- Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is calling for Eritreans involved in this weekend's violent clashes to be deported.
People opposed to the Eritrean government fought with regime supporters in front of the embassy in Tel Aviv. Israeli security forces responded with stun grenades and live ammunition. At least 150 people were injured. Violence also broke out in Zurich and Norway as rival Eritrean factions marked the national independence day. President Isaias Afwerki has ruled Eritrea as a one-party dictatorship since 1991.

Try to understand the facts first.
The young Eritreans who are demonstrating against the Eritrean regime uphold all the laws and rules of their new countries and the host nations. These young Eritreans do not want to be spied on, terrorized and vilified by the supporters of the repressive and tyrant Eritrean regime.
The European, American, Canadian and the Israeli governments need to respect all their laws by protecting the Eritrean asylum seekers and residents from the tyrant regime and its supporters. The Eritrean regime supporters should be all deported back to Eritrea to the regime they support, because they lied while claiming their asylum, otherwise why would they support the regime now from safe-havens.
Most people know that the repressive regime in Eritrea that has never conducted any elections for more than thirty years also supported the Russian regime against all the UN votes that were passed to condemn Vladimir Putin, the war monger and the invader.

This form of violence is not acceptable. Anyone who participated in such ignorance should be punished by the law of the country. As Eritrean who lived for more than 15 years abroad never witnessed such shameful act of violence represented by the name of our community. Many Tigrayans fled their country same time as Eritreans way before the recent conflict due to economic struggles and political situation in their country but they claimed asylum as Eritreans because they speak the same language and they have higher chance of being granted asylum…

@@lc5945I was in the park at that time, but on the other side... and it was quite surreal. we witnessed a commotion, then police cars coming that way, helicopters, public transport getting cancelled. people running away from there were telling us that a massive fight broke out, and we honestly thought it was just few dumb kids. fortunately, they got the situation under control very fast, as the park was being patrolled by a police car anyway, so it didn't get to escalate.

Yes most of them are from Tigray region they don't even have Eritrean flag. Like any other people, Eritrean 🇪🇷 people have the right to celebrate their ceremonies even though they're immigrants.

European countries would do Eritreans a big favour if they all collectively decided to strip the citizenships of Eritreans and deported back to Eritrea. All hundreds of thousands of them. I say this because the despotic regime of Eritrea would not be able to accommodate such large numbers of influx of people, who would undoubtedly defy state authority and rebel and topple the regime.

As an eritrean, she is right. Most young eritreans escaped through the border despite the shoot to kill policy of anyone going through the border. Everyone in eritrea knows of at least two people who died while crossing the borde. Some of them had to see some of their friends die in the sahran desert and in the Mediterranean sea. You can only imagine the bitterness those youth have for the government.
