Very true. I started exercising about a month ago just because I didn't want to sit around all day = makes me feel tired, lazy etc. So exercising helps my body give me a boost of energy and help with productivity.

That's great, good for you! When my bad mood (I don't call ot depression bc I haven't been diagnosed) kicks in, I usually have no energy or motivation to exercise :(

Why does nobody in the comments exercise? I get it that you're lazy, I'm lazy too, but exercising feels so good and it's good for your health and body
Because most people have other hobbies and priorities. Those priorities might just mean snacking or staying in bed. Not everyone wants to improve. Some people just wanna do what they want or what they've always done.

@@SoraJack that's not necessarily bad, I guess, and no one is forcing other people to exercise. However, not doing any type of activity that keeps you physically trained will always have bad effects on you later on. Staying in bed all day eating is not taking care of yourself, it's fine to do it once in a while but when it becomes an everyday thing is extremely unhealthy. My point is, if that makes you happy, you can do whatever you want, but you should be aware of the fact that it's gonna hurt you badly in the long run. That is not a hobbit or a priority, is a bad habit and a temporary solution to feel well/better.

The only reason I started working out was so I could have arm muscles, thinner thighs, and a smaller stomach but now I do it for “runners high”

My workouts go nothing like that! Lol! Mine are filled with jumping dancing singing laughing water breaks twerking popping, a relaxing warm shower and a recovery meal hours later. HIIT cardio for the win! The best part tho - that natural high when my workout is complete! Lol!
