    Looks delicious. I would have just added Creme freche, and not liquified the cheese. If the grated parmigiano is left solid, it adds to the texture of the pasta. Each to their own, I guess.

      Yes but not the creaminess. A bit of both maybe.

      No cream in italian recipes. Pasta water and parmiggiano do the work
