I use Braggs to bring my blood sugar down and it works. Make a drink with cut up lemon, 2 T of Braggs and half pack of LMNT in a 20 Oz glass with ice. Delicious and has helped tremendously along with low carb, low sugar and intermittent fasting. I put 2 tablespoons (100 lb dog) Braggs in his large water bowl. It’s really helped with his skin issues and he likes the taste.
For 8 yrs I've been using Braggs ACV and witch hazel 50/50 for same uses as mentioned here for topical use on 3 dogs. Great for ears. Sometimes for extra protection I add EO for flea/tick/mozzie repellent
please evryone...make your own apple cider vinaegr.....it s too easy to do...and it s not sterilized like th ones they r e selling.... takes water, cane sugar and apples...ferment...et voilá.....

50/50 mixture is insane! Maybe 25 percent acv and 75 percent water. It’s so strong! Fifty fifty is to intense
50/50 is for topical use. For drinking you use just a few drops in their water.
