Love mine so far, my primary carry. It's also a tad shorter (with lower bore axis) than most, with same compact grip, that helps concealment . I feel like da/sa is safer than striker fire.

PO-7 is a sleeper, Glock 19 sized gun in DA/SA. Love mine

100% agree...some of my buddies looked at me like I was crazy when I switched over from the Glock 19 that Id been carrying for over a decade then I let them shoot it and at least 2 of them have gotten their own P07's !
Hammer fired SA/DA is superior to striker fired in every aspect [IMO]

When I was trying to pick my first carry gun, I rented a few guns at my local range. I shot so well with the P07 that I fell in love with it. I bought one and carry it to this day. I don't think I'll ever part with it.
Same but my friend randomly rented it and I shot it from a 100 yards and hit the target and I’m not that good of a shooter so I went out and got one.

At what position do you carry? Does the pointed tang ever seem to be uncomfortable?
I've got the P-09 and it's easily my favorite out of all my firearms. It's accurate, shoots like a dream, and hasn't jammed on me once.

It’s nice that the new P10c and P07 mags are interchangeable. They are cut for both handguns. Great pair of handguns
P10c mags will work in the p07. P07 mags will not work in the p10c. I have a po7, my son has a p10c.

@@leadfarmer556 it depends on what Generation of mags you have. I agree that the original P 07 mags are not double cut. Only the new versions work.
@@leadfarmer556around 2019, CZ started to standardize on P-07 and P10C magazines being useable in both guns. My complaint is they use the thick P10C magazine base plate. The latter sticks out ever so slightly when used in a P-07. The latters magazine baseplate was originally contoured, not so now, and it bugs me a bit.😎✌️

I actually shot one the other day at the range that I ended up renting.I never shot a Cz before,and was blown away by it.I have been wanting to shoot a Cz of some kind,and that was the one they had to rent.The trigger is amazing,and the gun is pretty damn accurate.I definitely see a Cz P-07,or Cz P-09 in my near future for sure.

I've switched over from a G19 to the Cz p07 around 4 years ago an never looked back !
Hammer fired is the way to go ...the fitment , features an performance of this handgun is far superior compared to some more popular CC firearms on todays market!
The P-07 has been my EDC for the past 12 years. I installed a short reset disconnector from Cajun Gun Works with red fiber optic front sight with black rear. I kept the thumb safety.

Love the P09 Suppressor Ready with threaded barrel and suppressor height luminescent sights. Makes a great house gun with a short version suppressor just to tame the noise a little bit but keeping it maneuverable.

I love my p10-c and my P07. They shoot like a dream. Love that the mags work for both. Out of all my handguns the P07 is my favorite. But both the p10-c and 07 feel so good in the hand. Great video.

My trigger was 3.5 pounds new. A day later, it was 3 pounds after polishing the trigger group. Mine came with the decocker installed. The manual safety is still in the factory case.

One of my favorite guns. Have put a bit of love into mine to increase the performance. My current EDC is the Hellcat RDP, but if I'm out in public with my family, I usually have my P-07. Also accepts cz 75 mags and newer p10 mags.

A young lady in my recent CPL class had the P07. I had a chance to handle it and was surprised at the trigger. She said it was stock. Nice to hear that the Omega trigger was now stock in the P07. Thanks.

Very much enjoyed the Cz P07 revisit! My P07 was my main CCW and Home Defense Pistol for about 5 years, before going to a Striker Fired Pistol.
Still have it and it could serve again, should I go back to a Hammer Fired DA/SA handgun. Btw, I love my Cz SP01 Tactical!!! 🙂

Have 4 Cz’s and this is one of them. Have owned it for more than 10 years now and will probably never get rid of it! Shoots and feels great! Eats any kind of ammo too!! 👍

I have always liked the PO7 but ended up buying a PO9 Omega because I got a deal too good to pass up.. Also have many other pistols the size of the PO7... If not for that I would buy one and still might if I find a deal too good to pass.

