They didn't... They stayed in the top 20 for 7 more years. Broke up when Def Jam fukked em around on their 4th album. Now they raise families enjoying rich life.
They started their own label and have been releasing new albums ever since.

If you watch their adult performances of this song, they all sing in lower octaves, but he still hits the higher notes. Their harmony is always spot on. It's true talent.
