  • We swear there is a Marshall amp disguising itself as the Dirty Little Secret. Easily travel without the road crew required to lug them around; the DLS is the perfect secret weapon in your tone arsenal. This is your “always on” pedal, designed to be the "foundation" of your pedalboard, transforming any amplifier into those raging British stacks. It forms the core of your guitar sound which you can enhance and embellish by adding boosters, fuzzes, filters, and other overdrives in front of it - just like you would in front of a real amp. And the reason you can leave it always on is that you can get a great clean sound just by rolling back your guitar's volume knob! That's the way the old school Marshall players did things!
Features: DLS with a Les Paul Special w/ P-90s, a Les Paul Standard with humbuckers, and a Telecaster.

I highly recommend this pedal . I took this pedal to my local music store to demo a Les Paul . I plugged it into a Vox AC 30 using a Les Paul traditional and I had several people including employees of the store come over to see what I was playing because it sounded so damn good .

Holy Wholetones Batman! Ok, I just got mine today, (well yesterday. Its 9am and Ive been playin this thing for nearly 24 hrs straight) and this sexy baby is a literal wellspring of creative inspiration. No exaggeration. Ive been throwing different combinations of fx at this thing and it takes them all beautifully. Best yet is: Wampler Euphoria > (MXR Script Phase 90) > Lovepedal Gen5 Echo > DLS III > H&K Tubemeister creates a fuzz tone that is f'n incredible. With the Phase 90 its a cool vibey Jimi sound. Amazing work Catalinbread. Its NEVER coming off my board. I havent even gotten to the Manx Laughton yet. Thank you!!! A 1000 times, Thank You!!!

Oh and to clarify: this is just the 9v Super Lead mode. I havent even explored the 18v or Super Bass side of things yet. I did throw it on the 18v lead for a few minutes, wow!, like another pedal. The headroom went waaaay up and everything got tighter and focused. Switched back because I wasnt done with done the cool tube sag that the 9v side creates. Can you tell I freakin LOVE this pedal? I cant shutup about it. Ha. Ok, who needs sleep? Im going back to the magick! Far out!

I had an idea, i want to mount one to the guitar or put it in the guitar and have the controls on the guitar so i dont have to bend over. Just placed my order for one from a Seattle store on ebay. like Tom said "Waiting ------- is the hardest part". I'm going to do a review of it cause thats what i do, well that and ROCK! Nice review, great playing, loved every minutes of the 2 videos, the future is hear, we are in exciting times for gear.... One Love...

I fuckin' love Catalinbread. I have at least 3 of their pedals on my board at all times, with the DLSIII always on. I use a Fender Bassman head into a Marshall 2x12 vertical slant cab, with a 60's tribute LP and a Epi Casino. P-90 magick, I tell ya. I honestly don't know what else these guys could come up with next. Seems like they've done it all. Maybe an ADT like Keeley did? I have one, but I'm not really blown away by it. I'd love if there was an ADT pedal that could randomly drift like the Waves Reel ADT plugin.
