Amazing how I cannot get sick of this song. It’s magic when they perform it.
@Amanda S
Same 💕
Much respect to them that they don't seem to get sick of it. I love this song.
You need help
This song never gets old - everytime I hear it it makes me so happy
Their harmonies are amazing. True talent!!
They’ve been singing the same song for 30 years! They should be good at it by now.
this just goes to show how good they are because Taylor sounds rough here (he’s been sick and is recovering) and still sounds better than 98% of artist on the radio now
I totally agree
It also adds a really interesting gritty element to the song
Ahhh i knew something was off with his voice. I was thinking he normally sounds smoother than this.
Whats wrong with him?
Difference between a popstar and a musician.. clearly struggling but using it in a way thats still effective... the vocal chords are muscles and are restricted when sick like that and u lose higher notes... boss job💪
their voices are like a fine wine.
I'm a 69 yr. old grandma and I love these guys!
You know, how many times these guys have sang this song, and still, pour their heart into it. Just fantastic. True musicians.
All musicians should pour their hesrt and HAVE TALENT! today is just taking anybody that looks good and can kind of sing which is most people. We need real skills
'..have _sung_ ..'
They said its put their whole family through college, so they are always happy to play it. Gratitude is lost on most artists, not these legends though.
These guys were my everything. My first cassette tape I ever owned. 90s kids had so many iconic moments. 🙌🏼
I’m kind of ashamed to say that this was probably the first tape cassette I owned also.
Same!!
@@h.upmann ashamed for what? We were lucky to be there back then
80s kids not 90s
Born in 87 and I still say the 90s was the absolute best times growing up
Pop perfection is magical. It doesn’t happen very often, but when it does it is immortal.
good to see thes guys are healthy, well and still singing. my 5 year old loves this song and calls it daddys song she knows to play this song when its my turn to play a song on spotify man time flys. I was a kid when this song came out and now I am a father.
These boys like a fine wine
I feel so bad for them! Having to sing this song endless times 🙃
It made them millions upon millions? Why would you feel bad for them?
People do assume that in interviews but they’ve said many times that they enjoy it, it’s their creation that they’re proud of and they’ve gotten the opportunity to nurture it in many ways throughout the years.
(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction enters the chat…
I was 11 when this song came out in 1997. I bought it on cassette and listened to it repeatedly on my stereo and drove my parents crazy lol! I'm 36 now and still listening to it! Great song and deep lyrics.
I didnt born in 1997
Me too and I am 40 now. Still love hearing Hanson sing. I am not morning person and would not sound this awesome. They could of said No. But did it anyway. Well done Tay you are a trooper!! Love you 🤟
I was 30 years old when Mmmbop came out and I loved it and really appreciated their talent. Last night I saw them in concert for the first time (I felt like the oldest one in the audience btw), but they blew me away. What a joyous event and they are so great.
From a young boy group to an uncle group Many years have passed, and now they have become boys and uncles, and their voices have become uncles' voices.
Every time I hear this song I’m taken back to a happy time in my childhood. Even in my 40’s I’ll sing and dance around with my best mate without a care!
Congrats guys on somehow sustaining this. As a father of daughters in the 90's, I can recall EVERY time Mmbop would come on the car radio, my little girls insisted I join them in singing this song. My most vivid recollection(?) Much easier for two little girls to sing those harmonies than their father. I was a gamer though and I did my part. Thanks for memories. Best wishes for continued success!
Taylor's voice is worn out bless him. Been touring loads lately. I love how instinctive they are as a family and a band with the microphone stand issue 😁 Really great live and those harmonies are insane!!!
Timeless!
Best RUclips notification ever 😂
Its as if ive rewinded my life by like 26yrs and im in my sitting room bouncing about to hanson on TOTP when my bedroom was plastered in hanson, bsb & nsync posters 😂❤ they still look and sound soooo good!
They still sound fantastic.
Look up their last 5 albums over 25 years non stop. Very underrated.
Wow. I was really into this band. Very underrated. This song made them but also pigeonholed them. So nice to see them again.
They have continued making records since 1994. Glad you’re finally turning back into them but they’ve made more money as an independent band and they did when they had a major label record deal. so much so they’ve become one of the most lucrative independent bands in America. I would highly recommend checking into the records that they’ve made between 2007 and now
They’ve improved so much with time. This is better than the original
Totally agree. Can't they release this version as a single? Lol.
they've had another 25 years since this was released! 👍
Listen to the version of it from their Strong Theory album
Nice to remember, still got it 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😊
Check out all their albums. Awesome. I love Shout it out , Anthem and of course String Theory. Really all of them lol.
Love the studio version. Also love this adult version of this classic.
Brilliant lads, love the sync, touch of the elbow for the last mmmmbop ❤
Still a brilliant song I bought it when I was in my early 20s the band sound and look great. Chris , Birmingham
Evergreen ! Love these 3 ❤
I had the single of mmmbop on tape and played it so much in the summer of 1997 that it snapped! 🤣❤️
My childhood coming back to life 🥺
Fabulous. A great song lasts forever!
Their adult voices sound so good!
I love this tune, loop it 30❤
Here I am 11months later watching this over and over! Love at 1.46 when Zac tells Taylor to keep going.
This song brings back good memories❤️🔥
Nostalgia, good times! Hated the song when I was a kid, now I listen to it to rewind for a couple of minutes. Time flies.
When we hit our 30s, we tend to do lower notes and sometimes put out our raspy voices. It still sounds good, but we all are getting older. Props to them and their fanbase.
