyone has any tips on how to get him more into walks, please let me know! And wish us luck making an awesome little family!
Last summer I found a puppy in my alley. She was white, with just a few small black spots. I proceeded to try to find her owners to no avail. During the process I took her to the vet and got all her vaccinations, and fell in luv with her. The vet couldn’t help me in regards to her breed. According to his calculations she would have been about 8 weeks old. She should be a year old in June. I chose the 4th as her birthdate. She became mine on August 3rd, the day I found her. She has grown tremendously! I don’t know her weight, and haven’t taken any measurements. I was looking at breeds she may be a part of. She has some strong resemblance to the American Bulldog. She’s super loving, high energy. I can see a bit of aggression in her. She’s just finishing her first heat cycle and plan on having her spayed in another month or so. I know this is long but I’m kind of excited to MAYBE know, at least in part, what breed my girl may partially be.
Amazing breed! I have owned them and have had them for many years. I have had both Johnson and Scotts as well as hybrid type. They are very loyal and incredibly powerful dogs! Even the Johnson bully type are very surprisingly fast and agile. Beautiful and protective as well but the power of this breed is truly amazing!
I had an Ambull crossed up with a short hair St Bernard (Martha). She was 105 pounds and the best dog I've ever known. When she passed our other dog (Hector German Shepard/Pittbul) laid in the closet all day and night for almost 6 months. He only snapped out of it when I got 2 new puppies.
I couldn't agree more... So on point I am an owner going on 12 years and I can tell the people in the comments section know what they're talkin about also
I have the johnson Americans, male is 115lbs female is 80,both are NKC registered. We just had a litter of 5 a while back, they are 16 weeks old now.Best dogs we've ever owned.
NO. American Bulldog Alan Scott line used the OLD WHITE ENGLISH BULLDOG (OWEB), which came to the US, with English immigrants in Georgia and Alabama, so far that tension is in the rural fields, known as Southern White English .
I absolutely love this breed i bought a pup a few moths ago the breeders said he was a corgy and french bulldog but i swear he looks like chihuahua version of a american bulldog he looks the same but really small about 25 pounds I don't think he will get over 30 pounds he is absolutely acting like a real 1000% bulldog bites a lot very strong powerful i extremely unique he steals the attention from everyone when i take him outside he's my absolute treasure I wouldn't sell him for no money he is a original even has blue eyes
I am so gratefull i found out about this breed. Raised 2 from pup over the years and picking up the third pup tomorrow. If raised correctly they are the most caring protective and gentle souls in the dogworld.
I had a female hybrid/hunting bulldog. she was so gentle with children and small dogs....she couldn't contain her exitement, and she would jump out of the back of the truck to greet any children she seen. She was so stuborn, always battling you for dominance, she was bored one time when i put her in the basement to cool off, she started biting the floor and removed the entire linoleum floor. She was also a good guard dog but she really like greeting strangers and making friends once she knew they were ok. When greeting humans she would really bang into them, sniff snort and almost head butt them, showing dominance I think. I had a male that was also a good dog. Even the male and female got in a bad fight that would have led to death and the male bulldog had a bad fight when my brother let his American pit bull terrier out on supervised and it ended up in the bulldog pen. They can get along better than the american pitbull terreir but if you have two males be mindful that they can be best friends forever and one day the submisive one might say he had enough and they will fight to the death. Once they get fighting they rarely back down. You may never need it but its best to get a breaking stick and learn how to use it. The American Bulldog is a breed in trouble. A lot of the dogs in this video are not even johnstons, they are extreme bully types. People keep breeding for looks, for over exaggerated bulldog looks and its turning an athletic bulldog into the english bulldog all over again.
Why is Mr Allen Scott and Mr Johnson is the only name associated with the AM Bulldog. I owned this breed before, my dog was Johnson/ Painter. Mr Joe Painter was big time in this breed also. Not to mention Tappe and Margintina.
