Amazing. Amazing car. It's damn near perfection. Amazing owner too. Knows every little thing about his car and the names of everyone that helped make it what it is today. This guy cherishes this car.
Beautiful car! I’m sorry about your dad, I lost my dad to esophageal cancer in 17’. I’m on my 3rd Mustang. I had a 94’ Cobra built motor/pro charger, Terminator, and now 12’ GT500.
Awesome build and back story to go with it which makes it even more special. I lost my Dad to stage 4 and you're right, you will forever never stop missing him. Love how your Dad's best friend came through for you.
I am old school FOX man myself. I actually had the opportunity to be the main Ford technician during 1988,89,90,91 Era ... I was the only technician to PDI when they arrived at the dealership. I know FOX body very very very well. I love this car and what he has done. Five star on his unique design. Great Job!!!
Such a great video. I remember seeing this car for the first time on GearHead704's channel. Tom even commented me back with much appreciation when I complimented War Admiral and the story. Such a nice guy and an awesome car. I'm glad he's getting the love he and the car deserve. The back story is wonderful. I'm glad War Admiral Tom and his daughter enjoy this car together.
I had this idea of a Foxbody in my head and was thinking of build options...didn't do a search and this video pops up..algorithum is in my head lol..unbelieveably perfect build...
This might be the nicest Fox body I've ever seen, dear gawd, what a beautiful car! I owned and loved an 89 Black notch 5.0-5speed car, for about 11 years. I hope to one day find another 89 notch to restore and love all over again. The 87-93 Fox bodies will always have a special place in my memory, they were my 57 Chevy growing up.
This is the same mentality I have when building my car. Modern meets classic. I love everything about this car. It's so well thought out. Everything single part has been thought about.
Driving this car was definitely a highlight of the trip and made it all worthwhile! Thank you for watching and commenting. I'll be back next year and hopefully with my car!
This is definitely the cleanest car ive seen in my life. Great job with all if your choices. This car reminds me of my mustang that i crashed into a pole and almost died and an in a wheelchair from. If i could still drive this car i would have one exactly like this! Thank you for sharing
I see a PA tag on that beauty! Fellow Foxbody owner from NE PA here! The War Admiral is an absolute beast. Best of luck and sorry about your father sir…
That is a demon what you did to the dash screen computerizing it putting that modern technology in it at the same time ,, love those seats and the headrest good choice in color and those custom taillights are fire 🔥 when those LED lights up 👍🏾 You have my condolences about your father 🙏
This guy did it right and he’s right on so many levels as far as old tech and new tech blending for all the right reasons. I’m a family man and have kids so he’s right as far as hitting a button to tone it down for a family cruise vs hit the go-fast button to eat some rice
Wow, sad but really great story, I felt his pain because I’ve lost a few very close family members and friends, and that’s a feeling that’ll never go away but we learn to live with. Anyways, bad ass foxbody, love the set up, the whole car is well executed, so many cool details from the exhaust set up, to the engine set up, to the interior, down to the wheel, tire, suspension, and brake set up. This car is nuts and super clean!!! I’m sorry for your loss Tom, hope you stay strong minded and things go well for you, and thank you for showing us your bad ass foxbody !!! You did a bad ass job, I’m sure your dads jaw would have dropped looking at this car.
I don't know what you're filming with but being hearing impaired i really appreciate video & sound quality, actually being able to turn it down a little bit is so nice. I love the interior on this car, that screen fits perfectly, it super clean overall.
normally i dont care for people that dont build their own car but this guy seems pretty cool and he does seem to know everything about it. hes not one of those guys that knows nothing and doesn't care to know. flawless mustang though too wow
Super nice build with a great owner. He's chill and a great advocate to the car community. Especially to encourage fellow car guys to drive it. When you have so much invested, that speaks volumes of his character for sure. Great vid!
Jesus Christ! God bless you Tom. This is a dream built for me, the car looks diabolical and so clean, it's a scary sleeper ready to slay down JDM Turbo cars on the highway. The custom interior job is jaw dropping, I've almost screamed like an angry 6yo girls when the door opened. To sum it up, you just put the interior of a Modern Italian Supercar, combined with a crazy demonic top end turbo 6.0L V8, and stashed it over a bullet proof racing grade suspension setup. As well as the incredible paint job and the wheels/brake setup. Well I guess it's a simple built for anyone that has a 100K $ to blow, but you've really manage to build your dream car, and at the same time, you've honored your father in a very inspiring way. That exhaust setup is litterally Porno for car guys! Thanks Tom! WOW!!!
Damn man now that's what a fox body should be. You built what I've had in my head forever and was thinking about doing mine just like it. Hell yeah bro that's a badass fox! 💯👍
The car is a beauty, the build is impressive, and you did it your own unique way. The effort and time you put into it gives honor and respect to your father, and also to his best friend Bob. Also, your story shows that the hardest of circumstances can be overcome with dedication to a worthwhile goal, and is an inspiration to countless other people. And it's lots of fun to go fast in a Foxbody!
Those Fox bodies brought back muscle cars. They were legit 13 second 1/4 mile cars in the 80's after the 70's smog mobiles. I thought they were ugly at the time but the body style has grown on me over the years.
Awesome car! The details on the body work, interior, everything is beautiful! Love the mix of new technology in there too. I'm taking some notes for my future build!
And another great video Tom. What I love is the history of the cars the “back story”. Sometimes the way we do our cars is exactly how WE want it. Great job war admiral
That is one beautiful car and very nicely done. I can't wait to start putting more videos of mine up on here. Bought a replica car to one that I had nearly 20 years ago, I just finally started tinkering on it a little bit last night and I couldn't be more excited
That is one of the best looking fox body’s I can ever recall seeing. I always liked the notchbacks over the hatchbacks, especially this one. All around great build. Absolutely NAILED IT with the wheel/ tire fitment and stance. Hell, I think I’d even use of this ride for my desktop background,,, lol. Only thing we’re lacking in this video is more info on the engine specs/ build. Otherwise, great job. Just seen the engine specs in "more info",,,
Tom is the man and I love this Mustang and the design how it is functional but also a beast. It could actually be a sleeper. Some car pulls up on you like a CTS and thinks it's just a foxbody with pipes and then he says seeya lata aligator! Great video thanks for sharing.
Very very clean build this fox body mustang has a nice color a bunch of custom details 🔥and with a turbo set up with a good amount of power oh yeah 👍even that it doesn’t have the body kit very nice even though they look bad ass with the saleen body kits make look crazy 👍
personally I think those panels look way better than a full smoothed out engine bay. More racecar looking and less show car street rod. This car is very impressive.
On3 turbos get the job done if you’re on a budget !!! Never underestimate a good setup.
Amazing. Amazing car. It's damn near perfection. Amazing owner too. Knows every little thing about his car and the names of everyone that helped make it what it is today. This guy cherishes this car.
Yes sir I do !!
Great job, Thank you for taking the time out of a very long and hot weekend to do this with me. Very much appreciated.
Thank you for letting me drive the War Admiral! I had a blast and it was definitely the highlight of my trip!
Videos like this make it all worth it for you I'm sure Tom. Love War Admiral.
@@BrotherTom I'm not even going to ask him if I can drive it. LOL. I'd be too afraid I'd break something even though I know it's as solid as can be.
@@VidTubeWatch thanks bud appreciate it
@@war.admiral.3639 Really like the car!! Sorry to hear about your dad God bless you and your family!!! 💯❤️🤍💙✌️👍
His dad would be proud for sure. That’s an amazing car and inspirational story.
Agreed! Thank you for watching and commenting.

