I love that he has kept it almost completely stock in appearance, I think it is a shame when any car loses it's stock paint color no matter what color it is. Odd colors like this that were once not very desirable are now very desirable for many reasons. I think in the future the most valuable fox bodies will be the rare color combos like this. You can't go wrong with a coyote swap either, just perfect. The only thing i would do if it were my car is install matching tan halo headrests on the seats, maybe a pair of a saleen with the netting, that would finish her off.

Sadly soon all combustion cars and trucks including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-(
In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Car washs will be forbidden too because they are climate killers, now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime. (BABVVEN & TEBBVEN & BEFVO laws)!

I have Limited Edition 1983 Mustang GLX but can't find out how many were produced.
30% of me wishes I never modified it but the other 70% of me wouldn't be able to drive around in a 114hp Mustang lol I've had the car since I was 17 I'm 28 now and probably will never sell the car.

that's beautiful car, this guy did a very professional job of the upgrades. I drive a 2013 f150 with the Coyote 5.0. 468000 km, burns no oil and rolls down the road as strong as ever

I love this thing. I have an 86 Sand Beige, same stripper setup, tan interior. Went 5.0/5 speed from an 88 GT parts car so all guts from that. I saved that car from a junkyard. Very well done effort here.

Love the 3 eyes and the sand beige are pretty rare cars too. I have a friend building one at the moment. Looking forward to watching your videos on that build!

Definitely a sleeper, wouldn't expect it to have a coyote under the hood.

Only strange thing I wonder about is the 4 lug front hubs and the swapped in Super Bird 8.8 rear end has 5 lug axles. Does he carry 2 spares? Makes no sense to me.

    • @BrotherTom

He installed aftermarket 4 lug axles and relocation brackets for the calipers. It’s 4 lug all around. I completely missed that during the video. Thanks for watching!

1987-88 8.8" Thunderbird Turbo Coupe rear was 4-lug. Super Coupe was 5-lug, IRS.
