TOP 5 PROJECTS TRANSFORMING LAGOS INTO A FUTURISTIC CITY
Please go to Alaro city. This people are not serious. For over five years everytime governement change.
Indiscipline should stop on this road. LASTMA should be there to do its work. Pedestrians, private and commercial bus operators should stop obstructing traffic.
Security, electricity and the welfare of the citizens otherwise the project will be a waste. Eko Atlantic is not yet complete. Thanks for your investigation. Kudos to Sharon.
I don’t understand why you people quick to label any project that has a little delay as being abandoned. You’re looking at Crane on site, and still you’re saying abandoned.😡
I remember when I lived in Okokomaiko, this road used to be a pain in the ass, you could spend 8 hours for 30 minutes trip back then. It’s amazing to see this unfold.👏🙏
Money develops City and fg money cannot be used to develop a city
This project is just for Nigerian criminal organizations politicians, just build estate for them
It's actually making sense 😊
Welldone to sharon, she did really well, explaining and selling the city.l would have loved to see the high rise buildings going up first.Nothing reassures investors more than those.Thanks.
Fine girl hw far nah😂❤
Sharon 😊
Sharon What? Listen to what the man is saying instead, you dey call Sharon. Wetin? 😂
Centenary Estate. The skylines in Kuje are yet to change.
In short sentence, centenary city is a political project. Goodluck to anyone who wants to invest here.
@@Lowee4642 😂😂😂
That's what Johnathan said, "Goodluck"😅
@ You got the joke 😂
Please how many hectares is it?
1300 hecters
We are not yet ready to complete the hotel and harness the tourist potential offered by Zuma Rock. The story about the hotel being haunted by ghosts is just a myth, unfounded and superstitious. Even if there is a need to appease the god of the Rock and its associated spirits, it can be acomplished in a native way by performing a sacrifice led by a chief priest, witchdoctor or native doctor.
This city was started during Jonathan's tenure.
@@oparahugochukwu6548 They started under OBJ , but did not do much.
This thing will turn out to be just an estate. How do you claim you are building a city without the amenities and infrastructures? Eko Atlantic basically started out by building those infrastructures and that's is its selling point today
The difference is eko atlantic had to build the road infrastructure first as it was built on reclaimed land. Centenary city is built on existing land. Making the grove first is a good way to attract residents who already work in other parts of FCT. Give them time as eko Atlantic had a big head start , and the lady explained the issues with implementation. Lagos is also a bigger economic centre so you can see why investment there is growing a lot quicker in comparison especially with the other amenities already available (sea port access for example)
I am very elated to learn that the challenges and barriers that had stalled the phased development of the Centenary City is finally over and resolved. Probably, the government had suspected that some wealthy and influential individuals in the country had planned to corner it for themselves. But now that development has started on a small scale, we need to aggressively and strategically market this amazingly beautiful project to both local and foreign investors. The value appreciation for properties constructed on this FTZ and tax-free site is very attractive and irresistible. I got interested after hearing that a housing unit apartment which sold for ₦70m a couple of years back has now risen to ₦190m. Imagine if someone had purchased it by making a full payment, that person will be smiling to the bank with over a 100% profit or ROI as we prefer to call it in the business world. Real estate is a money-spinning machine. I encourage wealthy Nigerians to take a slice of this huge pie before it is too late. We are talking of the best City within the most planned, futuristic, organised and modern African capital city and Metropolis, Abuja. 🎉
I’m excited about this futuristic city it will be the best in Africa and even the world at large I can’t wait for it be a reality 😊
This project would have gone very far it it was cited in Lagos or Ibadan.
Where’s Eko Atlantic now?
Lies, Abuja is prioritised above everywhere else in Nigeria, as it's the capital.
Ibadan of all places. Eko Atlantic City is in Lagos. How far?
@@enjoythemoments1128 Check their page and see how far Eko Atlantic City has gone.
@@uchenna127 So why have they not been able to build anything here even after more than twenty years since the idea was conceived. As i mentioned Lagos and Ibadan, the thing pain you very well. Deal with it.
Why is it taking too Long
Because it is not LAGOS.
@@FemiMartins-xl4se lies Eko Atlantic too It’s been decades we are not serious nobody ones to build at home we just want to Live abroad I Pray no One can get any other passport again maybe that’s when we would truly develop
They only started building in 2023.
@@uchenna127 No be only 2023. Project that is ten years old.
@@FemiMartins-xl4seoga you are just spiting rubbish ..These project is just ten years old not twenty
Interesting to learn about new areas. Good one 👍
It’s a reminder that we need to remain consistent in what we do be so that one day we get to live and experience a life like this. It’s worth it.

It has been a wonderful video except for the sentimental and bias comment regarding Northerners and iron. This is all over. Its not just a Northern habit. I don't know why Some Southerners do this. I have been all the country and i know for sure its a Nigerian thing. This kind of comment is what is keeping Nigeria divided. Hope you take this as a lesson.
Omo your camera zoom Dey impressive😅❤
The staircase was never ending… Seemed like 12 storey building. Beautiful video. It was the truth at the end for me
The basic reason for the Governor's Lodge in the FCT is to have a territorial presence and representation for the 36 states in a federalist setting. This is demonstrated by the use of the buildings as a liaison office apart from their designation as the official lodges of the governors. I also feel that other functionaries within the governor's cabinet stay in the lodges when they have official duties that takes them to Abuja. So, it is not a waste or aberration to have such imposing structures in the FCT. My only grouse is the fact that they are poorly kept and maintained probably because of the fact that most governors hardly leave their states in the four or eight years their tenure lasts, as the case may be. The recurrent expenditure vote allocated for the maintenance of these lodges run into hundreds of millions annually which sadly becomes a conduit for siphoning the meagre financial resources of these states. Aside from the corruptive tendencies around their maintenance, I think it is a worthy concept and investment to have the state governor's lodges in Abuja to also serve as Liaison Offices to attend to the official needs of indigenes of those states who will find it inconveniencing or costly to always travel down to their states to sort out certain documentations that are critical to their travels, lives and businesses.
1,500 square meters plot is considered to be huge in Abuja!
It's always a problem when myths supersedes reasoning 🤔
Hello boss. I just want to bring your attention to something in your videos. You often call person you want to interview (my friend my friend) I think it will be fine you change that to (this gentle man) (this gentle lady)
