i also agree that the choice is difficult. would get the Samsung S20 FE imo as pixel experience isn't my taste. I've daily driven a pixel 4a and I feel that one UI is more versatile in terms of customisation. on the other hand, the pixel 6 is also enticing with good cameras and solid performance... these are tough times we live in 😅
I do agree that One UI is more customizable! I just prefer the aesthetics of the Pixel launcher but everyone has their own tastes! Haha yup, such good options from Apple, Samsung, and Google now! Thanks for watching! 😁

I got myself second hand one for 350PLN (~$80) and for that money i can't complain. Video capabilities are great even in dark conditions, but only in pro mode, standard video mode is blurry because of aggressive anti noise algorithm.
Watching on my pixel 6 and i have no regrets. I don't know but im not experiencing any bugs atm

I think the “issue” with the Pixel line is that it’s competing against other Flagship devices, and that expectation that follows. When we purchased the Nexus line and even the original Google phones, we expected to have these devices to experiment with, test, and mod…So that expectation of having a polished device while still having an “untouched” not skinned experience is a bit of a push/pull of whether it should be mainstream competitor or if it’s a device that we can continue to just experiment with and test what’s possible.
true enough! hardwarewise, it's easy to recommend the s21 fe (or even the s20fe) over the pixel 6... also google pixel is slowly losing its software advantages and perks like unlimited photo storage, and samsung is becoming really good in timely software updates

Great Comparison, Thx..... Question: Which Phone, or Maker provides a cleaner phone system, with less bloatware???....As I have always used Samsung, but with all the forced updates the sluggishness from bloatware and junk they add slows down the phone within a couple year period to almost useless.
What a great comparison review. I'm looking to upgrade from the S9 and am considering both the S20FE and 6A. I know this is for the 6 so i'll have a see if you've done a comparison of those, but this has really helped to make my mind up (and added in the S21FE as well - thanks!!)
If you want bigger storage then it's better to go with S20 Fe as it offers a hybrid slot for microsd which is not available in neither pixel 6 nor the s21 fe and for around 60 bucks u could get a 512gb sd card. In the end u can save some money and don't have to worry about running out of storage. ✌️
I love the s20fe and mte even buy the ultra. Until I'm ready to get the latest Samsung. The s20 line feel like it gives me everything I could want

@@joshamv okay, ive always been a note user never liked the s series, and i mean i came from Droid Razr phones, double screened probably weighed a a good poind or two and was an wepaon bro chunky metal frames, s series was tiny af comparatively. so people who came from big phnes, like big phones, and vice versa.
How is the heating during long video recordings? Pixel has issues with this, but iPhones don't.
From the comparison of the cameras I would dare say that the Samsung takes the cake. What you described as noise just looks like better definition to me, but I am not there looking at them directly like you. Either way thank you for the comparison, it was very enlightening!
I'm still using my Pixel 3a and am now torn between whether to upgrade to the 6a when it comes out or a Galaxy, something like the A53 perhaps. I love the Pixel camera and immediate software updates, but stock is getting a little boring now and I'm not a big fan of the way Android 12's material you looks. I think OneUI looks far better these days. I'll have to see how price and camera compared when they are released.

Well if you love one UI go with A53 then. Like me, I cannot stand other skins except pixel so I will use Google pixel till I die
Thanks for the video. I'm trying to find the best phone with a high quality camera and 6.3+ screen for $450 or less. It is between a used Pixel 6, a new S20 FE, and a used iPhone XS Max (even though I have been on Android since the iPhone 4. I'm leaning toward the iPhone since I'm not a big fan of the Samsun UI and Pixel isn't as stable as iPhone and the iPhone has the best camera and video.
In this case, I'd actually say go for the Pixel 6 because the software has stabilized and Android 13 runs alot better, plus the longetivity will be the best out of the 3! Pixel 6 also takes much better photos and probably better video than an old XS Max! Thanks for watching! 😁

Depends on what you mean by smooth 😅 Bug wise and experience wise, iOS takes the cake but the Pixel OS comes close! (I still prefer Android much much more) As for the screen, both S20 FE and Pixel 6 feel way smoother because of high refresh haha! Thanks for watching!

I have had the S20FE with the Exynos processor and it was the worst phone ever in my life. It was overheating 24/7 and had a problem with the touchscreen after pulling the phone out of my pocket! Most of the screen was not responding and it was really going on my nerves. Then I upgraded to S21 which was not overheating if you listened to official Samsung announcement but actually it was as well. Now I use Pixel 6 and no overheating and phone is great apart from the fingerprint sensor which I can forgive for the money I paid! Not to mention the amazing battery life of the Pixel compared to the very poor one on all Samsung I ever used! The final line is that to me Samsung phones are highly overpriced and not worth the money while the Pixel has real value for the money you pay!
yeah the snapdragon version solves most of your problems :) actually i think at 650€ pixel is also overpriced for the hardware you get... while samsung is always on offer

Next time, don't buy any Exynos Samsung Smartphone. Anywau, think the S20 FE Exynos issues that you mentionned were solved with security patches. I've got the S20 FE Snapdragon version and it's actually a great phone, never got overheating experience.

Hi Fenson, Thanks for great review! I just bought a new S20 FE and the Google Assistant is MUCH less smart that my last phone - a bottom-of-the line LG K51. Ugh!!! The assistant on my LG was unbelievably awesome. On my S20, it gives about 50% less "answers," and just does google web searches and displays the results. Dumber than Siri :( Sucks. SO... if I switch to a Pixel 6a would my assistant be smarter? Other than the deficient assistant, the FE is great.
Google Assistant is the same regardless of device. Are you referring to Bixby, which is Samsung's assistant which is not very good...
Does using a screen protector in P6 makes the fingerprint scanner worse? And did you try to register your fingerprint again to see if that resolves the issue?

The galaxy s20fe is a good phone but it also has alptnpf problems with it that I can't say it's a reliable and safe phone. Not to mention a good one for long term. I got mine when it came out since I need a new phone from my broken s10+ and was good for about 3 weeks then I noticed alot of issues. Cameras are not all that great it takes time to shoot sometimes amd maybe that's software. The biggest issue I find is that I can't keep more than 2 apps opened because it will always close them up I play a little game called dragonball z dokkan battle and it's not that intensive but it heats up my phone alot and if I try to go to another app. When I return to the game it shuts it down amd restarts it. It gets annoying when you leave for 2 sec and go back to the game and have to restart the whole app. Another thing is that the touch input is very inconsistent. It detects touches sometimes and has me touching something that I'm not or if I press and hold it will let go of what I'm holding when I have kept my finger on it does that in the game alot and I mess up alot. Sometimes when I type it also won't detect the word I'm touching or backspace and it causes for alot of mistakes so if you see alot here you know why. I like the phone but also has issues that can get super annoying. So looking for a better phone that's not breaking my wallet lol

I don't have much money and I found the S20 FE refurbished Grade B unlocked for $119 from a seller with a lot of past reviews. I have to get phones that are refurbished and years old or settle with a low end phone like a Galaxy A02s or A14.
Good video thanks. Worth pointing out the Snapdragon version of FE is there one to get. Avoid the exynos like the plague.

how is pixel better... samsung has better screen ,core and graphics performance and even the camera on Samsung is better is most scenarios. and it costs almost half of what the pixel costs.

S10e is better as it’s cheaper, has a headphone jack, sd card
But it's had its last software update, so it depends if you care about that. S20 FE will get another year of updates, so it will be able to run Android 13.
