ERA posting Question: if a claim has been paid in full amount but after that we have received a more payment for that claim from insurance. How can we change the status from paid to .... So we can post the ERA payment. Otherwise paid claims show red and we can not post the payment.

Unassigned credits are typically payments that have been applied to a client's chart, but not allocated to a specific date of service.
