Is there a way for me to upload fillable PDF documetns and have the patient fill them out on the portal?

@@Therapynotes I have uploaded several Adobe Fillable forms to the TherapyNotes Portal. I can see the forms and read the forms however, I an unable to fill in the form while on the portal.

I recommend contacting our support team at 215-658-4550 ext. 2. They'll be able to quickly access your account and walk you through exactly how to resolve this issue :)

@@Therapynotes We contacted them and they told us this is NOT possible. The client/patient will need to download the file to his computer, fill it out, then upload it back. It is NOT possible for the patient to fill it out via the Portal.