Great video. I have a 120lb Johnson. He doesn’t stay outside for more than 10 minutes in the Texas heat. Night time is ok though. He usually gets spunky around 9 and after 20 minutes it’s bedtime. Very low energy couch potato. Can’t stress socializing enough especially with other dogs. As mine has gotten older he’s becoming really independent. He’s always been nice to people but instead of being excited to make new friends his attitude is more like “Ugh, what do you want?”
Our Stella, a hybrid Johnson Scott Bully. 110lb lean tall long beauty. She definitely is high energy but her laziness is as extreme, lol. Smart, loving, protective, and not scared of anything. Her and the cat bully each other, however, than cuddle.
We are on our third one. For us they are the best fit for our family. All have loved kids of all ages, got along with most other dogs and as long as we told them the person coming into our home was ok you were their best friend.
I have a mix, buff Mastiff American bulldog Australian shepherd. He guards, love to pull and take apart coconuts and catches Frisbee. He doesnt like to give the frizbee back and wants to pull. But im disabled. This dog is a joy. Ive always had pitbulls .
I have an American Bulldog, and she's more of the long, lean type. She's tall and kind of dainty, and I think she has a little Boxer blood. When you say these are mouth dogs, you're not kidding! She is very mouthy, and has chewed her way through multiple "indestructible" toys during her first year. But I tell you what, I have never had a dog who is more eager to please. I was able to teach her sit, howdy, and stay just using positive reinforcement rather than food. All she wants is a pat on the head and to be told she's a good girl. I recently took her on her second overnight camping trip, which included her first trail hike. She loved climbing on the rocks and jumping over fallen logs and different obstacles. Despite the campgrounds being rather busy, the only time she barked at someone was when my dad was playing around doing some "karate", and she wasn't sure what he was doing. Otherwise, she laid down by my chair and was very well-behaved. She's the biggest dog in the house, weighing in at about 55 pounds max, but gets put in her place by our "top dog" -- a long-haired chihuahua who weighs a whopping 6 pounds.
I lost my american bulldog to CHF. He was a great dog. Big, energetic, good protector and when I had my two kids he loved them so much. What a great bread but need lots of room to play. Thank you for your video.
thank our baby was born to a stray cur .. the vet told us recently he is also American bulldog, he weights out at 120 loves to chase all birds and to swim. He also doesn't understand he is big. but he is great thank you for this information.
It really just depends on what you want to do with the dog. If you're are going to have that dog running and really doing bulldog work I'd agree. For pets the Johnsons are fine and they do pretty well anyway unless it's really hot. Mine hangs in pretty good unless it's like right now hot. Then she just wants to stay in the shade and lay doen
Muzzle length has very little to do with breathing once a dog is already brachycephalic. Both of the types of AmBulldog are brachycephalic already which means that a longer/shorter muzzle doesn’t affect it.
Affect it, because longer musle means a smaller amount of air comes in the lungs , dog started to breathe more frequently, cor frecvency started to grow up...and dog lose more liquid and become egzosted....w@@gabstownsend
ABD's are amongst the best breeds you could ever hope to have. I lost mine 8 months ago and I'm still in a lot of pain. I never knew a dog to truly be family until I met my Roxy.
Zeke...Another Great Video for another Great 🐶 Dog,Well Done my friend.Your helping so many Dogs & People matching the Rite Dog for the Rite person. GOD BLESS
My 9year old beautiful girl passed away 2 days ago and I’m so heartbroken. She was such a sweet , witty girl and had so much personality. I miss her greatly 😢❤
😢😢 lost my American bulldog today I've had her 6 years she was a drop off and I took her in she listened to me she done everything I told her to do she was very active
We rescued an AB probably Scott, possibly mixed with Pitt. She is incredibly sweet, learns fast and is very obedient. But she is leash reactive to other dogs and it’s dangerous for me to walk her because she has pulled me over. I’m so sad about that, but she’s otherwise a lovely dog.
