So they made sort of a wagon/SUV type car based from a 4door which originated as a 2 door. Correct me if I'm wrong, but only from the Germans. It's sleek looking they probably wanted something that was a little bigger to compete with the Model S and A7. But unique in its own way also.

First things first, what are these small lights that light up just after the normal brake lights? Extra-bright brake lights, maybe? Two-stage brake lights, maybe?
Because I've seen them in other BMWs too! The M3 F80 and the M4 also have these lights! Any ideas?
Also, the shifter shifted itself into P?? What is that??
And by saying "A la carte" you mean BMWs Connected Services, am I right?
Say what you will about the looks, but the space inside this car is absolutely huge! I mean, compared to the X6, the 6-Series GT is more dignified and roomier at the same time!
I say "dignified" because I find this design more attractive than its predecessor, the 5-Series GT! The front end looks sharper, like a BMW should, but the rear end is better looking than before! It's far from beautiful, but at least it's a step forward, especially when compared to the hideous X6 and the new X4!
Although, I think the name should still be the 5-Series! Even numbers in the BMW line-up have always been associated with coupé and convertible models! BMW has made the same mistake before, with the 2-Active/Gran Tourer! It should be called the 1-Active/Gran Tourer, because in the existing way, it dilutes the historical 02 code and the small coupé blood line recently resurrected by the 2-Series Coupé!

To make the care seem roomy, there is like zero tumblehome. So when you look at it from the front, the windshield reminds me of Megamind's forehead... Having said that, I think it would have, with 3 or 4 inches of extra ground clearance, some fender flairs and bigger wheels, this would have made a much nicer looking X6 than the one they are selling.

The first 4-door coupe is the Mercedes CLS, then the BMW 6-Series, and finally Audi A7. Most people prefer the A7.
It's unbelievable how much launch control makes BMW accelerate better for posting times. Try it without the launch, and you will loose at least 1 second in the 0-60, and the shifts won't be as crisp.

I'm a BMW fan and i have to agree. The 5 GT was also hideous. Inside was spectacular and I do mean spectacular, but the exterior is just plain hideous.

Nah actually not. Got the 640i x drive and if you're putting 22 inch alpina rims on it tint the window and get a carbon black metallic and if you lower this ship down this car looks absolutely amazing literally one of the prettiest cars for me it looks so mafia not to forget track widening

I swear BMW must be paying people off who do these car ratings.......No one appears to ever have anything bad to say about BMW.......No one wants address some of the questionable design choices, the fact that BMW has way too many cars that are basically the same with minimal tweeks, the fact that they are not very reliable and are a nightmare when it comes to maintenance and repair costs.
