I genuinely think Essek discovered his fondness for Jester in this episode. That little disspell he did on the chair while she was climbing on it was totally something an older brother would do. And he also was probably not used to such careless use of the Sending spell. So while slightly annoyed at being woken up, I think he was also amused.

I like the small detail that caleb loses the accent when he's speaking zemnian to the prisoner. He even said "Im sorry" in his normal voice to show he said it in zemnian without stating it. Thats good roleplay

"We're not a cult.." "OH SHIT ARE WE A CULT?!?" My god, that moment was amazing, I did have a feeling about "cult-ishness" I now wonder what Dairon and the CS Archive know about The Traveler.
Every time the party is like "OK, so we could either contact .. or ... or ... or ...", I'm reminded just how complex this story is and how many pieces are constantly in motion. A testament to Matt's storytelling. I feel like they've barely scratched the surface of anything, and yet they're 77 episodes in. It's going to be incredible watching each piece fall (slowly) into place.
I sincerely doubt it will be slow. Solving ONE thing will lead to very firm clues about other things.. making THAT questline coalesce more quickly. Etc. Same as last campaign
well to think of were at level 10 here and were around 100 ep (still catching up) it makes sense that they are still so on top of the ice surface and still scratching the first feet or so. Thinking about that they said they played 2.5 years before campaign 1 at times 10 hours even it makes sense that with 114ep online were at best at maybe a 1/3 right now.
I'm not quite caught up, but I agree that there seems to be so much in this story still. It feels like it can go on for another 100 episodes from this point.
An interesting parallel can be drawn. When Cadeuscus first saw the broken sword he said “I love a pet project”. He then sees a broken party member and fixes both using the other. Very neat

You know, it occurs to me that there are a lot of one-to-one connections in this group tying them all together in various ways and in various pairings. Nott and Jester have their detective thing, Fjord and Jester came together before leaving Nicodranus and could turn into a romance eventually, Nott and Fjord have their teasing and sibling-rivalry-style interactions, Fjord and Beau have their Captain and First Mate thing, Fjord and Caleb have their spellcaster connection and their blood pact thing, Caleb and Nott have their past experiences and their messaging ability and their cons, Beau and Caleb have their "a-holes trying to reform" bond and the fact that she's the only one besides Nott who knows the full extent of his past misdeeds, Jester and Caleb seem to have an almost brother-sister kind of bond (probably lingering twin chemistry from last campaign), Jester and Yasha and Nott have bonded over the flowers thing, Beau and Yasha have a possible romantic thing maybe, Jester and Caduceus have the cleric bond, Caduceus and Fjord have the Wildmother connection, Caduceus and Yasha have a bond over their spirituality and more chill personalities, and if Taliesin was still Molly there would be the circus bond still with Yasha and his strong friendship with Beau, and I wouldn't be surprised, if Molly was still around instead of Caduceus, that Fjord may have ended up following the Moonweaver instead since he would often watch Molly blessing his swords.
Its easier to see in this campaign... because in this one, you get to see the bonds form. Though it seems to me similar bonds existed between the members of VM. Which probably is indicative of the EXACT same kind of interlaced bonds existing between the players themselves.

Oh I would absolutely think so. Those who are traumatized would never choose to actively see their abusers/what triggers them. Liam's choice was (I imagine) informed by an understanding of trauma.

