With the increased development of this city, it is predicted that renting or buying/building homes will only attract middle to high income earners mostly. Original owners of properties will sell their homes in Lagos and relocate to others states with cheaper land and build. In that way, the population of Lagos will be stable and security will improve as residents will be more committed to a safer environment.

Another is this disgusting thing of seeing vehicles be it bikes or cars driving one way (against traffic). Another is the annoying habit of stopping on the high way to pick up passengers meanwhile the service lane is there for that purpose.
Traffic in Lagos these days is affected by Fuel price - reduce fuel cost & go film traffic again. I would argue the Lagos Calabar Coastal Highway is highly ambitious.

They asked that the red line should reach Abeokuta but the only station in the first phase of the red line that falls in the Ogun territory is still in ground level and the access roads leading to the federal station that has been in operation since 2021 is still in bad condition. The redline is already in operation but the Agbado station has not been built. To cut it short, the dream of it reaching Agbara is still not feasible.

Oga this information is not correct the road is not completed yet its been done in stages there are even some parts that have not been repaired yes the road upgrade is very much improved may be like 70% but lots of work needs to be done to complete the road and more bridges are needed in Agbara especially while the way users dont obey laws on the road is amazing especially the military men and bike riders its all madness.