Crazy. I just bought this today. Needed a 9mm. But didn’t want a Glock like everybody has. This new was 540$ with tax it was 602$. I have yet to shoot it but man is this thing sexy. Can’t wait :)

Best shooting pistol I own
The two most important aspects on this gun for me, and mine is tricked out for sure.
1.it never ever fail. I've got 800 to 1000 rounds, zero malfunctions.
2. It shoots so flat. If you can't shoot 2" groups with this you can't with anything.

The $29 lite spring kit from Cajun makes a world of difference, especially with the DA pull. Add a $20 extended firing pin for even more improvement.

I got one of those. Bought it years ago. Mine is called the PO 7 "duty". I believe mine has that 3.5 lb trigger because it's very light.... What I liked about mine was it very accurate for a compact gun
The P-07 Duty was produced before 2014. Still a great pistol
Love the CZ P-07, as well as the P-10 series. I've seen all of these polymer CZs for mid-high $300's.

I still have mine! With an FDE frame! It was my first 9mm handgun when i was 24! And the only thing I had to ever replace on it was the Extractor! Its still ticking like a watch! I put a Desert Sand Streamlight TLR1-HL on it as well. Very good setup as one if my favorite cold weather EDCs.
@@DirectedEnergyWeapon I shot between 200-400 rounds of steel cased through it. But throughout most of its lifetime I think the barrel is clocking in at around 1700+ rounds so far. I think the steel cased rounds chewed up the extractor. But that doesn't mean its a piece of turd. Still a very good firearm! I love CZ for their ergonomics!
@@DirectedEnergyWeapon Its gotten brass throughout most of its lifetime. But I'm now just starting to reload 9mm with brass cases I collected from a shooting range. I have an RCBS Rock Chucker Surpreme 4 single stage press. I mainly reload .38/.357 Magnum for my Ruger GP100 Talo Edition, and Ruger SP101. I just got brought the RCBS 9mm die set a couple of months ago, haven't been able to get to them since I have been busy with work. But I will make time for it! I have to start reloading 9mm! Especially for someone who also owns a CZ Scorpion 3+.

I had a Gen 2 P-07 and still have a P-01. I passed twice on the Phantom and that was a huge mistake. The P-07 is a great pistol for the guy with one gun, but it gets lost in the mix for some reason.

Dude get one. I don't know what it is. But that gun in my hands I can't miss. It's not an accuracy thing, it's something else. It's just perfect. I have a lot of handguns but this one I shoot the best.
I will at some point. Everytime I go to buy a new gun it slips my mind and I end up with another canik bc I fell in love with caniks back when they introduced the tp9da and they keep releasing new models. The first step is to admit I have a problem l. I am addicted to canik handguns
They are priced fairly. Look for sales
Perfect EDC firearm. DA first pull to keep you and others safe. SA trigger after that to keep you accurate. Hammer fired so you can put your thumb on top of that hammer when re holstering.
The P07 rocks, I’m in the middle of trying to procure a holster for it.

I have a CZ P10 C and I've been debating on the P 07. I think this is my sign to pull the trigger! Pun intended!😅
It's one of the best firearms that I own. Accurate. Dependable. Never had any sort of jam with it. Recoil is mimimal for a 9mm. The sights on mine are very easy to pick up. No need for a ' red dot '. I did attach a ' green ' laser/light from OLight (BALDR) to the rail and it is perfect for home D#. Peace and Freedom For All Americans. Stay safe out there.

I had to sell my CZ PCR and p07 when I facing hard times. By far the 2 guns I regret selling the most.

I feel you brother. I also sold my PCR as well as my 365XL to help get by with all this "building back better."
I am still in tough times but was able to procur a Stoeger STR-9SC for $180 after rebate. Haven't fired it yet, but for 1/6th the cost of the two that I miss, had to do it.

I recently picked up a slightly used one for $400. Nice pistol. I really wish CZ would combine the features of the P07 and the Shadow 2 compact. Or maybe revise the S2 compact to include a firing pin block.
That would be cool but also would jack up the price
Great handgun, but the P365, Shield Plus and G26 are a lot smaller and easier to conceal carry. That said, I prefer the 9mm Ruger LCR revolver to any of them for everyday concealed carry. My favorite 9mm pistol is the Glock 17 with a heavier NY 1 trigger spring and LTT Striker Control Device.
I never met a CZ I did not like.