I haven't read the Wiki and I'm certain most of what I think will be confirmed or denied in episodes to come. However, I think Jester puts on a happy face and lies to herself to cover up things she is upset with in the world. It is partially that she is an optimist and really does seem to want the best for everyone and thing she encounters, it is also a lot of denial about herself, those she cares about and the world. She is very Wise and she is smarter than average as well. She "acts" the way she does for reasons, most of which are not healthy. She has been lieing about how she really feels and thinks for most of her life and has convinced herself of most of her own lies. She wasn't entirely happy growing up the way she did with her mother, but she was a smart enough kid to know her mom had some severe mental hang ups and she wanted to keep her mom happy, even after leaving home she is trying very hard to stay her mother's cheerful little sapphire. A Trickster god has also decided she is fun and stepped into the role of an imaginary friend Jester already had and used that to manipulate Jester, part of her knows this but the lies are safer than the truth. Her fixation on certain things has a lot to do with her introduction to sex at a very early age, but also with how people treated her mother and vice versa, but more importantly how that was different from the way she was treated. This also applies to her daddy issues with her biological father, the Gentleman, and to some extent the Traveler, not having a father as she grew up is something that upsets her but she doesn't want anyone else to know that because I'm not sure if she understands why it upsets her. She could have seen her father as just another customer of her mother, and her conception as just an accident but she clings to the stories her mother told her. I got the impression that those stories were ment to comfort a small child, but even though the Ruby of the Sea wants to keep Jester her Little Sapphire part of her seems to be played by Matt as a little concerned that Jester has focused so much on the story that she gave up on long ago. Jesters character growth is slower than the other members of the Mighty Nein because she's terrified of actually opening up, I'm not sure she the character, not the player, is even certain of who she really is under all the lies and games. However her time with the Mighty Nien has changed her and in several instances, more often since the other characters started to let their own emotional walls down, cracks have started showing in Jesters facade. These breaks worry her because she is afraid of herself to some extent, she seems to no longer know where the lies end and the real Genevieve Lavorre begins or if she has become someone else entirely. I might be completely wrong but that's how I see the character as portrayed by the player and interacted with by the Dungeon Master.
Interesting theories, with some good supporting observations. Personally, i wont be surprised by ANY outcome with Jester.. Mostly because she is a trickster god’s (possibly) highest end cleric on the prime material. I say possibly, not because i necessarily believe she IS the highest level.. but because i am not sure her god IS the Traveller. A Trickster? Yes. But pinning a trickster down and for sure identifying WHICH one isnt as easy or straightforward as other things. Jester had a crappy childhood. Her imagination was her best friend... until one day it PRODUCED her best friend. So... i would not be surprised it was another Trickster... i would mot be surprised if it was an aspect of something within her (a piece of her being near divine, since her REAL father was? ...fed her years of imagination... becoming more and more real...) ...I would not be surprised if her father was the Gentleman, and the little that was known about him by her mother was truly an arrow pointing Jester straight at him... or that her God screwed with time more than a little (since time and its manipulation IS a theme for Matt this campaign...) to MAKE it be true.. as a reward... No matter how crazy, i wont be surprised by it. Intrigued, interested, eagerly awaiting.. but not surprised.
Corwyn Corey it’s definitely a trickster of some sort, certainly not the most powerful sort given that Jester is likely his highest level cleric. I have theories but I’m not spoiling it for myself, just enjoying the little nods here and there

Essek genuinely sticking his neck out so much for MN is... very reassuring. you could s e e how much he was going out on limbs for them and enjoying their company and wanting to help.
he does so much for them even though he doesn't have to. like he teaches sorta-secret magic to caleb, and teleports them places, and pulls favors from the other dens so that caleb can meet with a prisoner, and would've let them reanimate a corpse even though the rest of the court would probably figure that out later on. like,, he drops everything to come to their house whenever they call, but he acts so aloof and a patronizing when he's with them. like, he obviously really likes them because he keeps doing them all these favors and considers caleb a friend, but then he acts like he's so much better than they are. i love it.

The party not once seriously suspecting Essek of anything and trusting him with all of their plans really shows how far being charismatic and attractive will get you
They did suspect him at first, then they trusted almost everyone they came across lol. It isn't looks, its just how the party does things, they are way too trusting of everyone. That one elf along the coast they just trusted, and gave him the beacon, so its not just about looks and charm, they are a bunch of misfits and roleplay essentially being a group of damaged people who are way out of their element just trying their best. You don't need to analyze it like some incel.
The only way that comment could have been better is if this had been a con game in front of audience and he was all dressed up. Especially coming from a character who uses disguises on a regular basis.
And then Caleb complimented her after Essek practically said she was too stupid to learn dunamancy. "Jester I've seen you decimate a person with a giant piece of confection. I'm sure you can hold your own". I don't see why the fans and the critters keep thinking Shadowgast is really a thing. They're fellow scholars in the arcane, they're friends after episode 97, they're master and apprentice in dunamancy, and Caleb sympathizes with him after Essek finds out that his co-conspirators and possibly mentor figures, Ludinus Da'leth and Vess Derogna practically "played him like a damn fiddle" and cast him aside like yesterday's garbage.

Yes, making a probabilistic analysis of what pixels should be there does not mean it can reinvent a face, or whatever it was. Rather the ML algorithm would look at a massive number of reflections and thus learn what could be there, and fill in the blanks in accordance with what is a statistically likely. A reflection of a person would not be a statistically likely outcome and even if it was... It would just be some random person generated by the algorithm

Laura and Liam understand each other very well and absolutely have sibling energy more than just friend energy. I’m glad they get to have moments like these in the campaign. It’s good to see all the different types of love out there represented in such beautiful ways.

