    Circadian rhythm… there’s an Ayurvedic clock:
    9-12 each hour = 2 hours
    12-4 each hour = 1 hour
    After 4 each hour is equal to 1/2 hour.
    We don’t feel enough rested if we sleep late. We don’t go to deep sleep as per sleep cycles

      Sree Vani garu please don’t ruin your metabolism….the diet which you shown us here is about just 700 cal per day ….it’s very very low if you maintain this cal daily ,long term impact on health deteriorates ….we need 2500 cal per day but if we want to be in weight loss journey 1500 is sufficient …pls think twice before falling for this journey ….avoid all junk and sugary foods and maintain clean and healthy diet also have atleast 20 min of physical activity daily …healthy w8 loss of about 2 kgs per month is so sufficient ….don’t fall for this 5 kgs weight loss for a month ….

    Best and fastest way to loose weight. Just skip rice make oats mudda mix salt and ghee in it. Eat it with any curry you want. I lost 12 kgs in 6 months. I walk 4 km every morning and 6 km all day. I kept the weight off now for more than a year. I eat oat meal any time I want including breakfast.
