One of the things that makes & continues to keep MMA/UFC interesting is that it changes so fast and nobody but nobody stays the great for too long. Every fighter gets to shine, ppl get on the banwagon then 1 loss in, everyone is all "see told you so, he's washed up" ...thats just big league MMA guys. We saw Anderson start to slow, but it was less about his slowing down and more abt everyone else getting better as well. Same for Jones - when he first came out he was amazing , but ppl started to catch on. His 1st fight with Gustafson honestly was razor edge close - then we have to be 100 and remember he showed "metabolites" for PED for several fights in a row, the 1st fight with No Metabolites at all he was slow and IMO lost to Reyes. And no one could top what he has done (That’s why it shocked my entire high school when Weidman caught him), and through all of this, I saw Jones fight around 2009-2010 and i was floored , we all knew Jones was something special, he made fighters I thought were just barely under Anderson’s level, look like novices from Shogun, to rampage, to machida. Jon Bones Jones is the best I’ve ever seen in that octagon, if you were in the way of a young and hungry Jon Jones, you were food for the worms, end of story. A lot of people who hate Jon weren’t around for the way he just walked through legends, murderers row, as Rogan always says (rightfully so). I want to tell a story about Spider Sylvia. A different kind of story. Everyone knows his fighting story. He is the GOAT or one of the GOATS. As great of a fighter he is he is an even better father and person. So we were training at BlackHouse. A bunch of hopefuls who thought Anderson was a God. One day he comes in. Mind you he has a fight coming up. But he spent a round with every single one of us. He told us what we were doing wrong. What he saw we were doing right. Even though he has so much shit going on, he took time to help us all.
Now....GO LOOK UP HIS SONS! YOU WANT TO SEE THE FUTURE? PLEASE GO. GET ON THE TRAIN NOW! ,) He is a GREAT father. He created two perfect young men.
Thank you Anderson. You are loved.

The Blackhouse team was so stacked. That place was a melting pot of super talented fighters. I lived in Torrance for awhile and remember when Brian Ortega was a youngster I was telling anybody who would listen that guy was going to be a problem in the UFC before he was even fighting in RFA. Kevin Casey was always super cool to me.

He could of been the first Connor. After that Murray Silva fight, Silva was k.o everybody. Lee survived punishment that night Anderson lit his legs up, mad respect to Lee for going the full fight.
