- 1985 Ford Mustang Foxbody GT customized for SEMA show sporting a 427 ci. Twin Torq Storm Supercharged setup. Lance with Foxbody FX finds Andrew aka: Protourfox online and does an in depth video on one of the most custom Foxbody Mustangs ever found. Well over 800 hp to the tires this foxbody Mustang will eat up the pavement. Custom air intake to keep the factory dual snorkel look of the 1985 Mustang GT but with 7 liters of American horsepower now at the helm. TorqStorm Superchargers kit with Twin supercharger setup under the stock hood make this Mustang sing. All interior plastic panels covered in high quialty leather and double stitched to create a one of a kind look and feel. The Mustang sits on Ridetech shockwave air suspension that drops it down super low with the Big American Racing custom wheels with Continental Tires. Completely shaved engine bay and firewall... that's really nice work and that is EASILY the best fastback I've ever seen. It has an almost entirely stock vibe, aesthetically....WOW. This car is EXCEPTIONAL.

There was a local supercharged 351 with a SVO front, custom candy paint/suttle graphic, multi pc Wed wheels. Dunno where it vanished to.

My 82 need this treatment...minus the lowering....however this amount of HP needs this lowering! The hood being level is coolest EVER! No cowl!

Don't know you guys knows better ... But these type of Twin Charged setup nightmare starts when one of supercharger impeller got worn out .... this type of setups for you big guys only .... amazing build ...
❤️😍 Had a 85 with 351W back in 1995...used FRPP mounts. Custom made spacers for sway bar..drop base air cleaner. All under stock hood. Love and miss it. This car hits right 👌💯 great job!

There was a lot of mustangs and when they did the cruise, the Chevys were behind the mustang and the Dodgers, that is one bad ass Mustang I like it a lot

the car is gorgeous , twin superchargers looks cool, i dont think i heard anything said about the parasitic loss , from having 2 of them. i know depending on the supercharger, the loss for just one can be pretty high, even though they easily make up for the loss in total hp. im sure it runs great and makes the hp's , i just cant help but be curios, of the hp cost to run two of them, in contrast to the hp the engine produces. it does look pretty tho.

Nah, I'm running the Stifflers system. Its a really nice subframe connector set that includes fully welded in subframe connectors, connectors that tie in the pinch welds of the car and cross bracing between them.
Ugh I'm literally my Dad's age now when he restored a 67 GT390 Fastback. I've already had a 65 and a flawless 90. But here I am, now "that" generation in the spot the Boomers used to be. Ugh

I love deep dish rims. And hate anything that resembles a industrial fan - spokes, wagon wheel look will never be on my rides. I really like deep dish center lines and maybe 5 holes, the flat part of the inside of the holes will be the color of the car. Just my own preference

How does the air filter box not blow off with the pressure of 2 superchargers.
It’s all welded up underneath the air cleaner lid. That aluminum air cleaner lid couldn’t hold that much boost for sure!
I guess you need the extra weight of the subwoofer in the trunk with that much horsepower!

Is there any benefit to 2 superchargers when you can easily make that power with Just one? Is it just cool factor?
yea there actually is. 2 superchargers do not have to run as hard to produce the same boost as a single. This makes less heat and could potentially make the superchargers last longer. to be honest though I did it for the balance and symmetry it adds, not its actual benefits 😂

Hey Mark! thanks for the comment. Its a cool trick. The aluminum air cleaner lid actually sees no boost. The tubes that go into the intake continue all the way to a hidden carb hat which is underneath the aluminum lid. 😎😎😎😎

Well a wide band afr probably his dad driving him on the laptop and I would venture say they went old school and did this thing called READING PLUGS, how did people tune back in the day there wasn't always a hub Dyno or a mustang Dyno,

Finally! A Fox Body for the win! I grew up driving 80s cars and love them but man, the build quality by Ford was so trash during that era. Just listen to the door close at @0:16 - @0:18 and you’ll hear the beautiful death rattle of the car wanting to fall apart. lol. Love this car.
Hate to be that guy because the car is magnifico in all manners of assessment….but the 93 “wing” doesnt mesh with the hard lines of the pre-87….Absolute masterpiece tho😎❤️

I disagree the cobra is one of the better looking wings for hatches especially lx hatch and pre 87 gt/lx.