Still a great song!
Well Im 32 and a songwriter and not a great singer to begin with but Ive noticed those things as well so that explains alot. Thanks for that info. 😉
Their ballz dropped. Puberty isn’t a social construct.
Thongs change scent from one end to the other. Knowledge is power. God bless
I'm a 39 year old man I've been listening to these boys since middle of nowhere and 3 car garage if you know you know
Oh and don't forget snowed in
Me tooo
Why wouldn’t we know?…
Beautiful!
Shoot!! Still sound good!!! Even without warming up, sound better than MOST of todays "artists"! I'll go to their concerts before any of "today's artists"!
the harmony is still there ... very good guys!
Yo canté mucho ésta canción en mi adolescencia.
🤗🤗
They are still magical with their harmonies
They’ve been together like 30 years…what did you expect?
Mi adolescencia! Que lindo escucharlos
It's so sad but happy to see this. We all get old guys 😢
nailed it!!!!!
The song has aged like fine wine.
Bellisimo tema!
Really good. Sounds even better than the original I loved as a kid in '97
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE HANSON!!!!! favourite band since 1997!
I was 25 when this was released and I was dancing to this song like I was 15teen 🤩😍😁
The first time I heard this song, I knew it would be a huge hit. I have. huge admiration for these boys. I'm sure the slings and arrows were numerous as they grew up. The song sounds better with age as their voices have matured. It's hard to believe they can still get as high as they do at their age. I love that they still make music together.
very nice to c you guys
Maravillosos!!!!
Hermosa notificación de RUclips 🤩😍 gracias
They're great as always 👏👏👏👍🔥🔥🔥
The fact they wrote these lyrics when they were pre-teens is amazing.
♥️🥰💙🇦🇷los esperamos en Octubreeee
Love them
Amazing even better this updated version needs releasing.
Listen to the version from their Strong Theory album! It is amazing with a full orchestra.
Still so amazing
awesome
Tempos bons que vocês nos proporcionaram!
Mi juventud....lo escuchaba viajando por el Perú 🇵🇪
Mi infancia 😭 se remonta a esta canción... Envejeciendo junto a mis ídolos 🙌
Hi ! I like this song! Best wishes from Germany 🌹
Hej Hanson mmmbop Taylor 😊
Poor guys…singing MmmBop at every radio station. And so many other songs to choose from.
amazing,, they are irreplaceable
It's like a frozen in time priceless jewel for me because this song was my childhood
They get better with age and so does their music. 🎶🎶
Superb performance.
I'll never forget buying their album in 97. I was just a kid. Saw them live as a teenager. Still love them until this day. Taylor especially impresses me now as he has been able to sound very well after all these years.
It's great to see/hear these fellas.. their harmonies are FABulouS! .. Glad they didn't get destroyed with drugs etc
Fantastic
amo muito
Привет. Обожаю братьев и этот хит!!!! Вспоминаю подростковый период, я из бывшего СНГ!!!! Спасибо Hanson's...
They sound so much better than 20 years crazy this was a good set
Classic track
this song never gets old I saw hanson in concert back on 1995
You're so lucky I would have given my soul to see them back then I was obsessed
Still sound great guys
numero uno 😊
Awesome
Talented Musicians 🎶🎶🎶
i'm crying
Underrated
2023 loves Hanson
Muito bom!!!
❤❤❤❤❤😊❤
Amores da minha vida!!!!!!!! I love u so...!
I’m a 92 year old man and I still think there shite
This is amazing, my favorite feel good song of all time.
Aún conservo mi CD, woow! Tiene la misma voz.
Even when Taylors voice is shot they sound class, pure pros 🔥🤜🏻🤛🏻
mmBop is in their DNA
I think Isaac is really underappreciated, his bit at the end is my fav bit
His baritone harmonies in the studio version ("Which flower's gonna grow? Is it gonna be a daisy or a rose?") are literally what makes the song for me.
I'm still convinced me and Taylor will be together one day. I knew it since I was 10 with their posters plastering my walls
The high energy of youth can't be duplicated but I loved the song and still do. Let's get Donny Osmand to do go away little girl again. That would be a hoot.
I mean it is different when you are 38 instead of 14 but I just saw them in concert and they were still jumping around the stage and rocking with lots of energy. Some of their newest songs have a real 80's rock vibe going on.
2:52 when you're brothers, an arm tap is enough to know to finish the song 😂
This is true! I always love watching their cues to one another. But I also feel bad for Taylor, he was kind of struggling. All of these shows are such a strain on the voice night after night, plus the traveling. I'm exhausted just watching them, I can't imagine what it is like actually going through it. And these promo performances aren't being sung for the fans, this is what many people might be hearing for the first time pr after 25 years- and that's got to weigh on the guy's pride in wanting to sound the best they can- which is impossible when the voice isn't rested. I wish so very badly they would promo Zac leads to feature his voice, like The Walk did with Go, and to definitely give Taylor's voice a break! Don't Let Me Down is a single off RGB, but so far only Child At Heart and Write You A Song have been performed on TV/radio/podcasts... how come?
@@itzKELLYh Not true. They sang all three (also Penny & Me and MMMBop) when they were at Sirius XM.
@@itzKELLYh it depends on whether they could fit a drum set because DLMD is a song that wouldn't exactly work acoustically so they would need drums for it
Not only that, but Zac reached out to Taylor earlier in the song at 1:46 because he could tell he was struggling. I think he was motioning to him to not try to do another round of the song.
