Hi Johnny, have you got any experiences with the Picado model 60? If yes, how is it compared to the model C-1 (concierto) of Picado?
Is the C-1 a good guitar for the money in your opinion?
Some hints from your side will help me a lot. Thanks in advance. Best regards.

Picado C1 is definitely good value for money, the case with all Picado models. 62 is more a concert guitar than 60, but 60 is still great. My C1 is a DT, doble tapa, and has a lining on the back which increases volume and projection and therefore is more powerful than a standard C1 and in my opinion, the one to play. Let me know how you get on.

@@JonnyMoscoGuitar thanks for the answer. Well, unfortunately, i don‘t have a chance to play both of the models C1 and 60/62 to get the first feeling how they sound. For me a good balance between bass and treble and clear seperation of the tone are very important. How is the model 60/62 compared to C1 regarding these points? BR

@@bka24141 Concert guitar to me equates to good balance, clarity etc., so definitely the 62 and C1. I played lots of 62s and 60s at Picado with Angel, the head luthier, and the 62 was very similar to the C1. I preferred the spruce/brazilian rosewood models. I hope that helps.

@@JonnyMoscoGuitar Hi Johnny, thanks for the answer. If i understood correctly, the difference between the 60 and 62 is only the wood used for back and side, there is no difference in the construction. It is indeed interesting that the 62 is still louder (more suitable for concert, as you mentioned). Or are there any other differencies in your opinion?

@@bka24141 All the models have different bracing designs. The 62 is different to the 60 and will have greater balance and clarity. I took photos of the bracing designs whilst visiting once and was amazed at the subtle differences.