If there are stories told about some thing/person that pass from generation to generation, it can be considered of legendary importance. Hercules, Robin Hood, Pied Piper of Hamelin, Ragnarr Lothbrok, Jack the Ripper and such can be considered level 20 in their respective classes, but then you have legendary figures like Oedipus, Lady Godiva, Nero, Guy Fawkes and so on, who are legendary in their own right, but nowhere near level 20. It's more about being remembered for something, rather than just being really good at something.
It might be possible that Marion would qualify as legendary already, as seemingly EVERYONE in the Empire and the Menagerie Coast has heard of her. Caduceus already knows a fair bit about her, so he could possibly learn something like "... and in the year 815 P.D. she had a child, Jester Lavorre, with [insert name]..."
There was a broken teleportation circle in the place that they cleared out for the Gentleman. Not sure if Caleb can fix it, but it would be a way to enter the Empire in the future without alerting anyone.
Creating a teleportation destination is expensive AF and takes a looooong time. I think Vox Machina had one built or tried and it was going to take a year.
That hold chair spell Caleb can cast now is gonna be really helpful in the season's final boss battle when they finally face off against *the chair* edit: thanks for all the likes, never had so much approval for anything hahaha

Caleb's interrogation gives me goosebumps everytime I listen to it You can hear his sorrow, so genuine as watching someone like him, younger than him going through the same watching how she doesn't show any remorse I also find really heartwarming when Essek let him decide the final blow, it was a nice non-spoken moment between them. I'm pretty sure everyone said this already but I don't care this is one of the moments on this Campaign that left me out of breath like it was nothing.
To be fair, I wondered in that moment, if he needed to make a wisdom safe or not. He did not use a spell, but in effect, he killed a humanoid creature by proxy, as it was his decision when Essek would do it. It would have made so much sense and given Essek an insight into why Caleb did not become a scurger himself, but knows so much about them (and wanted/needed this so badly). A missed opportunity I would say. Don't get me wrong, still amazing, but... I just feel it was lacking that last little bit to take it over the edge.
The funny part is that it's not even in the center of the empire (it's actually rather in the north) but that it's exactly between all their teleportations circles in Uthodurn, Nicrodranas and Rosohna

After settling the city, they founded the Dwendalian empire and conqeuored the Julious Dominion to create the empire we know today. The book is very good btw, highly recommended.

Honestly they should just have a character of him who talks like once in the first episode then the rest of the series you just see him in the background of like a crowded area doing something random or selling stuff. Just once an episode kinda like a where’s Waldo.
Jester talking to Caleb after the incident in the jail just made me feel all the feels!!!! ❤️❤️ Jester obviously was worried and didn’t want to leave Caleb alone for even one minute after the incident. Which is why she sat thru the spell training even though she knew she would most likely not understand any of it. She then continued to stay with Caleb as he went shopping and helped pay for his stuff. I know she was serious when said she bought that gold dust to be used exclusively to help her with future pranks, but I also know she did so to make Caleb smile. She got him thinking on a happy future. ❤️❤️

At 2:14:47, when they're discussing possible scrying targets, Nott says Trent's name and Caleb immediately PTSD-freezes for a solid 10 seconds. Considering that Caleb still consistently refers to Ikithon as "that man" or "him," I really feel like they need to be more considerate about unexpectedly saying that name. I vote everyone refers to him only as "the fuckwad-in-chief."
I think they haven't really noticed it yet. Caleb doesn't speak up about his personal feelings or dislikes so they may not have realised the depth of these sorta things.

I don't know how early you posted this, since it just says 9 months ago, but if you watched this right after it was uploaded, it is possible they were still using the live transcript version, and not the corrected version they later upload. It is way harder to get everything correct live when you are transcribing 7 people sometimes talking at once, compared to transcribing something with limitless time afterwards. Or it could be that you were previously catching up on old episodes, and are just now at the new ones. The old ones have been around longer, so CR transcripts has probably gotten a lot of corrections for tiny errors over time, which means the new episodes will have worse CCs until the small mistakes get picked up. They seem fine to me in their current state at least. More errors than the first 50 episodes, but it's mostly just wrong name errors. The CCs saying "Liam" when it was actually Sam saying it etc.
@@dig8634 Even now, with these past few episodes, a couple words have been incorrect and names have been switched. It's rough. I use them to help focus and alleviate my minor speech-processing disorder (both due to unmedicated ADHD), and it's very annoying when the subtitles are wrong.