I had a pure-bred Scotts breed American bulldog whose name was Kaos and he passed away 3 years ago from cancer. He was a gorgeous gentle giant and a huge teddy bear. I know people have their opinions on American bullies but I would recommend the breed to anyone. They are patient, gentle, loveable, affectionate dogs and are great for when you're raising young kids too. I would say though make sure you socialise your dogs from a young age because we didn't socialise Kaos enough and there were times where he was unpredictable around new people but that also happened because people were afraid of him due to his big size.
I love that you stress the need for obedience training and socialization, along with regular exercise. Way too many people breed dogs that don't have a clue about proper breeding, and they sell puppies to anyone. Breeds get bad reputations because people are too lazy to even housebreak a pup, let alone train them. No bad dogs, just bad breeders and owners. Great video!
I've had two, a Johnson and a hybrid, both females. Big babies, both, and I miss the first one terribly (died Thanksgiving day 2018 ). The second one is now two years old. And also have a half pit, half American, who is the sweetest dog I've ever had, loves everybody. Raise them well, they're great. Raise them like a turd, well, you'll have a "bad" dog. A little exercise and some attention and affection, some obedience training, good to go. Any dog can be made mean, all it takes is a bad handler with a crap outlook on life. And if an aggressive dog is your goal, you might look good on fire.
I have 2 American bulldogs there both awesome. My male is just a big goof ball lol coolest dog I've ever had. Very protective guard dog he came from Georgia I live in Massachusetts. My female I drove all the way to Philadelphia to get her. She thinks she's a princess lol she's about 90lbs . My Male is probably 85lbs and he's almost a year old there both Johnson American bulldogs. Very large powerful breed they do require more time than most dogs. I love them both hands down best dogs I've ever owned. Thanks for the video
When you show this dog you should split the time between the two different types of america bulldog, there so different in looks and different in athletic pursuit,,,my fav is scott type and would love to see these more documented
I have a Johnson/Scott mix american bull dog. Honestly I think for a young man they're the best breed. Their Powerful, intelligent, like to play rough but when it's time for bed thier right there by your side snuggling right up. Amazing companion.
Im looking at this because my father is looking for a powerful breed for protection of property. I’m looking specifically at the American Bulldog because there are a lot of those on the shelters. We are trying to adopt one :)
Informative and straightforward video! Thank you for spreading positive and educational information about these misunderstood breeds. I have an American Bull Pit mix and he's one for the story books. Best dog I have ever had. We've also taken the time to do exactly what you mentioned in the video; obedience training, exercise and lots of love and socialization.
Great video! Fantastic breed! Though I do want to note, Scott & Johnson are not a type. Those are bloodlines. Classic & Standard are the two types in the breed.
I would say scott and johnson are more widely used standard ive seen used to fit a certain standard for dog company's and of course the many sub breeds of those two
Our last dog was a scott/johnson AB and he had a longer snout that the regular johnsons but was still pretty thick set lovley goofy dog and a big softie! Longer snouts are always better imo and look better too imo
My Georgia is an 11 yr old female. I busted her out of a shelter 5 yrs ago. She had been given up twice locally as my vet has records on her. I suspect she wasn't trained properly. She never met a person that she wouldn't just flop over and want tummy scratches. SWEATHEART! She can be ok with other dogs but will not be dominated no way no how. She gets aggressive with gunshots, loud noises and the bug zapper outside. She's good with kids until they start annoying her. She is very jealous and emotional and doesn't like competing for my attention...a little stubborn. This breed definitely requires attentiveness. Best dog I've ever had. Good luck! :-)
Man I got a female American bulldog who was 7 years old with heart worms. Family was rehoming her, and thank god I got her. She was perfect! Sweet heart of all sweet hearts. She was vocal 😂 when I would have friends over we would all start howling and she’d be in the center of us and she’d throw her head straight up into the air and let out the best howl. She was never without her big blue chew ball and was often seen barking with it in her mouth😂. She was a character in all the best ways. She gave me nearly 8 years before she succumbed to the heart worms, and not a day goes by I don’t think of her and remember her “murph murph” noise she would make when she wanted attention. She was Pearl white with piercing blue eyes, lovingly named “blue dog” Rip sweet girl ❤
Owned a Scott type back in the day... never owned a dog as great as he was. Truly a mans best friend, It was funny how he was so freindly yet that dog really knew which people I couldn't trust. Any person that dog didn't like wound up screwing me over. Gonna own another one as soon as I move.
