Dana's self belief is astounding... But... To see a mother (Dana's mom) so jealous of her own son was very sad. Thank God my own parents were always proud of me and my accomplishments in life. Dana's mom seems to be a self esteem vampire, but luckily it appears that Dana is pretty much immune to her attempts at sabotaging his confidence. What a great documentary about an absolutely amazing businessman.

Good fights tell a story as well as being technical and athletic. 18:04 I remember that fight so much, was amazing and both wanted the contract so much, they opened their hearts as well as shed their blood in that match, was amazing and beautiful story :)

Letting the people involved speak for themselves makes it feel way more natural and organic compared to a voiceover. Of course, the clips seem exposing to a critical mind, but the number of various sources and the repetitive usage by the man himself shows, that it was no cherry-picked incident. Huge props to you, the amount of research must have been insane!

It looks Dana's main motivation for making insane money has been his mother telling him that he will never amount to anything and that he would wound up just like his father. This has also led him to not share the riches that he created with his mother and hence his mother's bitterness towards his son. But there is no denying that Dana may not be molded as the perfect person; this share of responsibility goes to both father and mother. But father and mother inability to reconcile the differences has led to a broken family and broken home. And this has led to Dana being Savage at times. Dana white's mother can sugar-coat things and say this and that however she and her husband bear responsibility for his not so good character traits. What she must do is love her son no matter the mistakes of him. But, it looks like there is tear in the relationship and that's tragic.

Taking into consideration how much his mother wants him to fail, programing him since he was young by telling him he would turn out a bad person, and then even attacking his own son's business and interest... that's got to hurt. But she is a sore loser. I hope Dana has realized that she is just trying to have him under her spell. Mothers should know how much they influence their kids. The force runs deep in Dana. Sorry to see a mother not being proud of what his son has accomplished. I know my mother would not go or see any event, but if she saw me happy and achieving my goals, she would be happy. 22:07 and 28:13, those comments...but only Dana know how to respond to that 28:28, run them all over... Love can kill you sometimes.

good for you. Family can be so fucking annoying.

You either help each other get better or you dont deserve to be in my definition of family.