I genuinely think Essek discovered his fondness for Jester in this episode. That little disspell he did on the chair while she was climbing on it was totally something an older brother would do. And he also was probably not used to such careless use of the Sending spell. So while slightly annoyed at being woken up, I think he was also amused.

My god, that moment was amazing, I did have a feeling about "cult-ishness" I now wonder what Dairon and the CS Archive know about The Traveler.
Every time the party is like "OK, so we could either contact .. or ... or ... or ...", I'm reminded just how complex this story is and how many pieces are constantly in motion. A testament to Matt's storytelling. I feel like they've barely scratched the surface of anything, and yet they're 77 episodes in. It's going to be incredible watching each piece fall (slowly) into place.
Matt's ability to be whichever of those million characters they decide to contact at the drop of a hat never ceases to amaze me
i'm still waiting for them to beat up sabien for blowing up fjord's ship. we don't even know why or if he actually did that. so many questions.
I sincerely doubt it will be slow.
Solving ONE thing will lead to very firm clues about other things.. making THAT questline coalesce more quickly. Etc.

well to think of were at level 10 here and were around 100 ep (still catching up) it makes sense that they are still so on top of the ice surface and still scratching the first feet or so. Thinking about that they said they played 2.5 years before campaign 1 at times 10 hours even it makes sense that with 114ep online were at best at maybe a 1/3 right now.
I'm not quite caught up, but I agree that there seems to be so much in this story still. It feels like it can go on for another 100 episodes from this point.
An interesting parallel can be drawn. When Cadeuscus first saw the broken sword he said “I love a pet project”. He then sees a broken party member and fixes both using the other. Very neat

You know, it occurs to me that there are a lot of one-to-one connections in this group tying them all together in various ways and in various pairings. Nott and Jester have their detective thing, Fjord and Jester came together before leaving Nicodranus and could turn into a romance eventually, Nott and Fjord have their teasing and sibling-rivalry-style interactions, Fjord and Beau have their Captain and First Mate thing, Fjord and Caleb have their spellcaster connection and their blood pact thing, Caleb and Nott have their past experiences and their messaging ability and their cons, Beau and Caleb have their "a-holes trying to reform" bond and the fact that she's the only one besides Nott who knows the full extent of his past misdeeds, Jester and Caleb seem to have an almost brother-sister kind of bond (probably lingering twin chemistry from last campaign), Jester and Yasha and Nott have bonded over the flowers thing, Beau and Yasha have a possible romantic thing maybe, Jester and Caduceus have the cleric bond, Caduceus and Fjord have the Wildmother connection, Caduceus and Yasha have a bond over their spirituality and more chill personalities, and if Taliesin was still Molly there would be the circus bond still with Yasha and his strong friendship with Beau, and I wouldn't be surprised, if Molly was still around instead of Caduceus, that Fjord may have ended up following the Moonweaver instead since he would often watch Molly blessing his swords.

It's kind of heartbreaking how Jester is pretending to the group that the Gentleman accepts that she's his daughter when he really doesn't.

I haven't read the Wiki and I'm certain most of what I think will be confirmed or denied in episodes to come. However, I think Jester puts on a happy face and lies to herself to cover up things she is upset with in the world. It is partially that she is an optimist and really does seem to want the best for everyone and thing she encounters, it is also a lot of denial about herself, those she cares about and the world. She is very Wise and she is smarter than average as well. She "acts" the way she does for reasons, most of which are not healthy. She has been lieing about how she really feels and thinks for most of her life and has convinced herself of most of her own lies.
She wasn't entirely happy growing up the way she did with her mother, but she was a smart enough kid to know her mom had some severe mental hang ups and she wanted to keep her mom happy, even after leaving home she is trying very hard to stay her mother's cheerful little sapphire. A Trickster god has also decided she is fun and stepped into the role of an imaginary friend Jester already had and used that to manipulate Jester, part of her knows this but the lies are safer than the truth. Her fixation on certain things has a lot to do with her introduction to sex at a very early age, but also with how people treated her mother and vice versa, but more importantly how that was different from the way she was treated. This also applies to her daddy issues with her biological father, the Gentleman, and to some extent the Traveler, not having a father as she grew up is something that upsets her but she doesn't want anyone else to know that because I'm not sure if she understands why it upsets her. She could have seen her father as just another customer of her mother, and her conception as just an accident but she clings to the stories her mother told her. I got the impression that those stories were ment to comfort a small child, but even though the Ruby of the Sea wants to keep Jester her Little Sapphire part of her seems to be played by Matt as a little concerned that Jester has focused so much on the story that she gave up on long ago.
Jesters character growth is slower than the other members of the Mighty Nein because she's terrified of actually opening up, I'm not sure she the character, not the player, is even certain of who she really is under all the lies and games. However her time with the Mighty Nien has changed her and in several instances, more often since the other characters started to let their own emotional walls down, cracks have started showing in Jesters facade. These breaks worry her because she is afraid of herself to some extent, she seems to no longer know where the lies end and the real Genevieve Lavorre begins or if she has become someone else entirely.
I might be completely wrong but that's how I see the character as portrayed by the player and interacted with by the Dungeon Master.

