Lemon and raspberry is a match made in heaven. You should make a lemon raspberry cheesecake. Lemon based desserts I feel are pretty underrated but they're honestly the best!

I just was thinking about tiramisu and how i've never tasted it, because i kept choosing it as a photograph on a dessert question in a "which luxury perfume matches your personality?" quiz. I was drawn to the picture of the tiramisu more than the other options in the question but I havent ever tasted tiramisu and I am so excited to make this recipe.

Call me crazy, I don't care, but I would have liked to see how you built it. You started with a few lady fingers and then cut to taking it to fridge.
bhharris ... Like she said, it has layers. You start at the bottom with ladyfingers dipped in the limoncello mixture. When the bottom is covered, you spread a layer of mascarpone and keep repeating until you reach the top,making the top layer mascarpone.
Agree, I love how she skips some bits eg. beating the cream, but really wanted to see her do some layering, at least the first two layers.
There are just two ingredients... It's not that difficult

Can I suggest you a little variant? Add some grated coconut on the top. It will add a flavour twist that is perfect with lemon and strawberries
I made this and it was delicious!! Except I added more lemon juice and more lemon curd to mine (I used 12 oz) and it was delicious! Thanks for the great recipe! Surprisingly easy too
