Good video on the steps! One thing I would recommend is making sure your car is clean when you do it, you know for appearance

hey man what kind of wiring harness do you think I would need if I do have the shaker 500 system?
It is 3 connectors on the back of the shaker 500. The wire harness on your link have two connectors. What about the 3rd connector.
Where do i tap the amp turn-on wire from the 5521 harness onto? Thanks

You need a 12v to 6v step down
Looking at the setup, off Amazon I ordered the dash kit and wire harness. I will find a radio of course. But is there anything else you bought besides those 3 things for your setup?
Nope dashkit wire harness and radio and your good to go. Now if your car has steering wheel controls then you need the module for that but if not thats it

How does it sound fam? I have a 2008 Stang, I put a JVC 7” screen in & it sounds like crap. The voice sounds muffled, bass seems to rattle some, too much bass, sound is crappy.
The factory shaiker radio makes the same speakers sound crystal clear.
It sounded really good. You might have to play around with the eq
So I have everything installed but I forgot about the shaker subs. How do I connect those to my new radio?
Harness should have came with a plug with 2 rca's in it plug those into the sub output of the radio
And to turn on the the amps.?
Are you able to change the color of the radio? What options does it have?
yup pretty much has every color in the spectrum except black.
I have installed a few radio's but this one confuses me. I have a 2006 Mustang GT and I'm installing an old Kenwood. I went to plug it into the big connector where 5521 goes. I have two. That must be left over from the Shaker right?
if the other harness is a small one and you have the shaker system than plug the rca's in the sub output for the bass to come out of the woofers. if not than just hook up the 5521 and you should be fine
@@jptheinstallguy thanks. I finally figured it out!! The thing that was strange is it worked black to black and never black to raw metal. Unless that needed to be defiantly the frame. Thank you again for your time.
@JPtheinstallguy, I'm confused the stereo has 3 plugs in it however all the harnesses only have 2 do you just ignore the third plug?

@@Awol-YT But no it was actually easier to come out with the manual shifter knob, rather than having the big ass gear shifter the automatic has, but it was mainly a joke.