These dogs originated by a breeder that lived in Georgia. The complete story was written up by the ADBA dog magazine back in the 70's or 80's. His original dogs looked way superior to these latest dogs. These show type dog breeders are trying to make them look like a big version of the English (Pug) type Bulldog. The original dogs were better stationed, deep up and down not broad rounded chest capacity. Better balanced without excessive blocky short muzzles. Was no hip problems or breathing problems. Were as hardy as our original Pit Bull Terriers. Once the show dog breeders get control of a breed of dog. That is the end of the true functionality and use of that breed of dog.
I had a small am bulldog took him averywere ran him every day until his hip got bad at about 14teen yr had to put him down in 2017 he was 15yr 4 months old I miss him very much
I have an American Bulldog who is phenominal with my young daughter. He is protective of her. He is quite stubborn but manageable. Actually better than out pitty. More dog aggressive though than i care for. Overall good dog
I just love my American Bulldog he is 8 years old got him very young out of Kansas City and he is what you would call hybrid mother was a Johnson father was a Scott and he weighs over 140 lb but yet it's very athletic and fast and it is quite a good swimmer I feel like I got the best of both dogs the only bad part is he still suffers from not being able to handle really hot climates which is true of the English Bulldogs and the Johnsons
I loved a wrestle with mine. She'd bite the cuff of my fleece while I was wrestling with her. She never bit me, though. You're safe with these gentle giants guarding your home and family.
These are great dogs. I love all American Bulldogs but I prefer the Johnson type. They definitely don't do well in the heat and if you are looking for a dog to jog with this isn't really the right breed for that. Sure, there are AB's that run, they are dogs, but overall there are many other breeds that are much better suited for jogging. They are extremely loyal and naturally protective. When Z says "they will love you and those that you love", he is absolutely right. They can get fat easily if you don't exercise them enough and they definitely can be dog aggressive if not socialized properly. BTW, they are great with the kids.
New sub!! Me n my wife sre pregnant and trying to find a breed good w babies. we both had dogs growing up and want our baby to have that same love for doggos!!
Interesting, I have two Johnson-Scott hybrids my old boy is nine, & my girl, is 12 weeks old. I enjoy the blend, as it allows the dog to be large in size like the Johnson, & athletic with less breathing problems as the snout is longer like a Scott. Which is ideal for our family because we a pretty active. Also I think it’s all about weight, when it comes down to hip and joint issues. The ones on this video are FAT, of course it will lead to issues…don’t get me wrong they look awesome, but being a big beef cake like that will gaurentee problems. Just my opinion though
AHHH YOU EXPLAINED IT. So my american bulldog x is very prey driven. Loves his ball. Loves to get the biggest stick. Tries his darndest to pull branches off trees and swings and hangs ... destroys sticks he finds... hes obsessed with killing plushies. OBSESSED. Ive never trained him... its just in his dna... thing is his sight is crap, his nose is crap, i just couldnt figure out what senses the bulldog uses.... his mouth!... thats right. Hes a mouthie dog.
I found an American bulldog outside my house last Christmas. She was so skinny and she just stood there looking at me.. I took her in and now she’s the best dog I’ve ever had. My condolences. My bulldog passed away last year and it left me heart broken. Fantastic dogs.
its all up to you how you bound with your dog!no worries you will bound with another one just as same
My Bella passed in Feb. I'll never get over it. She was the brightest dog ever. My best friend. 💖🐾

Ok i guess im on the list also, i had 13 years with the big boy now gone.