Personally, i wont be surprised by ANY outcome with Jester..
Mostly because she is a trickster god’s (possibly) highest end cleric on the prime material.
I say possibly, not because i necessarily believe she IS the highest level.. but because i am not sure her god IS the Traveller.
A Trickster? Yes. But pinning a trickster down and for sure identifying WHICH one isnt as easy or straightforward as other things.
Jester had a crappy childhood. Her imagination was her best friend... until one day it PRODUCED her best friend.
So... i would not be surprised it was another Trickster... i would mot be surprised if it was an aspect of something within her (a piece of her being near divine, since her REAL father was? ...fed her years of imagination... becoming more and more real...)
...I would not be surprised if her father was the Gentleman, and the little that was known about him by her mother was truly an arrow pointing Jester straight at him... or that her God screwed with time more than a little (since time and its manipulation IS a theme for Matt this campaign...) to MAKE it be true.. as a reward...
No matter how crazy, i wont be surprised by it. Intrigued, interested, eagerly awaiting.. but not surprised.
Corwyn Corey it’s definitely a trickster of some sort, certainly not the most powerful sort given that Jester is likely his highest level cleric. I have theories but I’m not spoiling it for myself, just enjoying the little nods here and there

he does so much for them even though he doesn't have to. like he teaches sorta-secret magic to caleb, and teleports them places, and pulls favors from the other dens so that caleb can meet with a prisoner, and would've let them reanimate a corpse even though the rest of the court would probably figure that out later on. like,, he drops everything to come to their house whenever they call, but he acts so aloof and a patronizing when he's with them. like, he obviously really likes them because he keeps doing them all these favors and considers caleb a friend, but then he acts like he's so much better than they are. i love it.

They did suspect him at first, then they trusted almost everyone they came across lol. It isn't looks, its just how the party does things, they are way too trusting of everyone. That one elf along the coast they just trusted, and gave him the beacon, so its not just about looks and charm, they are a bunch of misfits and roleplay essentially being a group of damaged people who are way out of their element just trying their best. You don't need to analyze it like some incel.

It was great to just see him go "WHAT HAVE I DONE?!" lol his reaction to Sam's comment right after was even better.
And then Caleb complimented her after Essek practically said she was too stupid to learn dunamancy. "Jester I've seen you decimate a person with a giant piece of confection. I'm sure you can hold your own". I don't see why the fans and the critters keep thinking Shadowgast is really a thing. They're fellow scholars in the arcane, they're friends after episode 97, they're master and apprentice in dunamancy, and Caleb sympathizes with him after Essek finds out that his co-conspirators and possibly mentor figures, Ludinus Da'leth and Vess Derogna practically "played him like a damn fiddle" and cast him aside like yesterday's garbage.

Yes, making a probabilistic analysis of what pixels should be there does not mean it can reinvent a face, or whatever it was. Rather the ML algorithm would look at a massive number of reflections and thus learn what could be there, and fill in the blanks in accordance with what is a statistically likely. A reflection of a person would not be a statistically likely outcome and even if it was... It would just be some random person generated by the algorithm

Twins by birthday, past lives in a campaign as twins…basically just twins at this point. Laura and Liam understand each other very well and absolutely have sibling energy more than just friend energy. I’m glad they get to have moments like these in the campaign. It’s good to see all the different types of love out there represented in such beautiful ways.
I actually paused and rewatched that because Liam went from laughing to looking like he was about to cry in about 5 seconds. What an actor!

