Jab float krta h upgrade Krna k lia uss k baad hm ko choice milti h ki kis college ma upgrade Krna h ...or agar ni ho sakta uss ma upgrade to jo hm ko allot hua h vo freez kr sakte h na ..
You'll get options again in 2nd round to choose... And 1 option usme se rhta h jo college 1st round m mila h... Nd baki jo hai college option apne Dale usme agar upgrade nhi hua to pehle wala ihm rhega and you have to then download new got allotment letter... Sirf whi ihm second round m dalna jisme upgrade karana h