The best breed. I have three of these guys. So loving and so family oriented.

Why you call it Sscottsman? Lol

So true about them encapsulating human traits, I thought the same, I was very close to my boy.
I swear mine sighs when I growl her or when she doesn’t get her own way. Like a big exaggerated sigh 😹😹
Thank you for mentioning some of the health problems with the shorter brachycephalic skulls. And speaking about other health issues with different dog types in general. I really appreciate it.
Had one. RIP he was a great dog. He was a muscular 145 LB White bully but acted like a puppy, true fact saved my life when i was a kid RIP 🙏
I adopted my boy Louie last year from a local shelter. they had him listed as a pitbull mix. I found out a couple months later that he is a a scotts American bull dog. he's been awesome, what a great breed.
just reading comments and found yours, we miss our sweet Lacey girl & hope Louie is doing awesome. Give some extra pats or biscuits today

Amen to that my 50lb Bully knocked a good friend off his feet, coming up to say hi.
They seem to think they are the size of a Jack Russell but in reality they are a 100lbs Mack Truck!
@@Grizzleback07 I swear that's my brown lab, let's just say she thinks she's 20 lbs. Lol
Absolutely. My gf has one and he's a sweetie but he really doesn't know his strength!
I bred and owned American Bulldogs for years. There are more than just two types of American Bulldogs. Here are the TYPES OF AMERICAN BULLDOGS.
Johnson
Hy-bred (Johnson/Scott typically).
Scott
Painter - The painter line is the smallest American Bulldog.
I have had several... AMAZING dogs!! Extremely loyal and loving and wise defenders and smart and just straight beasts💪💪💪❤️❤️
Great Job! you’re by far the most respected dog channel🐾✊🏾
Emir Bernabe 👍
A married black man and father paved the way for dog enthusiast series but he don’t get the props he deserves but we makin noise though
I like the standard / Scott type more with their leaner pitbull look personally but both are beautiful and great.
Guys support me I am near 1000 subscribers cute speaking Rottweiler video ruclips.net/video/CGFIJXkDW-M/видео.html
have one he great.
NO. American Bulldog Alan Scott line used the OLD WHITE ENGLISH BULLDOG (OWEB), which came to the US, with English immigrants in Georgia and Alabama, so far that tension is in the rural fields, known as Southern White English .
The leaner looks more like an Amstaff in my opinion!
we have one - black and white - SWEETHEART!! but.... do not come in the house uninvited....
I have an American Bulldog her name is Karma and she’s the most loyal amazing dog I’ve ever had and an unbelievable guard dog too
I absolutely love this breed i bought a pup a few moths ago the breeders said he was a corgy and french bulldog but i swear he looks like chihuahua version of a american bulldog he looks the same but really small about 25 pounds I don't think he will get over 30 pounds he is absolutely acting like a real 1000% bulldog bites a lot very strong powerful i extremely unique he steals the attention from everyone when i take him outside he's my absolute treasure I wouldn't sell him for no money he is a original even has blue eyes
I have an american bulldog and shes amazing!!!! I highly recommend one!
Just reserved a pup. Chose one over a Boerboel. Hopefully he’ll be a great boy
Best dog channel there is
Imo the Scott type is the best all rounder, they do everything very well..
I have a scott american bulldog. He is amazing i picked him up from mr scott and i couldn't be more impressed.
Zeke! I really like these videos. Do you film all this footage? Also, what editor do you use? I really like this editing!

What does CHF mean
thank our baby was born to a stray cur .. the vet told us recently he is also American bulldog, he weights out at 120 loves to chase all birds and to swim. He also doesn't understand he is big. but he is great thank you for this information.
