I would like to see a RUclips video that shows my client's how to create a Therapy Portal account. My clients are having difficulties creating a Therapy Portal account. They tell me that the system would not allow them to enter a password or create the account. They enter their e-mail address, and their date of birth is correct. But when they get to the password section, they described having difficulties. Please help! Thank you!
We have a few different articles to help clients navigate the client portal, however there is not one specifically for creating the account as they just follow the steps from the "Welcome Email". I would recommend to give our support team a call at 215-658-4550 ext. 2 to further investigate the issue.