He did it. Everything thought out and with a lot of heart. No downsides and the War Admiral is a very approachable car. Proud of you, Tom.
I’ve never seen this car, my God. What a beautiful build! Well done sir!
I never ever get tired of seeing this car or hearing Tom talk about the details of it. Super nice guy. Great vid!
Thanks brother see you soon enough

This is probably my favorite notchback, EVER.
any dad would be proud at this level of upkeep and passion, beautiful build.

Thats the best part about car modifications is the learning curve. Beautiful Mustang my friend. 👍
This guys story is a great testament to the effect that our cars have on us. Very interesting story. Nice guy. Great car.
Hands down one of my favorite coupes out there
This is probably my favorite foxbody that ive ever seen just beautiful love the Holly Pro Dash too
I've always loved the notch back Mustangs and this car is perfection. Hopefully one day i'll own one.

Damn, that car is bad ass for real. I love that digital gauge cluster.
I like Tom a lot great guy great personality. And never down plays anyone else's cars true role model for the hobby

All the work the owner has done is top notch as well as straight class.. Great job bro!!
Tom looks like a super nice guy. Glad he was able to get his car and turn around a dark point in his life.
God bless.
Really nice ride! Digging the Holley Dash with the boost adjustment and two step!
That is an awesome build. Didn’t expect him to let someone drive such a special build. 👍🏻
I wasn’t going to drive it, but Tom twisted my arm haha!
Bro - R.I.P to his father.
another lesson to, live life. love the car!
If he plans too sell it I most definitely wanna buy that car. Pictures and video doesn’t give any justice too the work and how nice the car is.
Somebody was praying for you brother. Awesome testimony
It doesn’t get any better than this. Love that it is quiet, also.

One of the best of both world Mustang I ever seen. Great Job 👏🏾
So sick, I wanna build a Fox body. After having a terminator I got the mustang bug and always wanted to do one, just like this too. Car is perfect

Another great video Tom. You said said you had 2 more coming and here we are …. 1 of 2
Great work Brother Tom !! Thanks for sharing again.
Man that is a cool freaking car. These must've rocketed in prices few years back.
Looks amazing! Sounds great too! Very impressive! What a great interview with a sad kind of twist! Keep up the good work Brother!
Awesome car! The details on the body work, interior, everything is beautiful! Love the mix of new technology in there too. I'm taking some notes for my future build!

Badass..very nice! . I had an 85 with 90 body. Miss that machine. Lots of race history. Awesome .
Car is absolutely gorgeous, dude is awesome with his attitude and attention to detail. Solid combo.

Such a great car, story and dude that owns it.
Awesome blend of modern and original. Great build man.
The build is super sick. Love the tech in it.
My 90 foxbody gt had a healthy centerforce clutch and I absolutely loved it not quite as mint as this mustang. Very nice ride man 👌❤️💯
OMG!! What a beautiful mustang, Great build
Freaking wicked! I had a S281. It was a bucket compared to my old GT500 but I still miss it.
Love the ride and to see a proud owner who loves his car.
Amazing work and imagination used with this car awesome!
The whole car is amazing but that gauge cluster is on a whole different league.