Imo the Scott bulldog looks fit and agile and with a longer muzzle must breath better so for that reason I'd get a Scott but I love all bulldogs
True for my Scott bulldog, walking 15-20km in hot weather, jumping high, strong pull power ,fast moves and big head
I love my bulldog. First one I've ever had. He's 6 now... notvery smart but probably the most gentle and strongest dog I've ever had
Zeke...Another Great Video for another Great 🐶 Dog,Well Done my friend.Your helping so many Dogs & People matching the Rite Dog for the Rite person. GOD BLESS
Thanks bro! Great presentation for the breed.
Me an my family just got a American bulldog. she is black an tan .very smart puppy my family thanks for your video
Thank you so honest for anyone looking into this breed…
Check the breeders for snout size… also hips as a young pup
My 9year old beautiful girl passed away 2 days ago and I’m so heartbroken. She was such a sweet , witty girl and had so much personality. I miss her greatly 😢❤
As an AM BD owner this is a good video. This is a GREAT breed that needs a few basic rules to abide by.
😢😢 lost my American bulldog today I've had her 6 years she was a drop off and I took her in she listened to me she done everything I told her to do she was very active
This breed has incredible physical strength! I have a standard one, only 8 months old, and he's strong as an Ox.
Great video! Lots of footage of dogs, concise, very informative & covered major talking points! Great review format.
I just recently fostered a 12 year old . It literally took me a couple days before she became a fosterfail. She is sweet and demanding . Total queen.
There are great dogs 🐶
The goodest boys. Such a wonderful breed
Favorite dog I've ever owned.. Passed away three years ago.. I had more of a johnson
Amazing companion.
im proud to have one! i love them!
Incredible work and variety of lines displayed in the video
How beautiful ❤️ and they have the ears they were born with.thank goodness they have intelligent owners.beatiful.
Im looking at this because my father is looking for a powerful breed for protection of property. I’m looking specifically at the American Bulldog because there are a lot of those on the shelters. We are trying to adopt one :)
I hope you get one. They are wonderful dogs!
Concise, short, direct and articulate video.
Thanks.
I just rescued a 2 yr boy who was being neglected, so far he's been the best dog ever, built like a tank
Thank You Sir… Truly Appreciate your Honesty
best dog breed ever. i have a american bulldog and she's the sweetest dog ever
My aunt has one and his name is Zeus he is so big and sweet and very protective
Good luck! :-)
Cool! American Bulldogs are intelligent, powerful and flexible working dogs who can learn a lot.
Hi Zeke! Your channel is one of my favorites! Could you do one on Rat Terriers??? Pleaseeeeeee 🙏🏽
TGIF, Zeke what no Broholmer yet stay fit & let's remember to be careful out there.
White colours dog look awesome I never saw white colours bull dog ,it's lovely 💖💖💖💖💖🐶🐶
I love the longer noses. So much easier to breathe!
4:02 They are not supposed to have cropped ears
No dog should
I had a small am bulldog took him averywere ran him every day until his hip got bad at about 14teen yr had to put him down in 2017 he was 15yr 4 months old I miss him very much
I have an American Bulldog who is phenominal with my young daughter. He is protective of her. He is quite stubborn but manageable. Actually better than out pitty. More dog aggressive though than i care for. Overall good dog
Finally accepted by AKC!
I am getting my first one ever in 3 weeks and i am so nervous , really excited to have one
You should look into the Brazilian/campeiro bulldogs! They're a mixed breed of American and English.
Hey I have recently got my little puppy marshmallow and he's a johnson-scott hybrid is there any train tips you could recommend?
AHHH YOU EXPLAINED IT. So my american bulldog x is very prey driven. Loves his ball. Loves to get the biggest stick. Tries his darndest to pull branches off trees and swings and hangs ... destroys sticks he finds... hes obsessed with killing plushies. OBSESSED. Ive never trained him... its just in his dna... thing is his sight is crap, his nose is crap, i just couldnt figure out what senses the bulldog uses.... his mouth!... thats right. Hes a mouthie dog.
You did plenty videos on this breed. Time to move on onto the STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER BREED
He already did at least one video on it
@@AlecGrinage Yes he did but semi videos shorter than 7mins. Not a long detailed video.