If there are stories told about some thing/person that pass from generation to generation, it can be considered of legendary importance. Hercules, Robin Hood, Pied Piper of Hamelin, Ragnarr Lothbrok, Jack the Ripper and such can be considered level 20 in their respective classes, but then you have legendary figures like Oedipus, Lady Godiva, Nero, Guy Fawkes and so on, who are legendary in their own right, but nowhere near level 20. It's more about being remembered for something, rather than just being really good at something.
It might be possible that Marion would qualify as legendary already, as seemingly EVERYONE in the Empire and the Menagerie Coast has heard of her. Caduceus already knows a fair bit about her, so he could possibly learn something like "... and in the year 815 P.D. she had a child, Jester Lavorre, with [insert name]..."
Jester having the entire cult conversation with her mouth full made the entire interaction perfect and was so incredibly on character. lol
There was a broken teleportation circle in the place that they cleared out for the Gentleman. Not sure if Caleb can fix it, but it would be a way to enter the Empire in the future without alerting anyone.
Creating a teleportation destination is expensive AF and takes a looooong time. I think Vox Machina had one built or tried and it was going to take a year.

You can hear his sorrow, so genuine as watching someone like him, younger than him going through the same watching how she doesn't show any remorse
I also find really heartwarming when Essek let him decide the final blow, it was a nice non-spoken moment between them.
I'm pretty sure everyone said this already but I don't care this is one of the moments on this Campaign that left me out of breath like it was nothing.
To be fair, I wondered in that moment, if he needed to make a wisdom safe or not. He did not use a spell, but in effect, he killed a humanoid creature by proxy, as it was his decision when Essek would do it. It would have made so much sense and given Essek an insight into why Caleb did not become a scurger himself, but knows so much about them (and wanted/needed this so badly). A missed opportunity I would say. Don't get me wrong, still amazing, but... I just feel it was lacking that last little bit to take it over the edge.

Jester talking to Caleb after the incident in the jail just made me feel all the feels!!!! ❤️❤️ Jester obviously was worried and didn’t want to leave Caleb alone for even one minute after the incident. Which is why she sat thru the spell training even though she knew she would most likely not understand any of it. She then continued to stay with Caleb as he went shopping and helped pay for his stuff. I know she was serious when said she bought that gold dust to be used exclusively to help her with future pranks, but I also know she did so to make Caleb smile. She got him thinking on a happy future. ❤️❤️

Considering that Caleb still consistently refers to Ikithon as "that man" or "him," I really feel like they need to be more considerate about unexpectedly saying that name. sometimes I forget that these people are professional actors and not just a group of friends having a good time together. When a super emotional scene comes on and they immerse themselves, their depth is AMAZING!
Laura Bailey's improv humor with her sending spells is on par with "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" She is practically daring ANYONE to try not to laugh, and I love it. Her "Do-do-do-doo, hmm-hmm donuts!" line had me rolling with laughter for several minutes.
In these moments it feels like she truly embodies Jester and then is as surprised as the rest of the cast by what just happened. 39:39

Recently I have noticed that the subtitles got really chaotic and I really can't use them at all. Not that i need them but from time to time it helped me understand some stuff as english is not my first language.
I don't know how early you posted this, since it just says 9 months ago, but if you watched this right after it was uploaded, it is possible they were still using the live transcript version, and not the corrected version they later upload. It is way harder to get everything correct live when you are transcribing 7 people sometimes talking at once, compared to transcribing something with limitless time afterwards.
Or it could be that you were previously catching up on old episodes, and are just now at the new ones. The old ones have been around longer, so CR transcripts has probably gotten a lot of corrections for tiny errors over time, which means the new episodes will have worse CCs until the small mistakes get picked up.
They seem fine to me in their current state at least. More errors than the first 50 episodes, but it's mostly just wrong name errors. The CCs saying "Liam" when it was actually Sam saying it etc.
@@dig8634 Even now, with these past few episodes, a couple words have been incorrect and names have been switched. It's rough. I use them to help focus and alleviate my minor speech-processing disorder (both due to unmedicated ADHD), and it's very annoying when the subtitles are wrong.

Jester holding Caleb's hands and being there for him + his/Liam's reaction legit made me tear up. I wish I could be a bit more expressive and not afraid of emotions like Jester/Laura.

Jester going with Caleb when Essek teaches him new spells was such a great moment. I assumed she went because she was bored and thought it would be entertaining (and also she was pissed by Essek's commentary on it being to difficult for them) but her true reason was to look over Caleb because she was worried about his emotional state after what happened in the dungeon. That was so sweet from her...
